- Raymond (6/5): - The location was close to the subway, walking distance to shopping and food. There was a small tinted window in the room. When you open the window it faced another building (within 10 to 15 feet away). The room was short on bath towels the night we arrived and they gave us multiple hand towels to use until the following night.

- Genevieve (10/5): - For the price this place was amazing. The bathtub was definitely the best part of the whole room, it was so nice to have a nice long soak after spending the day exploring. The beds were a bit on the hard side and there were a few bumps and scrapes on some of the furniture but overall it was a great stay!

- I ju (4/5): 不適合愛乾淨的人入住 - 房間灰塵多 浴室磁磚發霉隆起 浴缸旁邊大理石斷裂 有窗戶但連接隔壁大樓根本沒有光線 加上房間燈光昏暗 唯一好處是靠近捷運站
- SHAO LIN (8/5): - 離地鐵近，有電梯，一樓有微波爐跟咖啡機，這是住宿的優點。就是衛生間地上會滲水，有點扣分。
- Wee Teik (10/5): - The room was huge with 2 Queen size beds, a living room with a coffee table and TV. The bedroom comes with an additional TV. There is a bath tub and a standalone toilet. Public transport was within walking distance. Plenty of convenient stores nearby such as CU, 7eleven, GS25.

- Cooper (8/5): - This is a very cute hotel with a really good location for a tourist. Me and my brothers stayed here for 3 nights and it is in such a nice location, all the food around is really good, its a 10minute walk to a street full of amazing night life with tons of really cool bars. There is a convenience store right on the corner going in. Busan is amazing also, it is right next to a subway station which is great and all tourist attractions were within 20-30 minutes. Only downside was that the slipper they gave us were too small.

Netflix and computer was all in Korean not helpful for foreigners like us. Hotel location was pretty much hidden, it was hard for us to find it the first time.

- Ong Tiang (8/5): - The hotel is very near to metro station. Very convenient to go anywhere. Room service has to be requested at the counter, but that’s hardly an issue. Overall, the stay was a pleasant one.

- Jhih Han (2/5): 不好的住宿體驗 - 房價跟照片中一樣，但有個很糟糕的地方，這是一個頂樓加蓋的房間在11樓，電梯只到10樓，所以我們必須搬著大量的行李、抱著嬰兒走樓梯，10樓通往11樓的樓梯很陰森；另外還有一個很奇怪的設計，這層樓的安全門在我們房間裡面。

We noticed that the original room we had smelt smoky, had some mold and there was no frosting on the glass for the shower and toilet so you could see right through. However the reception were top notch and helped us swap rooms the next day without question. Place looks a bit tired and the windows made it hard to tell the time of day in the mornings. Although overall it was a great stay, wonderful staff and the location is very convenient.

- Catharina (4/5): - Die Lage des Hotels ist ihr großer Pluspunkt, direkter Anschluss in alle Alle Richtungen und 3 Minuten zur Metro. Wasser und Kaffee gibt es umsonst. Das Zimmer roch stark nach Rauch, die Wände und der Boden sind sehr abgewöhnt (Löcher in der Tapete, dreckiger Flur) und im Bad gab es Schimmel. Gegen den Zigarettengeruch hat das Personal Raumduft versprüht, was jedoch nicht half.

- YERI (10/5): 지하철에서 나오자 마자 보여서 찾기가 매우 좋았다. - 하루 정도 머물 예정이여서 크게 기대하지 않고 저렴한 곳을 예약했으나, 기대 이상이었다. 항상 사진보다는 객실 상태에 실망을 하곤 했으나, 청소 상태나 침구류 모두 좋았다 . 욕조도 있어서 휴식을 취하기도 좋았고 수건도 충분히 있어서 여유로웠다. 부산에 가게 되면 여러곳을 찾아 볼 필요없이 이 호텔을 선택할 것이다. 위치도 좋고 저렴해서 부산을 자주 가게 될 것 같다.

- kemmicho (8/5): - スタッフの対応は素晴らしかったです。また、部屋の広さやゆったりしたバスタブ、それに新しい内装を考えると、この価格はお買い得です。場所について、西面から１駅のポムネゴル駅を降りてすぐというロケーションなのですが、色々と移動してみると、公共交通手段を使うのであればやはり西面駅徒歩圏内のホテルよりは少し不便に感じました。もう一つ、ここはホテルでランドリーサービスを受け付けていないなど、一般的なフルサービスのホテルとは違います。でも親切なフロントスタッフが近くのランドリー店に連れてってくれ、短時間でドライクリーニングを仕上げてくれるよう代理交渉してくれるなど、実質的には困りませんでした。韓国の良いところを感じられて、気持ちの良い滞在になりました。

- Verified traveler (8/5): おすすめです！ - 2日連泊しました。1日目は、ホルムアルデヒドか何なのか、微かに臭いと喉などが少し痛いような症状がありました。あと、一晩中エアコンを点けていたからか、天井のエアコンから水が落ちてきました。2日目は臭いも喉の痛みもなく、エアコンの水漏れもなかったです。もしかしたら、ベッドメイキングに来てくれた際に改善してくれたのかも？ その他は、立地もよく交通も便利だし、施設は綺麗だし、スタッフの方々もとても親切で快適でした。 次も釜山に来た時にはぜひ利用したいと思います。

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great, except cleaning needs improvement - Polite and very helpful staff. Decent breakfast that I would have appreciated if it was open 30 minutes longer, to 10am. It was neat being able to control the TV, AC and all lights with a single remote. The WiFi is decent, but bring your own network cable and plug in to get the 100Mbit/s (up and down) speed. The cleaning staff seemed a bit overworked: the room looked clean enough when I arrived but I quickly noticed it was actually pretty dusty in many spots, on top of that there was sugar spilled over half the desk.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - ตอนแรกไปผิด ไปโรงแรม Hound ที่อยู่ตรงสถานี Seo Myeon แต่พนักงานบอกว่าผิดอัน ให้ไปลงสถานี Beomnagol แทน ด้วยความที่เดินทางมาเหนื่อยแล้วเลยขอพนักงานเรียกรถให้ นางบอกว่านางมีแต่บริการเรียก Big car เลยขอนางเขียนชื่อเป็นภาษาเกาหลีให้และออกไปโบก Taxi เอง โรงแรมหาง่าย เดินมาจาก สถานี Beomnagol ทางออก 6 หรือ 8 ไม่เกิน 5 นาทีก็ถึง พนักงานน่ารัก อัธยาศัยดี มารยาทดี ห้องนอนดี แต่เหมือนพึ่งรีโนเวท เลยมีกลิ่นไม้กับกลิ่นสีนิดหน่อย ในห้องมีคอมพิวเตอร์ให้ด้วย ดีมากๆ ไวไฟก็ดี แต่อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกน้อยไปหน่อย

Though the metro is around the corner to helped fill in the gaps, with convenience stores in every direction. Staff were amazingly helpful and friendly!
- Darian (10/5): - Very near to mrt station and the place is very nice. The staffs are very friendly and helpful.
- Vivien (2/5): NO HOT WATER - STAY AWAY from booking this hotel unless you want a cold shower in freezing weather! We are a family of 5 and booked 2 rooms at this hotel. First of all, the hotel imposed an extra charge for the 3rd person even though one of the rooms we booked allowed 3 people occupancy. The hidden charge was not displayed on Hotels.com. Then no hot water was served at night when we tried to take shower after a long, cold day. Hotel staff asked us to wait until midnight as the water boiler was heating up; however, no hot water was served until the next morning. Hotel staff apologized and offered free breakfast but unwilling to offer refund. I will complain to credit card company and get my refund.
- Benedicto (8/5): Pleasant stay at Hound Hotel - It was a very pleasant stay. Hotel staff service was great & pleasant. Breakfast was delicious. The room was really nice. Location was close to the metro. It actually worked fine since I originally booked to the Seomyeon location & was redirected to the Seomyeon- Beomcheon location. It was really a good deal for a 3 day stay at Hound Hotel. I would recommend this hotel for all things I have mentioned. The friendly & helpful staff alone deserves a recommendation.
- SYi (10/5): - Very confortable boutique hotel for our 2 nights stay in busan. Located in a quiet place at night but within 1 km walking distance to seomyeon shopping street. Bed firmness is just nice, not too soft and our family enjoyed our stay here.
- JB (4/5): Hotel without a view - The room was dark and felt claustrophobic. Our room was on the smallish side and had a very small window directly next to a building, which allowed very little natural light. Although new the hotel felt very old-fashioned.
