jeff (6/5): Stay across the street for half the price-this property offers nothing to make it worth the premium! - The location was convenient for our trip Location was convenient for our stay. Frankly the expectations baseball on room cost was very much out of alignment with what was delivered. The "pool area" was a small enclosure with a "spool" more than a pool- off the lobby overlooking the main road. Our room was small, the bathroom showed its age with a loose toilet seat and an ill fitting paper holder-while clean, it had a very aged appearance. The king bed was very firm and the chair/ottoman was even firmer. Our room overlooked the bar next door. This is hardly what I was expecting from an IHG property for $350+/night. The "plentiful" parking came with a $10 surcharge. Then my room key wouldn't work and it took a while for them to find my check-in form to reissue a new key. Overall the property was decent but the value was abysmal.

It took a long time with no reason . It was confusing the whole process with the lady server . She was friendly but missing lots of things as a server . Again you need to hired a second person to prevent issues delivering the food , delays , ultimately customer service . 20 % included must be done it on a more elevated manner.

Easy parking. Our room was right next to pub next door. Very noisy and it wasn't the weekend. I would definitely stay here again but request a room away from the pub.

The free covered parking free coffee in room delicious The location to historic St Augustine was about a 15 min walk. The soap/shampoo/condition dispenser was in a poor location in the shower it should of been placed on the back wall of the shower, our room had it on the side wall of the shower, this made it tight to shower.

robmil5 (6/5): Just okay - There are a lot of things to like about this hotel but it could pretty easily be a lot better. Pros: Good location that's an easy walk to downtown St. Augustine. Parking was plentiful and easy. The staff that we interacted with were mostly very friendly. The common areas are nicely decorated. Cons: Lots of small things that added up. The AC unit in the room made the carpet soaking wet around it. There were hairs in the shower. The airplay/chromecast on the TV didn't work. There was a nespresso machine in the room but no pods, and when I called the desk to ask for some the guy said I'd have to wait until housekeeping gets there because he didn't know which ones were what. I said that's fine but they never brought any. I tried to check out online but that also wouldn't work. Overall, its fine, but it wouldn't be my first choice of hotel in St. Augustine.

Melanie (10/5): Hidden Gem - We arrived on the premises a little prior to check-in time and we were delighted to see our room was ready. When in St-Augustine last time prior, we had stayed at the famous CM hotel but weren't enamored with the $500 room so decided to try something else this time around. Although this hotel is located across the bridge from OLD St-Augustine, it was totally worth it. Let's start with the manager, Erick. He made sure that we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. They have a nice Wine & Beer area and right on the other side of the doors, a nice pool area. The atmosphere is fresh, clean and modern, properly taken care of. I don't think you can find a better managed hotel for the price. Staying on the "other" side of the bridge was well worth it, especially with the FREE Parking ( most hotels charge $25/night for parking ) and would definitely recommend it to anybody who is looking for a great and affordable hotel in St-Augustine.

Shawn (8/5): hotel to stay for a concert 👍 - Overall a very clean, and pleasant looking hotel. The bar is well placed with good aesthetics. The king bed was supremely comfortable. The staff were very accommodating, and kind. The Pool area was very relaxing and well maintained. The Voco website says they serve dinner after 5, but I was told they only serve breakfast. Also it's beer, and wine only. I thought I read about cocktails, and dinner on their website, but maybe I interpreted something wrong, or July is out of season for that service. And my room was next to a pub that was kinda loud at night. I was hammered so I fell asleep easy, but some people might need earplugs.

Nancy (10/5): Weekend in St Augustine - The hotel is new and fabulously kept up. The check-in host was fantastic and we took advantage of two of his recommendations which ended up being amazing! Dinner at the black flag was so wonderful and the staff there was amazing too.
