• Sandra (8/5): - Sehr netter Gastgeber, außergewöhnliches Zimmer, sauber. Top Lage mitten in der Altstadt Frühstück wurde zur Verfügung gestellt in Form von Kuchen und auch Obst. Allerdings hätte man sich selbst versorgen müssen. War kein Problem, wir waren um die Ecke im Cafe del Theatro auf einen Cappuccino und einem Croissant.

• David (10/5): Comfort and location! - Check in was very easy, and the location is excellent. The room was large and comfortable, and the host (Yuri) even baked some cakes for snacks! There is an in room kitchenette with coffee and tea and snacks, and a common area with a good quality coffee maker (espresso). The place really was ideal. And the heating/aircon unit was easy to operate and it worked! No complaints. It really provided everything I needed.

Ottimo rapporto qualità - prezzo. Niente da segnalare, la struttura è stata in linea con le aspettitive.

• Anthony (9/5): Great 3-day stay in Arezzo. - We had an excellent 3 day stay in Arezzo at Ghibellino B&B. Yuri was an excellent host. His restaurant tips were all top tips and v good value, all within 5 mins walk. The train station is less than 10 mins away, as are all the attractions. Della Francesca's "Legend of the True Cross" frescoes are especially amazing. Cortona is a 10 min train ride for a lovely day-trip too. Florence is one hour by train away, as is Perugia. Nothing, all good.

Yuriy is very nice, friendly and is such a great host. There were two breakfasts: one provided in the room and the other is at the cafe nearby. The room is clean and has basic amenities we need. Yuri the host was very helpful and the rrom was well equiped with tea, coffee, bisquits etc. Breakfast was down the street in a charming café about 200 m. away. Access by car needs to be coordinated with Yuri as it is in a ZTL zone. This however worked well coordinated through Whats App.Parking in public place is not too complicated and you can drive to the hotel and unload before parking the car. Nothing

Always a huge smile and helpful to us. He recommended a great restaurant for dinner and we enjoyed it all. Location was perfect. Close to everything in the historic centre. The building itself is very old, of course, but so interesting. Very clean and perfect for us. Lots of options for breakfast and a coupon for "second breakfast" at a fabulous local cafe. Everything was really good. Beds were a bit softer than the Euro mattresses that I've experienced (which can be rather hard). But this is a personal preference and we were all three of us quite comfy.

If you are arriving with car, you can leave the car on near by parking (We arrived at around 8 pm and left at 11 am, it was around 6-7 euros, parking is 3 min walk from accomadation). Rooms are clean and host is polite and kind. In room you get prepacked bakery products, in my opinion that is not breakfast. And you get cupon for ‘breakfast’ in near by coffee shop, cupon is for coffee and some pastries which we didn’t like so we ordered something else and, of course, paid for that. That is nothing bad, but just to keep in mind that you won’t get proper breakfast

Communication with Yuri was very easy, he guided us on where to park, saved us a parking spot and picked us up at the parking lot so we wouldn’t have to take out luggage walking. He gave us recommendations on what to visit, restaurants to eat and was available always during our stay. I liked everything.
