• Sarvananthan (3/5): Totally we were unhappy about the property condition when we arrived to property no 12 - The location is very good. very big property for the purpose. When we arrived that property number 12 on 25th March at 17.50PM, the property was very dirty, beds not done, kitchen wasn't clean, broken glass pieces on the kitchen floor. we complained about it and at 19.50pm we were given a new flat to stay for one night. we have wasted whole afternoon and evening to sort out this mess. We only booked for 3 night stay. Following day, we were waiting for the cleaner to come, she came 10 am and clean our flat number 12. Again we have wasted 26 March morning till 11am to sort our our flat. One toilet flashing system wasn't working. We complained about it but no action taken. So we are disappointed with this booking arrangement and looking for full refund we paid.

• KANCHANA (4/5): Location was good but disappointed with the condition of the property - The location was very convenient There is no lift and if you have luggage it is very difficult to get them up to the apartment, our apartment was on the 4th floor and there was no electrical kettle. It was noisy even after midnight due to neighbours being noisy

• María (7/5): Apartamento precioso pero imposible dormir con tan mala insonorización - Me encantó el embarcadero que tiene el apartamento para ver el canal y me gustó mucho lo grande y cómodo que era. Estaba muy bien ubicado sin duda y era precioso, sobre todo el jardincito previo a entrar. Fue horrible dormir porque cada vez que alguien daba un paso arriba parecía que el techo y la lámpara se nos iban a caer encima. HORRIBLE. Nos tocó encima de nuestro apartamento (el 11) una familia que los niños se despertaban a las 7 am y luego unos chicos que hasta las 2 am no se dormían y era imposible dormir así.

• KELLY (9/5): A perfect and quaint little Venetian Gem - We were lucky enough to get an early check in so we could start exploring. The host was so accomodating and easy to communicate with. We had a beautiful room with the courtyard on the water, and would definitely recommend this to friends and family. The above unit - you can hear the footsteps especially when young kids running up and down. This is the only negative.

• Debora (9/5): Weekend a Venezia con famiglia - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento di grandi dimensioni, adatto a gruppi numerosi, infatti c'era molto spazio da garantire la privacy per tutti! Pulizia ottima, indicazioni chiare per arrivare all'appartamento e per entrare in autonomia. Posizione comoda a pochi minuti a piedi dal ponte di Rialto. Alcuni arredi potrebbero essere migliorati date le grandi potenzialità dell'appartamento.
• Aitor (7/5): CORRECTA RELACIÓN CALIDAD-PRECIO, PERO CON MUCHO A MEJORAR Y MUCHO POTENCIAL. UBICACIÓN EXCEPCIONAL - La ubicación, siento que es lo mejor de todo. Está muy céntrico, no tardas nada a llegar a Puente Rialto. Nos pareció un sitio un poco escondido, fácil de encontrar, pero que no estaba visible y era más íntimo y privado. Además, no pasamos nada de frío, buen sistema de calefacción. Creo que a nivel de equipamiento deja bastante que mejorar. Solamente un sofá para un apartamento de 10, en un estado no muy allí. Vasos, tazas, cubiertos, etc escasos, no teníamos para 10 a al vez. Un secador que funcionaba fatal y una tele algo antigua sin opción a conectividad internet. Además de los detalles (decoración/espacios). Creo que bien cuidado y con poco más se puede sacar muchísimo potencial al espacio, hacerlo más agradable y equipado y que sea un 10 sumando la gran ubicación que tiene.

• Asia (10/5): - Abbiamo alloggiato in 8 persone. Appartamento davvero bello e spazioso. Due camere triple (matrimoniale + singolo) e un divano letto nella zona giorno. Zona giorno davvero spaziosa, con un grande tavolo. Due bagni, una cucina (che non abbiamo usato) e una cabina armadio. Ci è sembrato tutto pulito. C’è un deposito bagagli comune, con codice di accesso. Anche per l’appartamento ci sono i codici di accesso, niente personale.

• Martin (7/5): - Wir waren im Unterkunft 13. Sehr schönes altes Gebäude, in top Lage mitten in Venedig. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und gut für einen Kurzurlaub. Schön wäre es gewesen wenn man gewusst hätte das das Sofa für 2 Schlafplätze mitten im Flur steht und nicht in einem separaten Raum. Den online Check in finde ich nicht so gut, da ich lieber solche Dinge persönlich erledigen möchte. Ist aber Geschmackssache

• Catuogno (4/5): Deludente, ma con grandi potenzialità! - Unica nota positiva la posizione. L' appartamento è effettivamente vicino ai principali punti di interesse della città. Siamo rimasti delusi dalle condizioni in cui era l'appartamento che necessita sicuramente di una pulizia approfondita e di lavori di manutenzione. Inoltre, la presenza in esso di un' apparecchiatura elettrica che si azionava improvvisamente sia di giorno che di notte con un rumore molto fastidioso ha reso il nostro soggiorno poco confortevole. In più all' arrivo, pur avendo prenotato per cinque persone, abbiamo trovato l' appuntamento preparato solo per tre. Nel complesso l'appartamento è deludente, a differenza di quanto appare nelle foto, perché pur avendo grandi potenzialità, come il terrazzino con affaccio sul canale, è poco curato.

• Rafael (2/5): Un desastre - La ubicación es muy buena. Todo un horror. No os dejéis engañar por lo que dicen o muestran. Es grande, si, pero… solo eso. Empiezo con el desastre para que lo tengáis en cuenta si decidís ir a este apartamento, y no os coja desprevenido: Dicen que tiene aire acondicionado y… NO. Tienen dos máquinas de aire, una en el mega dormitorio que casi no enfría nada y hace mucho ruido, y otro en el salón - Comedor, que pero éste no funciona y el calor es insoportable, repito, insoportable. Pedimos desde el primer día que lo arreglaran, y que mejorarán el que funcionaba, y nada, 4 días que nos dicen que lo van a mirar pero pasan, saben que vamos a estar igualmente, incluso pasan cuando se les insiste, sabiendo que no tiene solución y que mejor que no digan nada. Lo dicho, un calor insoportable. Después, sucio, muy sucio, la nevera con moho, polvo, … El suelo, muy bonito, pero si no se cuida, como es el caso, pues se levanta, con el riesgo de hacerse daño. La ducha… resbala que no os lo podéis imaginar. Los cajones del fregadero se descuelgan, no hay puerta ni entre el inodoro y la ducha (la hubo), el tapón del lavabo se mete para adentro y no sale… Lo dicho, un desastre, y lo que más me fastidia es que no hemos podido casi dormir del calor, no hemos podido utilizar la cama del salón-cocina por no funcionar la máquina de aire, los que gestionan el apartamento lo sabían, y han pasado, solo interesándose por la hora a la que dejábamos el apartamento. No os lo recomiendo de verdad, y a los que los gestionan, gracias por pasar de mi (tengo capturas de las conversaciones y de cómo habéis pasado de nosotros).

• Jessica (9/5): Wonderful stay in Venice - would definitely recommend. - Great location, very spacious for a family of 5. Sofa bed a little uncomfortable however we stayed only two nights so was ok. Couldn’t work out how to change the language on the tv as it was set to a language I couldn’t read.
• Kerri-Ann (1/5): Book elsewhere. - The location was good. There were 4 large flights of stairs to the property. Not easy access at all and we were travelling with a baby and my elderly mother. The air conditioning wasn’t working and I asked the owners to send someone to look at it as we were struggling to sleep but every time I tried contacting them they kept sending me trouble shooting instructions including checking the electrical in the building but I didn’t pay money to spend my time trying to trouble shoot an air conditioner. It was absolutely ridiculous! We gave up trying to sort it out in the end and just tried to embrace having a horrible sleep. They were very difficult to work with and no one is on site so the assistance is barely there. I’d recommend staying elsewhere.

• Estefanía (7/5): - Las camas muy cómodas, apartamento muy espacioso, con aire acondicionado No estaba muy limpio, aunque las sábanas y toallas si, pero en general le faltaba una buena limpieza. Y una de las cisterna de los dos baños no iba, vino un señor supuestamente a arreglarla pero no lo consiguió.

Las dos camas de matrimonio estaban en la misma habitación. Éramos 2 matrimonios ( amigos) pero nos fuimos a dormir al sofá cama dejando la cama de matrimonio a la hija para tener más intimidad. El aire acondicionado de la habitación si funcionaba pero del comedor no. El mando de la televisión no tenía pilas. No había cafetera de ningún tipo y las toallas y el papel higiénico insuficiente cuando van tantas personas

Automated check in was nice - except they did not include link to Tourist Tax, and you can't finalize check in without that. I had to reach out and beg for the link the night before arrival. And property needed maintenance: BR AC did not work well, shower drain very slow. No wifi, it would have been handy since I had to find and download AC operating instructions online.

• Maria Rosa Elvira M. (7/5): - Easy check in. When we booked our stay, I requested for a room on the first floor since we were travelling with 2 seniors 1 pregnant, and 2 kids. They didnt reply. They posted a picture by the canal, dont be deceived, that's not the view from the room. They have no elevators, imagine we had 6 XL luggages that we had to bring to the 4th floor. They have a storage room at the first floor but anybody can access it. For light travellers, it might be ok. For us, it wasn't the best option. Had our room be at the first floor as requested (we would've cancelled it, had they replied early), then I think, my rate would've been higher.

• Ljiljana (8/5): Smještaj s autentičnim šarmom i dobrom lokacijom, ali ima prostora za unapređenje kada je riječ o osnovnoj opremi. - Autentičnost terase daje posebnu draž ovom smještaju – pogled i ambijent su zaista lijepi i prijatni za boravak. Stan je vrlo prostran, što doprinosi osjećaju udobnosti. Lokacija je odlična Nismo imale osnovne uslove za pripremu kafe – u apartmanu nije bilo čak ni kuvala za vodu, pa smo vodu morale kuvati u velikoj šerpi, što zaista nije praktično. To je mala, ali važna stvar koja mnogo znači gostima. U kupatilu nema nijedne kuke na zidovima, što je potpuno nepraktično za kačenje peškira ili garderobe. Ove sitnice djeluju nevažno, ali značajno utiču na udobnost i opšti utisak o smještaju.
• Paula (4/5): - Lokalizacja Zdjęcia nie oddają stanu faktycznego apartamentu. Ściana są brudne, podłoga strasznie zniszczona. Prysznic bardzo zużyty. To miejsce wymaga remontu, nie powinno być wynajmowane w takim stanie z takimi zdjęciami.
• Miguel (8/5): - Fuimos 4 personas, 2 noches . La familia .habitación muy grande armarios espaciosos. Perfectobpara una estancia corta. Bien calidad precio. Buena ubicación. No había cafetera. El mueble de la pica estaba roto. Pero sin importancia. Salíamos a las 11h para irnos y la de limpieza nos abrió la puerta para llamarnos la atención que ya era la hora . Nos cojió con las mochilas ya puestas en la espalda. Me pareció bastante desagradable.

Visto il palazzo storico l'appartamento potrebbe essere tenuto meglio - E' preferibile avere un contatto con chi affitta la casa, non solo indicazioni sul telefono. L'appartamento è buio, probabilmente è un ex magazzino. Cucina basica, no caffè, no sale, olio, zucchero. La pulizia è sommaria non perfetta.
• Onofre (2/5): Decepcionante - La ubicación Es un garaje rehabilitado a vivienda es muy húmeda , las camas son pésimas , muy muy incómodas , venían personas mayores y la espalda horrible el sofá cama tenía una madera en medio para que no se hundiera y las demás muy blandas venimos con la espalda fatal . Hay muchos mosquitos y carece de limpieza , por el precio que pagamos había otras opciones

• Raquel (10/5): Apartamento cerca de Rialto de estilo antiguo reformado ideal para estar cerca del centro de Venecia - Excelente ubicación, a cinco minutos del puente de Rialto andando. El edificio tiene una calle de acceso privada. Patio interior común que nos sorprendió. Escogimos el apartamento para nueve personas. Las habitaciones increíblemente grandes, techos muy altos, con frescos de época que nos maravillaron. Cocina y baños reformados en perfecto estado. Agua caliente pese a ser nueve personas con duchas. Camas muy cómodas, sábanas suaves. Encontramos la calefacción encendida, un detalle. Vistas a un pequeño canal. -

Odrapane drzwi i kaloryfery, klej na suficie, kapiąca toaletowa, niedomykajace się drzwi prysznicowe to tylko kilka uwag na jakie natrafiliśmy podczas pobytu. Wszystko na bardzo niskim poziomie. nasz apartament nie miał żadnego balkonu.
