• Stamatios (7/5): - Ιδιαίτερο στυλ δωματίου. Άνεση χώρου. Υπήρχαν τα πάντα από καφέ, χαρτικά, ποτήρια πετσέτες κλπ. Καλό μπάνιο, υστερεί η πόρτα. Ο φωτισμός κακός. Χωρίς ηχομόνωση τα αλουμίνια. Το φαινόμενο "χωνι" κλέβει τον ύπνο. Έλειψη πάρκινγκ.

• Αθανασοπουλος Χρήστος (5/5): - Με βόλεψε η τοποθεσία. Γιαυτό βέβαια επέλεξα το κατάλυμα Απεριποιητο το κατάλυμα. Κάτι σχοινιά που έχει για χωρισμα ντεκορ, ηταν πεσμένα στο πάτωμα. Λόγο του χειμώνα ψτο μικρό για το χώρο κλιματιστικό δεν έφτανε για να ζεσταθεί ο χώρος. Καθώς δεν υπήρχε επιπλέον κουβέρτα η σκέπασμα για το κρεβάτι, τη νύχτα κοιμιθηκαμε με τα ρούχα.......
• CARL WILLIAM (4/5): Not a premium suite by any stretch of the imagination - Location close to the Marina Sparse and basic Calling it a premium suite is a bit of a joke Not the sort of space you would want to spend too much time in, would not sit on the couch to watch tv or to relax as looked dirty, felt itchy just looking at it, very basic amenities App controlled access control was a hit and miss which was frustrating. Safe was on a wooden board that could be easily pulled out so kept all passports etc on us It served a purpose, room to sleep before taking a cruise but should be renamed basic rooms not premium suites.

• Eva (1/5): - Sincerely, if I could give a zero rating, I would. This place offers a shuttle service from the airport to the premises. I decided to book it even though it costs 20 euros more than a taxi. Upon arrival at the airport the driver insisted that the owner prefers to be paid by cash. Because I never carry cash I told the driver to stop at an ATM on our way to the premises so I can withdraw some cash. The driver insisted that he, himself takes me at an ATM in the airport. After having a few problems with my card not being accepted at specific ATMs, I was able to withdraw 90 euros, the amount agreed prior to booking. The driver during this time is on the phone with the owner and suddenly he hands me his phone, telling me the owner needs to speak to me. In return, the owner in a demanding, thuggish and bullying way started to insult me and tell me to give the driver a " hefty tip" 20 euros and over. Mind you, all this time this man is yelling at me over the phone for no reason. I came with my family, including my 89 years old mother from across the world to have two unprofessional bullies and thugs trying to scam money from me. Shame on you. Do not book this place, they're petty thieves and if you decide to book despite the numerous negative reviews, Do NOT book their shuttle service because they will try to rip you off. Finally, I cancelled my stay. I was left with my elderly mother in the middle of the night looking for another hotel room to book. Imagine travelling 30 hours from the other side of the world to have to deal with a bunch of thieves and bullies. DON'T, final warning.

• ΔΗΜΗΤΡΑ (5/5): Το σπίτι χρειάζεται μερικές διορθώσεις και πιο προσεκτικό καθάρισμα ώστε να αξίζει τα λεφτά της διαμονής - Βρισκόταν σε καλή περιοχή και είχε χώρο για το μωρό όπως θελαμε. Δεν ήταν αυτό που είδαμε στις φωτογραφίες ήταν διαφορετικός χώρος οι πετσέτες ήταν καθαρές αλλά μια είχε ένα καφέ λεκέ το μπάνιο μύριζε κλεισούρα οι γωνιές ήταν μέσα στην σκόνη βρήκαμε και έναν ιστό αράχνης οι τηλεοράσεις δεν δούλευαν είχαμε και θέμα με την πίεση στο νερό του μπάνιου

They gave us the wrong front door code, then the wrong code for our rooms. Took over an hour on arrival to access our room.

Personnel adorable ❤️elle nous a laissé une heure de plus pour quitter le logement 🫶 La propreté , pour nous l’appartement n’était pas impeccable il y avait des traces de lavages douteux sur la cuvette des toilettes , et l’appartement devrait être rafarichie la propreté :un détail important pour nous

This place needs some maintenance work, also the air conditioning is very low quality and the rooms can be uncomfortably hot all night, this needs to be stronger.

• Christina (4/5): - While this a very aesthetic loft with a high tech check in, it is a rental property with no on-site staff/help. There is only a very small a/c unit that is not equipped for such a large space. It was 90F outside and even set to Max for hours it only cooled a few degrees. And because our check-in was already at nighttime there was no one to help or respond to our calls/emails until the morning. We tried to open the windows and doors but that didn't help and didn't feel safe in an unknown area. We were unable to sleep at all bc the loft got so hot.
• Mariano (8/5): Very good - Takis was very helpful, arranging the transfer from the airport to the apartment. We only stayed one night, just to take the ferry the next day. However, everything was great!

Main issues were the wifi wasnt working and in turn the app to open the doors, it's relatively minor but needing to put in an 8 digit code for access 3 separate times is frustrating. Lift could also do with an update. Someone had left a door ajar further up so it wouldnt work. Overall, a good place in a convenient location within Pireaus.
• Frank (8/5): - The location and price are the advantages of this property. You are close to the marinas and several restaurants. The room was very basic. It could have used some upgrades in the lighting and electric outlets available. We did enjoy the feel of staying in a local Greek neighborhood and not in a city hotel. We felt very safe in the area even when walking at nigjht.
• STAVROULA (8/5): - The location is great. Host was very nice helping with check in as we didn’t get the instructions because I think it was booked through our bank. The host also had coffee and breakfast (toast bread) left for us. However the apartment was a bit old and the design made it look unfinished. Spacious apartment but could have been better kept

• Brian (3/5): Good location for Ferry Port, nice balcony, but need to get Air Conditioning working. - We like the location, close to the Piraeus Ferry Port. we also like the balcony. We also like that they supplied bread. The air conditioning did not work, and some of the decor was OSB board. The room was very hot, so we could not sleep well. Also, this hotel required us to enter on our own using codes. When we left, a lady on the ground floor asked us how things were. We said the air conditioning did not work. She said that is the way it is. Throughout Europe, it was extremely hot on our trip and this was the only hotel where the air conditioning did did not work.

It was also very handy that hotel transfer could be arranged which was very convenient and since we were a big group, a nice big van was arranged. Since we checked in late and departed early we had no physical contact with staff.

• Micah (6/5): - I stayed here with my family for one night before our cruise (May29-30) and the apt itself was okay for one night. The toilet had trouble flushing but I contacted the property and maintenance came right away to fix it. On the day we checked out, the lady at the front desk i forgot to get her name she was very sweet and accommodating with getting my family and i a taxi. A taxi driver actually refused us due to the amount of luggage we had but the lady at the front desk helped us get another one so we thank her as she made our travel to the cruise port smooth.

• Keyt (8/5): - As this was my first time traveling solo, I was hoping there would be more interaction with the staff at check in but all the notes provided were plentiful. The staff that I did meet; the hotel driver is an absolute treasure, he was kind, courteous and knowledgeable about the area and provided much needed guidance to me. The room was adequately cleaned though I did find some hairs that were not of my natural tone, (blonde and I’m a brunette). The toiletries provided were useful and the overall accessibility and atmosphere was comfortable. I would love to stay here again

• Dale (4/5): Disappointing. - The room itself was fine. The staff were good. The only problem is that there was No Heat and it was 3C overnight for both nights. After the first night i found the ceiling heater with remote but even setting it for 30C it did nothing. Not fun. A heated room in February.

Didn’t tell us how to get out once we checked out. We were locked in with another couple until one found a white button tucked away. Would not stay here again.
