El personal fue amable en todo momento y las instalaciones, especialmente el spa, están bien cuidadas. La habitación era cómoda y el ambiente general agradable. Algunos detalles podrían mejorarse, como pequeños aspectos de mantenimiento y tiempos de espera en momentos puntuales. Nada grave, pero sí mejorable para estar al nivel de la experiencia general.

- Patxi Xabier (9/5): Una gran opción para esquiar en familia - El Spa para los niños, la habitación doble muy cómoda, un buffet de desayuno muy completo, garaje, la ubicación próxima al Funicamp, y por supuesto la atención del personal que nos facilito los forfaits y el alquiler del material de ski. El mobiliario tiene ya unos cuantos años y en breve le tocará renovación.

Lo bien situado que está para moverte por Andorra, y que cerca tienes todo lo que puedas necesitar. Todo lo que ofrece el hotel: spa, sala social, cafetería... Sin duda para volver a repetir El agua de la piscina estaba un pelín fría para mí gusto

Paso a argumentar: - No tiene spa, solo una piscina templada. De los dos jacuzzi uno no funcionaba. En la sauna y baño turco caben 4 personas máximo. La piscina parecía un parque acuático, niños gritando y saltando a bomba a la piscina. Si buscas relax, olvídate. - Te piden depósito por todo, 20€ por prestarte el albornoz, otros 20 por dejarte la llave ¡de tu caja fuerte! - Reservamos dos habitaciones. En una, el lavabo totalmente atascado, la ventana de la habitación no se cerraba correctamente con -6° de sensación térmica. En la otra la puerta de la habitación daba un portazo tremendo y la del armario no cerraba. El baño es claustrofobico, muy pequeño y muy muy viejo. - La cama de matrimonio no existe, son dos individuales juntas con un topper encima. Al menos la hab 402. Las almohadas batalla perdida como casi todos los hoteles. - LO PEOR: No hay aislamiento acústico, se escucha hasta roncar al vecino de habitación y el ascensor que suena como si se fuese a caer. - WIFI con tecnología de 2010 en habitaciones (soy ingeniero de it) y sin contraseña, super peligroso. Caído cada 5min, imposible usarlo. Por último, el parking tiene una entrada angosta, yo casi rozo el coche y otra persona lo rozo. Cuidado con tener un suv mediano que no cabe.. En fin, una auténtica vergüenza por el precio que pagas.

- Noemí (9/5): Hotel estratégico en el Principado - Personal muy amable, atentas y encantadoras. Muy buenas vistas desde la habitación y tranquilidad en la zona y dentro del hotel. Habitación muy amplia y espaciosa. Baño limpio, grande y muy buena ducha, tuvimos un pequeño problema con el baño y nos lo solucionaron enseguida Dispone de nevera dentro de la habitación algo muy cómodo en caso de llevar niños pequeños para poder guardar algún tentempié. El spa y piscina son un plus, como único inconveniente es el excesivo calor/humedad que se crea dentro de la zona, y el contraste con el agua fría de la piscina, de tener un par de grados más sería perfecta, en cambio el jacuzzi extremadamente caliente, pero es todo un acierto que disponga de este tipo de servicios, nos ha encantado. Está ubicado en una muy buena zona, tanto por los alrededores como zona de restauración, siempre que busques tranquilidad, permite una rápida salida para poder estar enseguida en las pistas de esquí, el funicamp o visitar Canillo. Las camas no eran del todo cómodas pero eso es cuestión de gustos. Realmente nada importante a resaltar

- Magda (10/5): - Świetny hotel, który zdecydowanie zasługuje na najwyższą ocenę. Personel jest wspaniały i niezwykle pomocny – od pierwszej chwili czuć profesjonalizm i życzliwość. Strefa basenowa oraz spa to duży atut – idealne miejsce na relaks po dniu na stoku. Śniadania są smaczne i różnorodne, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Dodatkowo hotel jest bardzo wygodny i świetnie zlokalizowany, blisko wyciągu narciarskiego, co ogromnie ułatwia organizację dnia. Ogólnie 10/10 – z przyjemnością tu wrócę!

- ADRIAN (10/5): Hotel de montaña muy confortable para descansar. - Hotel tipico de montaña, con habitaciones muy confortables y con decoracion en madera de alto standing. Servicio excelente y personal muy profesional. Piscina con jacucci y spa, estupenda. Deberian sustituirse los porta rollos del papel del cuarto de baño,que por ser modelos antiguos no pueden alojar correctamente las bobinas tamaño XL actuales y el papel se atasca continuamente hasta haber gastado la mitad del rollo.

- Clara (6/5): Agradable pero no 4 estrellas - Variedad en instalaciones (gimnasio, zona spa, cafetería, sala de juegos). Bien ubicado, se llega con facilidad y si vas a esquiar hay el Funibús cerca del Hotel al cual puedes llegar andando o con un bus gratuito. El Hotel necesita una reforma, se oía ruido de la plaza (había celebraciones cuando nos alojamos), el spa estaba lleno de niños y no había supervisión alguna. Limpieza un poco justa, encontramos pelo en la habitación.

- Maria Isabel De Los Angeles (9/5): Confortable estancia en el hotel Guillem - Que tiene camas cómodas y muchos servicios que te hacen la estancia muy agradable. Por ejemplo el spa, después de esquiar nos venía muy bien disfrutar del jacuzzi , sauna , baño turco , etc . Y además tienen un salón enorme para reunirse y poder jugar a diferentes juegos. También había gimnasio , y mesa de Ping Pong, billar y futbolín.. Nuestro hijos se divirtieron mucho Y el desayuno era bastante bueno. Muy completo Las habitaciones y los baños son un poco anticuados, pero los mantienen limpios y en buen estado

Easily accessibility to ski bus, La Vella, ski lifts, bars and restaurants in the city within walking distance. Dust could have been cleaned better (in the bathroom shelves, under the beds)

- lorenzomorganti (7/5): Well located, but in need of a serious refresh - Overall, our stay at Hotel Guillem was ok. The location is definitely one of its strongest points, right in the centre of Encamp, in a pleasant area with everything close at hand. The staff were consistently kind and helpful, which we appreciated. The beds were comfortable and allowed us to rest well after long days out. A small but welcome detail was the presence of a bidet in the bathroom, not always a given, and certainly a plus. The hotel is very much in need of renovation. The room was on the small side and only had one chair, which wasn’t very practical. Everything felt rather dated, and we had a few maintenance issues: the sink was clogged on arrival, the flush knob came off and had to be fixed in order to use the toilet properly, and the shower head wouldn’t stay in place so we had to hold it. The Wi-Fi is also extremely unreliable, it only really works off-peak, and when most guests are online it becomes unusable. Breakfast and parking both felt overpriced, especially considering that street parking nearby is more reasonable (and the hotel car park was full when we arrived). The ski lockers were particularly disappointing, cold, cramped and inconvenient, with no proper space to sit and put boots on. Finally, the bus to Funicamp is often full and doesn’t always stop to pick up more passengers, and the walk up is very steep.

- Alexandra (8/5): ¡Nos encanta este hotel! - Está ubicado en Encamp, a solo unos 10 minutos caminando del teleférico de esquí, lo cual es súper práctico. El pueblo es tranquilo, agradable y tiene muy buenos restaurantes, perfecto para disfrutar después de un día en la montaña. Ya nos hemos alojado aquí varias veces y siempre volvemos con gusto. El personal es muy amable y atento, y la limpieza de las habitaciones es excelente. Se nota el cuidado y la dedicación. La piscina y el sauna quizá son un poco antiguos, pero están muy bien mantenidos y son perfectos para relajarse después de un día de esquí. ¡Se agradece muchísimo ese momento de descanso! La relación calidad-precio es realmente muy buena. Por lo que se paga, el servicio y las instalaciones superan las expectativas. El hotel dispone de parking propio, aunque es algo estrecho. Nosotros utilizamos el parking público que está justo al lado y fue muy cómodo. Si tienes un coche pequeño, el parking del hotel funciona perfectamente. Sin duda, volveremos
