- Geoff (9/5): Dolce vita. - easy check in excellent service very good restaurant. breakfast

- Gerald (8/5): They know what they’re doing and they do it well. Highly recommended. - Great location for our return to England. Clean and tidy and exceptional value for money. Great restaurant with good food. The most memorable thing was the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. They were universally engaging. Nothing.
- Elizabeth (8/5): Useful, overnight stop. - Clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly, helpful staff. Fun, informal restaurant The breakfast used to be good, when served in the restaurant by the lovely lady. Breakfast trays are now put in the rooms in the evenings: packets of Nescafé or chocolate powder, a wrapped croissant , a fairy hard bread roll, plus a carton of orange squash It’s not appetising!
- Caroline (8/5): Handy spot. Clean and value for money. Pity no restaurant open - Location and price Bathroom a little cramped. Restaurant was closed.
- Derek (10/5): Lovely - Good value, on our way to Calais, the quadruple room was perfect for us two and the 2 kids to stop for the night. N/a
- Wendy (8/5): Very good -
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ian (6/5): Cheap cheerful - Convenient cheap No food or bar
- Smogie (6/5): OK - pleasant enough little hotel for a stop over no check in before 1730hrs,
- Paul (7/5): Overall, enjoyed the stay, enjoyed the restaurant, would stay again. - Restaurant was nice, good food, good service. Really enjoyed it! Hotel was clean, comfortable and very reasonably priced. Breakfast was served on a tray in the room and was pretty grim, but was only €5. I’d advise giving the breakfast a very wide berth and going over the road to one of the cafes or McDonalds. Hotel and restaurant are separate businesses and a bit of an odd set up. There was no interaction whatsoever with hotel staff.
- Christina (8/5): Very good -
- David (8/5): Very good -
- Stevemav (5/5): I wouldn't stay again but would go to the restaurant if I was in the area. - Hotel restaurant was very good for an evening meal and staff very friendly and efficient. Rooms are very basic and a bit sparse, only just acceptable.
- Elizabeth (10/5): Good value, pleasant, convenient stopover. Thank you. - Good cooking: lovely refurbished room; friendly, helpful staff; close to A26; on-site parking. NA
- Rosemary (8/5): Good location for Eurotunnel. Good value for money. - Easy to find. Good restaurant. Clean basic twin room with small ensuite. Beds could have been a little softer. Room rather cold on a chilly evening.
- James (10/5): Exceptional -
- Giles (8/5): Clean, welcoming , good value for money - nice Italian restaurant below - reasonably priced and good choice and good ser - Convenient for Calais - good parking. Clean room. Nice restaurant. Bathroom - in particular shower which whilst clean was very tatty and requires a wooden step to climb on to enter which wasn’t the easiest.
Breakfast not available until 8am which isn’t ideal if you need an early start but staff obliged with a kettle and cups for a get up cuppa. That was greatly appreciated.
- Simon (8/5): Very good -
- Fiona (8/5): Good place for a stop over the owner was very helpful. - Left early didn't stay for breakfast If you arrive early there may not be anyone at the venue. A sign on the back door with a phone number and name would be useful.
- Ian (5/5): ok,but bar closed too early - bar closed to early as we arrived only 2 hrs .
- Robin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mark (10/5): Exceptionally friendly and welcoming, (even though we were delayed on Eurotunnel) - Easy to find and atmospheric busy bar and pizza restaurant. We sat outside in the garden area which added to the enjoyment. Lovely staff and food. Easy private parking at rear of hotel
- Richie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Yuki (8/5): Very good -
- Richie (10/5): Exceptional - Very friendly staff
- Sarah (9/5): Superb -
- John (8/5): Very good - We found it difficult to find as we keep driving around a roundabout about 100/150/meters from it but couldn't see the sign or name on it.
- Genevieve (8/5): Very good - Nice but Limited choicr Mode fruit choice would have been nice
- Ellen (9/5): Perfect stopover. - Perfect location and lovely restaurant Would be nice to have tea and coffee making facility
- Bharat (7/5): Good -
- Jonathan (8/5): Very good -
- John (8/5): Very good -
- Martin (8/5): Good price/quality ratio - A small, family-owned hotel, very close to a shopping-mall area. Very clean, and rooms of good size. Breakfast OK. Good price-quality report. Carpark behind the building. The restaurant of the hotel is closed on Mondays, but there are plenty of restaurants in the nearby shopping area.
- Joe (8/5): Very good - Very good experience
- Raymond (8/5): Very good -
- Bridget (8/5): very good, friendly welcome. - Restuarant on site. welcoming Was not aware that accommodation was upstairs. I had a dog which some stairs will not climb. Luckily they did here. Did have difficulty getting the down the steps on first attempt but again luckily was ok afterwards. If this had not worked the dog would have had to sleep in the car. Suggest they point out steps are involved in relation to the stay. It could be the same with humans.
- Simon (8/5): very comfortable stopover close to Calais, with a lovely restaurant. - Very clean, good location, great pizza, and off street parking. nothing.
- Babu (5/5): Passable -
- Brian (9/5): Superb -
- Jill (9/5): Superb -
- William (8/5): Very good -
- Hilary (10/5): Pleasant hotel with an absolutely fabulous restaurant attached. - Located on the edge of a large retail park, it is easy to reach from the motorway and has private parking. We did not notice that check in does not commence till the evening but were allowed into our room early! The restaurant associated with the property is extraordinarily good. We enjoyed a fabulous meal and a very good bottle of wine. Wifi was good!
- Spencer (9/5): Superb -
- Shirley (4/5): Food fine but the room was not - The restaurant was fine. The room was very disappointing as the bathroom was so small the you had to manoeuvre onto the toilet. We did not dare to try the super. There was only in the sink. If thi was supposed to be a room with modern facilities they were not. We will not be using this hotel again The bathroom facilities were apalling
- Haifang (5/5): Passable - Safe and quiet small bath place, not good facilities inside the room.
The staff doesn’t speak English.
I didn’t take the breakfast, but they charged my fee.
- Luc (9/5): Superb -
- Stanislaw (8/5): Extremely helpful service all round. - Easy access and good parking. The staff were all very helpful. Good in-house restaurant.
- Allyson (8/5): Very good -
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Elizabeth (9/5): Superb -
- Stephanie (9/5): Superb -
- Chris (10/5): Perfect - perfect place to stop on the way to or from Calais Nothing
- Adrian (9/5): A great, simple place to stop on the journey through France - Location, food, beer, staff friendliness
- Christopher (8/5): Very good - Spacious room, with secure parking. All the staff, although a language barrier (us little French, them little English) were absolutely lovely - accomodating, helpful, warm and friendly. Nice pillows. You can't check in till 18:00 (we had been driving all day, and arrived at 16:00, all closed up so nothing to do for 2 hours) The shower small and the toilet squashed in the corner - should be a smaller sink so you can squeeze round - room 34. Dark corridor.
- Guillaume (6/5): Pleasant -
- Susan (7/5): A good value stopover going east from Calais. - It was a convenient distance from Calais for a stopover. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The shower was effective and the staff were pleasant. Food in the restaurant was reasonable, perhaps we would have been better ordering from the pizza menu rather than trying the specials. Service was a confused with a lots of staff who didn’t seem to know what was going on so, for example, we got food but had to ask for cutlery and long gaps between courses. They were very willing and pleasant but seemed a bit overwhelmed.
- Alain (8/5): - Bon accueil bonne literie et bon repas
