Připadali jsme si jako na návštěvě u sultána - Poloha v uličkách starého města, historický interiér, trochu jiný zážitek uprostřed paláce Zamluvila jsem toto místo, přestože je trochu dražší, kvůli bazénu, který ale bohužel nebyl napuštěn ještě v druhé půli dubna (bylo 35 stupňů), Tak to byla škoda. Také to bylo jediné ubytování bez všudypřítomného welcome drinku - marockého mátového čaje nebo džusu.

estelle (7/5): Très beau riad, situation géographique parfaite - La chambre familiale est très spacieuse, avec une belle salle de bain, une bonne literie double et beaucoup de charme grâce au style historique de l’établissement. En revanche, les couchages pour enfants sont basiques (banquettes sans draps installés) et l’isolation acoustique est limitée, surtout en rez-de-chaussée donnant sur la place. La piscine sur la terrasse est agréable et le personnel très accueillant, ce qui rend le séjour globalement positif.

Guest (5/5): nothing was clean, the most of stuff doesn't speak neither english nor french - The woman at the reception was helpful especially with ordering the taxi to the airport 1) property stated that they have free airport shuttle - but they don't so it leads to confusion 2) they stated that they provide breakfasts but the man who did check--in on my arrival told me that in fact not and only in the end of my stay, i saw someone eating breakfast on terrasse and ask another woman - and she told me that they can make a breakfast and that it was a misunderstanding 3) nothing was clean - there were bird poop on my bed sheets and in the bathroom; the pool was always dirty so i couldn't use it neither
Mina (9/5): Expérience unique, moment exceptionnel - Je ne suis pas à mon premier séjour au Palais didi et c’est un bonheur d’y revenir à chaque fois. On se sent comme à la maison mais dans un cadre magique avec un personnel bienveillant et à l’écoute . Je recommande grandement.
Gilberto (7/5): Good - The service was very good, and the palace was amazing. You can feel the past splendour and the authenticity of the building. All the staff were very proud of it, but unfortunately, the actual situation of the building doesn't reflect its real potential. The building needs refurbishment: sometimes, you feel like you're sleeping in an abandoned property. The experience was very positive for us, romantic in a way, but I can understand that this is not for everyone and not up to the hospitality standards of a property like this.

The structure has a huge potential, very beautiful and typical architecture, very good position, but very low maintenance and no attention to the details. The cleaning is just sufficient, and the rooms smell humid and moist. The man at the reception treated us with sufficiency and poor availability when asking for support for a lacking service. Breakfast is good, and the guy who handles the keys and shows the way to the rooms is very nice and available.

Felicity (10/5): Loved it! - This riad is so full of history, character and atmosphere. The 4 very generous ground floor bedrooms are accessed from the central courtyard / eating area. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. We were lucky enough to be able to eat there one evening and it was one of the best meals we had during our 2 week stay in Morocco. We tried unsuccessfuly to buy train tickets online from Meknès to Fes and when we expressed concern about not succeeding (it was a busy week with schools children on holiday), the manager Issam offered to go down to the train station himself to buy them for us, although it proved anything but straight forward even for him. Great location with easy access to the Mausoleum, Royal Palace area and Medina The TV in the bedroom wasn't working
Carly (10/5): Beautiful Moroccan style hotel with rooftop pool - The building is just so stunning!! Our room was huge and very comfortable. Nice rooftop pool and terrace. Friendly staff, tasty breakfast, laundry service, location was 10min drive from train station - we loved being tucked away near the palace down a quiet laneway. Great terrace restaurant 1min walk away. The bathroom drains give off a rather foul smell :(
