Bradley (6/5): Was okay - I loved the location and was very close to everything and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had a bad odor of mould,also the toilet had a very bad smell of sewage that we had to keep the bedroom and the bathroom door shut at all times.

Devandran (9/5): - We’re really enjoying the view and the cool weather, it gives a completely different feeling, though it might not be suitable for those who can’t handle the cold. Only the heater wasn’t working properly, or you could say it wasn’t hot enough after two or three people had taken their showers.

ٍSamia (9/5): مرتفعات جنتنغ تستحق الزيارة - الموقع جميل .. الضباب يغطي المكان والجو رائع وفي خدمات جيدة حول المبنى مطاعم تشغيل جزئي و عدد من البقالات بعد الحجز تواصلوا معي عبر الواتس اب طلبوا تحديد موعد الوصول وحددت لهم بين 2 و 3 بعد الظهر قالوا ستجد موظفنا عند بقالة ماي نيوز يسلمك مفتاح الوحدة وصلت 2:20 ولم أجد الموظف عند البقالة المذكورة ارسلت عالواتس وخبرت بوصولي ولم تقرأ رسالتي و هي متصلة انتظرت ولم ترد تركت الشنط و ذهبت لمكتبهم في اعلى مبنى وجدتهم في أماكنهم لم يتحرك أحد منهم للمكان المحدد لتسليمي المفتاح بحجة الدخول الساعة 3 عذر قبيح و عدم احترام للزبون لم تخبرني عن هذا عندما سألتني عن موعد وصولي ولم تكلف نفسها اخباري عالواتس عندما ارسلت لها طبعا تم سحب المبلغ كاملا الجو بارد و العائلة منتظرة في الشارع عدم احترامها للزبون يدل على عدم احترامها لعملها طلبت مشاهدة الوحدة لأني ارسلت لها أرغب في وحدة مطلة عالجبال فقط ردت بعدم وجود خيار آخر بمعنى ستقبل بها عجبتك أم لم تعجبك الموظف الذي أوصلني للوحدة كان محترم وتأسف لي عن التأخير و عن عدم وجود بديل آخر

Dikshit (5/5): Busy staffs and poor communication!!!! - I booked a room with a view, we reached at night we got a room but didnt see much but the next morning the view was only the side building in front of our room. I made a request to change my room and they agreed for an extra cost, the room we received was only opposite our existing door, thought it was an upgrade. We went out and they moved our luggage to the new room. I asked for the key as we we coming back at night, they told me not to worry and give a call when we will arrive and someone will come to drop the key. Before arriving I informed them that I will reach in some time they told me their staff will be waiting for us down there. After reaching, my son who was tired whole day slept in our arms waiting for them to hand the key to us, I then received a message that they will be there in 10 mins as there are new clients which arrived, I was still waiting, after 20mins they sent me a message and asked me to come to pick up the key myself at midnight... It was such a bad service!!!!!

The check-in process was horrendous as it was in a different building... out of the 4 lifts, 2 were always out of order, so there was a big queue for lift at all times.. Abderrahman (9/5): Wonderful stay - Size of the.room and the view was amazing to the greenery mountain and its also very near to sky avenue and the outlet mall. The staff was extremly welcoming specially miss leen she did her job clearly by explaining how to reach the appartment and showed us each and every place we should go like swimming pool and the breakfast restaurant nearby they got.The pillow was soo comfy which i prefer soft pillows.the bathroom size is also good and it have locking system. The check in process was a little bit annoying but we managed to do it easily at the end. Else than that everything was perfect.

Soopinn (7/5): Warm swimming pool for family staycation - Near to Genting Avenue. Good view . Spacious room to accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids. With kitchenette so convenient if want to prepare milk for kids. My kids love the warm pool. Toilet is a bit smelly so have to close the door all the time. Bed is a bit dirty but staff is very helpful and change it immediately.

(8/5): Great! - Location Room service (room cleaning) Water dispenser with hot (boiling) and cold water options were fast and helpful Free shuttles every hour to/from the Sky Worlds. 10-15 minutes drive away. Pots and pans were not present in the kitchennete. Should be provided. Without that, the stove was of no use. No porter to help with luggage. You need to take all the luggage yourself to your room. It's not an easy task. Try to reach in daylight as it's located on a height, and it's all cloudy with very low visibility. Just to be safe and secure.
