- Nuha P (8/5): A good value-for-money stay especially for solo travellers in a very strategic location. - The location of the hostel is definitely one of the biggest highlights. It's very convenient and easy to get around Seoul as it is located very close to the subway station exit. It's also within walking distance to Myeongdong shopping street, making it super easy to shop, find food, and explore the area. Another plus point is how close it is to the airport limousine bus stop, which made travelling to and from the airport very convenient, especially with multiple luggages. One thing that was slightly inconvenient for me was having to pass through the receptionist/lobby area every time to access the toilet. There was also very limited space to comfortably pack luggage, especially for travellers who shop a lot. If you're repacking or opening large suitcases, it can unintentionally block or take up space needed by others trying to access their lockers.

Chambre minuscule, impossible de faire le tour du lit, il faut enjamber ses valises pour accéder à la salle de bain. Salle de bain vétuste, peinture écaillée. Et surtout pas d’isolation phonique, on entend tous les bruits d’une chambre à l’autre !

- Matt Horne (8/5): Not luxurious but decent for the price as a place to rest your head. - This place is fine. The location is excellent, and most aspects of the hostel are decent. They have some nice common areas, including a roof terrace. The room was well-equipped and spacious, which is far from a guarantee in this area of Seoul. If you're just looking for a reasonably priced place to rest your head while you're out and about in Seoul, it certainly does that job. There's very little I wasn't satisfied with, but I can't give it above an 8. That's partly because the night before, I just came from another hotel in the same area and for the same price, which I much preferred. The facilities are fine, but could be better, like having one of those bathrooms that all get soaked when you have a shower. Again, not a big problem, but an area of improvement. The only thing that I really noticed was how cold the room was. The whole building is cold, but this was at the end of April, so I can't imagine how cold it gets in the depths of winter. Some way to heat the room would have been appreciated.

- Clémence (3/5): Bien situé, mais manque de professionnalisme et attention lors de la réservation en dortoir ! - Très bien situé mais sans que ce soit bruyant. Très propre et dortoir confortable. Toutes les personnes présentent étaient très respectueuses. Petit dej ok pour dépanner (café, lait, céréale, du pains de mie à griller). Nous avons eu la mauvaise surprise d’arriver en pleine nuit et de découvrir qu’un seul lit en dortoir nous était attribué, alors que, lors de la réservation sur Booking, j’avais bien sélectionné une chambre pour deux personnes. Attention : si vous réservez un dortoir, vérifiez bien que vous réservez deux lits, même si vous avez déjà indiqué en amont que vous cherchiez un logement pour deux personnes. L’interface est très mal conçue sur ce point. La personne présente à l’accueil de nuit a d’ailleurs trouvé notre situation très amusante, ce qui n’a pas vraiment aidé. Heureusement, il restait une chambre pour deux personnes, que nous avons dû payer très cher, mais cela nous a au moins permis de nous reposer. Le lendemain, nous avons expliqué la situation au personnel. Celui-ci s’est totalement dédouané en rejetant la faute sur Booking, alors que notre intention était simplement de les alerter. Ils sont très rigides et ne sont pas dans une démarche constructive. Notre cas n’est visiblement pas isolé : nous avons échangé avec deux autres personnes ayant rencontré un problème similaire (chambre réservée différente de celle obtenue), là encore attribué à Booking. Rien de dramatique en soi, mais cela nous a coûté 3X plus cher que prévu : nous avons dû payer une chambre en urgence en pleine nuit, ainsi qu’un autre logement à proximité pour pouvoir nous organiser et avoir 2 lits.

Close enough to the main shopping street in the area, nice for an evening walki - For a hostel it was good, the water was hot and had good pressure, enough towels were always available, they have a roof top (access hours only), cereal, toast, milk, juice and coffee for free breakfast. The lockers are medium size but worked for me although lots of people had their suitcase on corners inside the designated room. The people that doesn’t follow the rules…staff should keep a better eye on that because bringing a huge suitcase to inside the doors are pretty obvious and I had problems on my last night with a girl packing late at night and disturbing my sleep. However as soon as I went to the desk to complain (45min later after pondering what should I do) they fixed it immediately and she went to continue packing somewhere else sa it should have been done from the start!

- Miyuki (8/5): とても良かったです - 明洞の3番出口から徒歩5分くらいでロケーションがとても良いです。方向音痴の人にもわかりやすい場所でした。 近くにコンビニやカフェもあります。 朝食付きなので朝にドリップコーヒーが飲めるのが良かったです。 鍵つきの個人ロッカーがある。 キャリーのMLサイズが入りました。 他の宿泊してる人もなるべく静かに過ごそうとしてる人が多かった。 スタッフも日本語が話せる人がいたので安心感がありました。ありがとうございました。 仕方がないと思うけど排水の臭いとトイレ後のティッシュが水に流せないので臭いが結構していた。 シャワーの流れが悪かったので、女性のドミトリー専用シャワーは髪の毛が長い人も多いので排水口の掃除はマメにした方がいいと思いました。 私自身も旅行中22時以降にホテルに戻っていましたが朝食を食べる場所で、0時過ぎているのに食べながら大きい声で話している3人組がいました。どこの国とかは言わないけど、みんな寝ているのにスタッフから注意した方がいいと思いました。

- LaRiviere (9/5): Cozy, clean, nice location - The property for being situation in Myeongdong was fairly spacious. The beds are nice and long and spacious for you to have a nice area to rest and sleep. It’s a nice location near the station to connect to all of Seoul. The luggage storage is outside the main check in area and not locked. I brought my ski bag for some skiing in Mona Yongpyong and was heading to Hokkaido after and left my luggage out in the hallway since it was considered too big for the rooms. So it could’ve been taken easily. It would be nice for an area to lock luggage. But it worked out fine.

- Lotte (8/5): Good central stay for a couple of nights - Good location, comfortable beds in dorm and clean bathrooms, friendly staff The female dorm was located just next to the reception, the bathroom on the other side of reception. Every time having to cross reception and the entrance to go to the bathroom didn’t feel very private or comfortable.

- Emilija (8/5): Good - I came around 11PM and there still was the receptionist, so no extra stress with the self-check in. Great location at the side pf main Myeongdong street, you can get here by bus or a Line4 metro. Good and spacious capsule bed. Good complimentary breakfast. Overall, I recommend this place. For the safety, I think it would be best to change the main door passcode to a difficult one, since the current passcode is to simple and easy guessable. There was some smell from the sewage in the bathrooms.

Many guests are not familiar that after 10 p.m. they need to enter through F1 and use the password, so I often got interrupted when taking the rest in the B1 lobby to help them open the door.

- Francesca (9/5): Great hostel - The hostel is located in a very central and convenient area for public transport. Myengdong Market is just a few meters away, which is a big plus. It is essentially a capsule hostel with bunk beds partitioned by curtains for privacy. Even though there were quite a few people in the room. The powder station is very nice, even equipped with illuminated sticks for applying makeup, and the lockers are very spacious. The bathrooms are always spotlessly clean! I really liked the common room as well—it's spacious and pleasant, and where breakfast is served. The only downside is the bathroom located next to the common area, which always has a lot of people passing through. I would have preferred that area to be reserved exclusively for the dormitory guests. Breakfast consists of toast, cereal, tea, coffee, milk, and juice. I would suggest adding a few more options to make it more substantial.

Kapea parivuode, huone oli postimerkin kokoinen, huone sijaitsi ykköskerroksessa, ikkuna oli jätekatokselle päin. Tuulettimesta tuli välillä tympeää hajua mm. tupakan haju. Ikkunasta ei voinut nähdä ulos. Huoneen ilma oli koko ajan kostea, vaikka ilmastointi oli päällä.

- Mikol (5/5): - Posizione ottima, vicinissima alla stazione della metro di Myeongdong e al quartiere vivo Camera davvero piccola per due persone, ci si rigirava malissimo. Bagno un po' meglio per le dimensioni ma faceva davvero freddo (siamo stati in inverno) e questo rendeva tutto molto scomodo. Colazione poco fornita e molto caotica e confusionaria
- Hina (9/5): Comfortable stay, would stay again :) - The location is excellent, probably 200m from Myeongdong subway. The Airport Limo Bus drop and pickup was also very close. The walk to the hostel was slightly uphill, but nothing too strenuous even with luggage. On the way, many good restaurants, convenience stores etc. Myeongdong walking street was just after crossing the main road. Tour operators picked us up directly outside the subway station, so overall, it couldn’t have been a better spot for a first-time traveller. I stayed in the female dorm for nine nights, and to my surprise, it was quiet even during the day since the room was designed purely for sleeping. Eating and getting ready had to be done outside the dorm, which kept the space immaculately clean. Lockers were provided in a separate room where we can store/lock our stuff, dry hair, hang jackets, do makeup, throw away trash, and get ready comfortably. Along with being silent, the mattress & pillow were comfy too so I rarely needed earplugs or an eye mask to sleep well. Breakfast was okayish I would say. Bread, cornflakes, peanut butter, chocolate spread, butter, jam, milk, packed juices, free all day coffee, tea, hot and cold water, microwave, fridge. Since the entire ground floor was reserved for female guests, the atmosphere felt relaxed, secure, feminine, and cozy. One person was applying makeup, another experimenting with newly bought masks or cosmetics. Someone blow‑drying hairs, someone enjoying ramen or immersed in a book. A few were tallying up their Olive Young expenses, and some were wrestling with the challenge of fitting their shopping hauls into their suitcases. Loved the atmosphere esp. at night time. There was no lift in hostel, instead a luggage pulley kind of thing but that's staff operated. In case you have to check-in/checkout after 10 pm, it cannot be operated. Not me but my friend who had a room at 2nd floor, struggled with luggage. I don’t quite understand why people from outside or other hostels keep turning up at night, asking us to open the main door for them. As guests, we’re often unsure whether we should let them in or not. Even when I chose not to open the door, others did - either for outsiders or for those who had forgotten the password. Just as other rules are clearly conveyed, this situation should also be addressed with clear instructions. Otherwise, it could eventually become a security concern, since not everyone can be assumed to be as trustworthy as the local Korean people :)

- die (3/5): 以后不会再住了 - 地点非常好，离明洞商圈一步之遥，出门5分钟有地铁，餐厅，便利店 首先圣诞节的价格非常贵，近2000人民币一晚的价格住青年旅馆，第二我们的三人房在4楼，没有电梯，房间除了两张大床，什么也没有，连卫生间都在外面，每次上厕所都要穿过冰冷的公共区域，第三，卫生间的异味令人恶心到反胃，洗澡的水会流到门口，整个地面都是湿的，第三，没有电梯，楼梯非常的狭窄，拎着箱子走楼梯十分危险，酒店有提供行李箱的电梯服务，每件行李还要额外收费，并且前台的上班时间有限。
