You don't need to use public transport at all The AC was not working the first day but was fixed later. Also, the key collection process is very irritating especially when you with lots of luggage. Why cant they just put the keys in a key box with code?

• Katarzyna (9/5): Great stay in the heart of Porto - Lovely property, clean, bed and sofa bed very comfortable. Amazing location with a great view from the balcony. All necessary supplies available, apartment was also cleaned during our stay. Highly recommended I think it would be easier to get the keys from a lock box instead of picking them from the Office. It wasn`t far from the property but it would be a problem in case of late arrival.

• Roger (7/5): Good ... but could have been great. - Good location. Stylish studio apartment (although details stated it was 1 bedroom) and able to check in early. Lift not working when we first arrived so had to walk up 4 flights of stairs with luggage although it was fixed later the same day. Small details let it down. Lumpy mattress. No storage - duvet and mini ironing board stuffed in hanging space of wardrobe. Only 3 coat hangers and 2 part used toilet rolls for 2 adults staying 4 nights (had to buy more). No washing up liquid or tea towels in kitchen. Dead plants on patio.
• Alexandra (9/5): Superb - The studio was furnished really nicely, the terrace was great as were the blinds which blocked out the noise and light perfectly. The location was excellent too The lift broke on our first day there, can't be helped but it during our stay. Four flights of stairs was not ideal after busy days walking around Porto especially when we were carrying luggage

• Ries (9/5): Spacious apartment right in the old town, perfect for enjoying Porto for a couple of days. - Perfect location in the old town, close to all the highlights. Next to a bakery, close to a supermarket. Spacious apartment with a terrace to enjoy your breakfast. Super friendly staff and easy check out.

• Richard (7/5): Good - Good location, upper floor but elevator access, great view, nice balcony. The property had a kitchen, but absolutely no condiments (salt, pepper, oil) that would aid cooking; we ended buying our own and leaving them behind -- I hope they keep them there for subsequent visitors. The bed was comfortable, but had an odd step-up platform sticking out underneath that caused some near-trips and/or stubbed toes.
• Martyn (7/5): We were disappointed about the above mentioned and hope the owner will consider upgrading, as these changes would help m - It was a lovely studio apartment, very well and nicely decorated. Also, it was in a very central area, convenient to Sa Bento railway station. We were not impressed with the firmness of the mattress, which was extremely uncomfortable. We and most people would appreciate a tall mirror in the hallway or living area, a shaving mirror in the bathroom and much better lighting there, also.

• Tienne (8/5): Perfect place to explore perfect Porto! - Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean, felt homely, safe and quiet. Little terrace beautiful to sit out for breakfast. Location fabulous, easy walk everywhere, perfect for a weekend visit. Easy check in, staff contactable always, friendly. Thanks for a fab solo stay! Not that it mattered to me but nothing left in apartment for making meals with, no salt, pepper, oil, anything like that. Only decaf coffee pods. But little supermarket 5mins away had everything! If I'm honest the breakfast delivery service wasn't worth it. Really nice touch to offer and delivered to your door but wasn't worth €14. Buy yourself some decent coffee and a pastel de nata from downstairs in my opinion :)
• Veronika (10/5): Beautiful view - Central place. Nice view In order to do a check in you have to go to another place which is 7-10 min walk from your apartment. When you have a luggage with you isn’t very comfy. You do the check in and then they give you the keys. You can leave your luggage there for extra fee. Receptionists wasn’t the friendliest one to be honest. But place was nice. With an amazing view. Also water wasn’t going down in shower, so you were kind of forced to take max 2-3 min shower. Otherwise you would flood the apartment

• Fernando (10/5): It is a beautiful place to stay and a real find. - The location was amazing and the apartment was incredibly beautiful. Very well located and it had everything we needed. Very well located and has a very big balcony in the centre of Porto which is a real treat. There was nothing not to like about the apartment as it had everything I needed and more. Porto is a beautiful city and the apartment lived up to all expectations. I think I wouldn't even consider a different place to stay next time I stay in Porto.

Highly recommended ! - Great location - literally in the middle of everything - yet surprisingly calm and relatively quiet. Great comfy place that made us feel like home for several nights, open-pace apartment perfect for a couple. We used the kitchen (everything is provided & the quality of the utensils is great) and the balcony extensively and had a great time doing so. We really loved this apartment. It absolutely helped to make our Porto visit a wonderful experience.

Aan alles is gedacht met nog meer extra’s om het de gasten naar hun zin te maken (bijv. Een paraplu, EHBO doos, smoothiemaker, apparatuur van nespresso, welkomspakketje.....) Het appartement is heel smaakvol ingericht met oog voor details ( o.a. prachtige inkijk-fotoboeken). Bed ligt uitstekend. Heel hartelijk ontvangst, Marcos stond voor de deur te wachten met de sleutel. Communicatie verliep ook via whatsapp, dat is prettig. Borgbedrag contant gegeven en keurig weer terug gekregen bij de sleuteloverdracht. Wij waren zeer enthousiast over ons verblijf en zullen het iedereen aanraden om hier te verblijven!
