• Ali (1/5): Nicht zu empfehlen - Das Sicherheitspersonal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Reinigungspersonal war sehr nett, zuvorkommend und jederzeit erreichbar, wenn man etwas brauchte. Das Apartment war sehr alt und es gab einen starken Abwassergeruch. Die Lichtverhältnisse im Gebäude waren schlecht. In der gesamten Wohnung, besonders in der Küche, gab es Kakerlaken. Nachts waren sie überall unterwegs, sogar auf den Möbeln und Küchenutensilien.

Nobody on site. Only one used toilet paper in the room...Just buy by yourself theese necessary items because the owner is bot ansewer at WhatsApp msgs. Considering the price for ths accommodation , its ok... There was not any sign with the name of the accommodation. Just ask the neighbours if u cant figure it out where it is. Use ONLY "Tatev apartments" when u search on Google Maps the location, not the adress listed in the add.

• Yesayan (6/5): Хочу сказать что я уже был в данных домах и все было замечательно. Но конкретно данный номер был почему-то плохой. Реком - Местоположение Не было стиральной машины, что было указано в услуге. Дом был теплый температурой. Было очень шумно и ночью была вечеринка. А утром вообще сверху каждое 5 минут громко хлопнули дверь. Попросил хозяина чтобы продлить время отъезда на час больше потому что все утро мешали спать.

• Irina (8/5): Простые апартаменты рядом с метро Баграмян - Отель расположен недалеко от метро Баграмян. но надо подниматься в горку,возможно, кому-то это будет неудобно Оперный театр и Каскад в пешей доступности. Есть кухонный угол с чайником, плитой, холодильником и посудой. Номер небольшой, но все необходимое есть, и все работает. Номер был чистый, но достаточно "уставший", ремонт не помешал бы. Но по соотношению "цена-качество" вполне нормально. Отель трудно найти,. адрес на букинге возможно помогает найти нужный район, но отель находится не на пр Баграмяна, а на улочке, которая расположена выше проспекта. Кроме того, вывеска на здании говорит, что это турагентство, а не отель или апартаменты, это тоже сбивает с толку, когда ты приезжаешь первый раз.

• Юрий Шевчук (10/5): - Good apartments, everything you need for a tourist, your own kitchen with dishes, your own shower and toilet., air conditioning and heating batteries. Large room with a good bed. The yard is cozy with grapes, a barbecue area and a Bakhchisarai fountain. From the stairs, you can see Mount Ararat. There is a washing machine and an iron. The staff is friendly and always makes sure that the yard and the rooms are clean and comfortable. There is Wi-Fi. The metro station is nearby, and it takes 15 minutes to walk to the historical center. One small minus is the outdated TV model with a few local channels. You need a modern TV with internet access and YouTube. In terms of price and quality, we give it a 10.
• Siavash (2/5): Very poor maintenance, dirty rooms, broken facilities, and almost no stable internet. - The apartment was large, which was the only positive point. Unfortunately, the internet connection was very unstable and didn’t even cover half of the apartment. It disconnected most of the time, which made it impossible to use. The overall cleanliness was very poor — there were cockroaches everywhere. Several door handles were broken, including the main entrance and two bedroom doors. The shower had only two modes: freezing cold or burning hot, with no warm water in between. The lock on the toilet door didn’t work, which was really stressful for a large group. All blankets and pillows were dirty and clearly not cleaned properly. Very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

• Bárbara (10/5): Estancia perfecta. - La casa era muy amplia, tenía lo básico pero suficiente para pasar unos días en la capital armenia. Camas cómodas, sofás enormes, cocina y baño. Se puede aparcar en la puerta. Esta al lado de la universidad y andando se puede llegar perfectamente al centro en 15 min. Super recomendable. Viajamos con nuestro bebe y nos pusieron una cuna para el. A 2 min andando hay un sitio de sawarmas, pollo asado... Que estaba muy bueno. Hay cafeterías al lado.

• Прохор (8/5): Хороший вариант для того, чтобы остановиться на несколько дней, но не больше: не хватает удобств. - Небольшие уютные аппартаменты в центре города, в пешей доступности главные достопримечательности Еревана, рядом есть несколько супермаркетов. Есть всё необходимое для краткосрочного пребывания. Очень приветливый персонал, пошли навстречу и согласились на оплату наличными при заселении (российской картой оплатить невозможно). Интерьер и мебель старые. Мало розеток (свободная - одна). Нет стиральной машины. Нет стульев. Нет тумбочек и шкафов, куда можно было бы сложить вещи, только небольшая гардеробная. В гардерообной не работает свет. Очень старый и слабый кондиционер. Критически мало посуды. Невозможно нормально отрегулировать температуру воды в душе

• Klara (8/5): Payments only in cash - The apartment was really spacious. The location was good, close to metro. Really good value for the price. The beds were a little bit uncomfortable. The owner required payment in cash. He arrived at the apartment in the evening without any previous warning and required us to pay immediately in cash. He also didn't respond to any messages when I tried to contact him through booking before our stay.

It was confusing how to check in as there was no one there. The staff lady opened the room door with her key when I was there without knocking on the door when I was getting out of the shower without clothes - not appropriate.
• Igor (10/5): Awesome offer for the price - Nice and cozy apartment perfect for two people, it has everything you need. Everything was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very close to the city centre and Marshal Baghramyan metro station. If you're lucky with the weather you can see mount Ararat from your window. Some of the facilities felt a bit outdated but it didn't cause any major inconvenience.
