• Lori (8/5): Nice place for a short stay - Nice location near parking and the lake There were no vending machines or way to purchase a small bottle of water. When I wanted a small bottle, all they had to offer me was a large bottle from the restaurant which wasn’t inexpensive.

Moquette tachées pas terrible. L’accueil de la personne sans aucune émotion, sans sourire, froid non communicatif.

Zimmer sauber und moderne Bäder; Dusche barrierefrei. Sep.WC Umfangreiches Frühstück Teppichböden nicht t mehr zeitgemäß . Überall im ganzen Hotel . • Magali (8/5): - Emplacement top. Proche lac (2 min) et à 20 min du centre ville. Quartier calme. Le personnel est agréable. Petit déjeuner copieux et bon. Chambre petite mais lit confortable. Notre chambre était à l'arrière et donc calme (pas de bruit de circulation).

• Laura (1/5): Unfreundlich und nicht geeignet für Transporter >1,80m - Wir sind mit einem Transporter angekommen, laut Buchung sollten Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen, was ich auch extra angegeben hatte bei der Buchung. Dieses Hotel hat nirgends vermerkt, dass die Höhe der öffentlichen Parkplätze in der Nähe nur bis 1,90m geht (es war weniger als 1,90). Mit einem Transporter (Beispiel Ford Transit Custom) war es nicht möglich vor Ort zu parken. Wir wurden auch hingewiesen sofort vor dem Hotel wegzufahren, konnten demnach nicht einmal das Gepäck ausladen. Es gibt also keine Parkplätze direkt vor dem Hotel so wie es hier angegeben wird. (Limitierte Privatparkplätze gegen Reservierung und Bezahlung). Das Personal hat es nicht für nötig erachtet uns zu sagen, wo wir evtl. einen Parkplatz finden können. Lediglich, dass man mit solchen großen Autos hier nirgends parken kann. Diese Info sollte evtl. auf der Webseite angegeben werden, wir waren nicht die einzigen mit diesem Problem. Viele besuchen die Stadt und fahren dort mit dem Fahrrad. Falls jemand also einen Transporter (VW - Ford etc) hat, sollte sich definitiv ein anderes Hotel buchen. Wir sind dann auch zwangsläufig zu einem anderen Hotel gefahren. Ich hätte mir einen freundlicheren Service gewünscht, der war leider nicht gegeben. Auch das Englisch war nicht besonders gut und der Mitarbeiter konnte sich kaum mit mir unterhalten. Bereits als ich freundlich auf Französisch gegrüßt habe und dann fragte, ob ich Englisch mit ihm sprechen kann, wurde mit den Augen gerollt. Die Zimmer, Sauberkeit oder Frühstück kann ich nicht bewerten, deswegen ist die schlechte Rezension nur auf den Service / Freundlichkeit bezogen, die gegenüber einem zahlenden Gast nicht angebracht ist. Geld wurde im übrigen trotzdem eingezogen (steht auch dort, dass keine kostenfreie Stornierung mehr möglich war, nur wenn das Hotel aus Kulanz storniert - ist natürlich nicht passiert).

Je me suis cogné au "plafond mansardé" de nombreuses fois (je fais 180 cm donc pas très grand), la chambre ne correspond pas au standard que j'attendais

• Carole (10/5): Découverte d'Annecy - Hôtel au calme et très bien situé pour profiter du lac. Une chambre très confortable et un personnel accueillant et à l'écoute. La météo étant de la partie nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

The room was very hot and when I asked reception about the air conditioning not working he said it doesn't work at this time of year. It was 20 degrees when we visited so it was difficult to sleep with the windows open because it was noisy outside. The male reception staff weren't very friendly. He didn't ask how our stay had been. He was abrupt.

Die Ruhe in der Nacht ist wohltuend. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Restaurant hat eine kleine, feine Karte. Bus Nr 5 fährt direkt vor dem Hotel zum Bahnhof. Alles war wunderbar!

• Keith (7/5): Affordable accommodations in the heart of Grenoble - Excellent location, very service-oriented staff, good price/value. Parking is a big problem. It says on Booking that they don’t have any, but later I discovered they do have a lot, so I parked in a garage far away in vain. Also, there should be a clear instruction to park first in front of the hotel before check-in and then get further instructions.
