I really enjoyed my stay, the room is spacious and clean, the shared kitchen is super well kept and tidy, the pool is lovely and the location is perfect for surfing the Nusa dua region of Bali and it’s super quiet.
There are a lot of warungs and marts around with great food. Nothing

- Sebastian (10/5): Bucolic homestay - Outdoor kitchen to share. Pool and garden. So beautiful Lights on during the night.

- Marco (10/5): - Lovely place in the centre of Uluwatu with amazingly friendly and super helpful hosts! Clean facilities and nice pool
- Moez (10/5): - Nice and friendly staff ..beach like 20min to walk ..beautiful bungalow .i like all in thisbhomestay
- Vijaya (9/5): Superb - looked comfortable and informal. Good in terms of value for money. Kitchen is a benefit here. Maybe could improve.
- Csilla (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jing (10/5): Exceptional - Good location . Warm smile on everyone 😊
- Igor (10/5): Exceptional -
- Matthias (6/5): would not recomend and will not come back - Okey bed decent wifi Well first its quite expensuve for what you get, the bathroom is not even in the house its in this weird adjoining exta house that you go outside and then in. well inside then you have a zoo, never seen so many catepillars in such a small area, despite cleaning then out every day.
- Ben (7/5): Good - Nice aspect looking out on the garden. Pool for cooling dip. Little kitchen to sort my breakfast. The family just left me to it - too many people coming and going I guess.I was sad not to interact with them so much.
Room is just ok for the price.
- Denis (8/5): A super friendly staff which is actually a family so you feel yourself as a respectful guest living in a friendly house. - A quite place full of greenery and a good pool deep enough to dive in.
- Milan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Petra (6/5): Pleasant - The Homestay is located in very quiet area, it has a very nice pool and kitchen We booked the more expensive and bigger room but we got the cheap one and smaller. The room is older but there is a nice patio
- Sweta (7/5): Nice and budget place to stay near uluwatu - The ambience was good and rooms were clean Room was too small but clean so no problem
- Roman (10/5): Exceptional - calm ang quiet place!
- Robin (10/5): Exceptional - Everything perfect. You need to be able to ride a scooter though, to get around.
- Gerrit (9/5): Superb - Great pool and a place to sit in the shade. Breakfast can be ordered via whapp and was good. It is nice and quiet at the location. The location is a bit out of the way for most activities, we liked a bit of calm, but it might not be for everyone. On our first morning there was no breakfast due to galungan (big ceremony), which is completely understandable, but would be nice to hear at check in!
- Bottleny (9/5): Superb - Room: cleanliness, decent Wi-Fi connection & speed, air conditioner.
The common facilities include a outdoor pool & a simple Kitchen to use.
They offered reasonable prices for breakfast and drinks. The furniture in the room is a bit old. The location is in the middle, so a bit far for attractions in both sides. Not a big deals, considering the price.
- Kelvin (7/5): Good -
- Nemesio (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lee (7/5): Nothin fancy, but a sweet Balinese family runnin a tidy little Homestay w good vibes. We'd return :) -
- Veronica (8/5): old but clean rooms - the room was comfortable to stay at and not noisy so it was a very calm neighborhood the room was a bit old with old furniture
- Koushik (10/5): Rio has given a warm welcome. He has guided in renting a bike. Helped us in ordering online too. Thank you for helping u - Good maintenance. Pleasant atmosphere. Complementary breakfast was also good. NA
- Roman (10/5): Exceptional - Very lovely owners and staff.
Cleaned often .
Nice pool .
- Dirga (8/5): Very good -
- Balihans (8/5): Very good - Good room for the price, good aircon, with little terrace. Pool.... Room was not ventilated, moldy smell when entering the room.
- Claudia (10/5): A peaceful and quiet stay with good facilities and lovely staff. Based in a local area but easy to transport to Uluwatu - Peaceful, quiet, good facilities and lovely staff
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Thairini (8/5): Very good -
- Maria (10/5): Perfect to relax - Staff is helpful. Breakfast delicious and great price. It’s comfortable and simple.
- Matthias (10/5): Exceptional - Verry quiet and relaxed. There a verry good quality massages available. Early morning you can find all sorts of cute animals around the pool like doves and squirrels 🐿️
- Ram (10/5): Nice place, all good! Bike is must have for access to where you want. -
- Thais (8/5): Very good -
- Laetitia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elena (8/5): Very good -
- Kateryna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ido (9/5): Superb -
- Assem (10/5): Exceptional -
- Dine (8/5): Very good -
- Arnoldas (8/5): A bit expensive for that kind of quality. If breakfast were included in that proce it would be good value - Location, surroundings, breakfast, comfy bed, space in room, wifi connection. Bathrooms must be cleaned and renovated (smell, clogged shower area). Common fridge is always full and does not work properly. Sheets in a room are bit dirty.
- Maria (7/5): We were glad we only booked one night. - It was a basic room with access to a cooking area, so if you arrive with your groceries it really could be a great place. It was a challenge to walk anywhere, as the neighborhood is not pedestrian friendly, so arriving with your scooter would be a great benefit and provide a very different experience than we had. We have been truly spoiled by our previous homestay experiences so were a bit taken aback by our less than friendly welcome. It was all business. No smiles were exchanged.
- Dine (8/5): Very good -
- Ana (5/5): Passable - Quiet location The strong smell of pee in the bathroom and outside my room
- Jesse (6/5): Pleasant - Friendly staff, and the property is rather charming with pretty trees and flowers, a cute swimming pool and some beautiful sunsets. However, it seemed we were placed in the smaller and older bungalow, as the other rooms we saw looked bigger and nicer, maybe for long-term guests. But our room was very small, and despite the cute vibe it just wasn't very comfortable overall. The room we were given was super small and there wasn't really anywhere to put your things except on the floor, and the bathroom was also quite small. The AC made an obnoxious noise like a train which was rather disturbing at night. If they took a bit more pride in maintenance, renovated the bathroom (or at least added some wall hooks?) and replaced the rather ugly room flooring, it would be more pleasant. In the current state, it was fun for one night but I had the urge to leave the property come morning. Also you would definitely need a motorbike to stay here, as there's nothing really nearby this neighborhood.
- Pereira (6/5): Pleasant -
- Annie (10/5): Calm place - I liked everything! The Pool was nice, it was a quiet place to rest, the owners are amazing…
- Zdeněk (10/5): Great experience! - I came late, reception was closed already. But I met someone at the pension next door, he know the owner and arranged everything for me, even after the midnight. Exquisite staff! Nice facilities and pleasant location. Strongly recommend! Just be aware that Google Maps navigation may not be as precise as needed here. There are 2 homestays at the address. This one does not have the gate to the street, you need to find Timbis sign and turn off the main street.
- Dine (10/5): Exceptional -
- Bernadette (10/5): lovely family run homestay with comfy rooms and beautiful gardens - Honestly the perfect homestay with lovely and extremely friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms were huge, especially considering I am solo. Large bedroom, couch, separate bathroom. Rooms were clean and comfy, a few ants in the bathroom, but that's the nature of having such a beautiful garden surrounding you. Pool was nice, I did not swim, but read by the side with my legs in and it was lovely. I had a full body massage in my room, a service which they offer, and it was great. The neighbor is a relative of the hosts and they can hook you up with quality scooters making the location perfect. If you don't have a scooter, it's obviously harder to come and go and explore as you please. Beaches nearby are great, and a fun scooter away. Breakfast was affordable and tasty. Plenty of local shops and places to eat nearby, but don't expect a lot of western style places to eat in walking distance....part of the fun of traveling, I guess. Would recommend this place to anyone and would happily stay again. I am not sure how regularly the pool gets cleaned. It looks clean, but when I arrived the jets were not on. They did turn on the next time I went by. Honestly the only thing I can think of that may need attention, and it honestly may not even need it and I am just being weird.
- Дмитрий (10/5): I recommend! - Good hosts. Convenient location. There are shops nearby. Cool pool. There is a kitchen. It's quiet at night. You can rent a bike right here.
- Dominika (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lars (5/5): Worn down room but nice bed - You can rent a scooter directly there and we got a new one - very nice. The bed was really good. Choose wisely, the location in the middle of nowhere, only two good beaches are around.
Our room smelled like it was moldy!!!
The pool isn’t in a good condition.
It was often difficult to find the staff.
The bathroom was an absolute disaster. The toilet doesn't flush properly, the bathroom door was broken, a lot of bugs came out of the shower drain because the cover wasn't installed properly.
The entire accommodation seems a bit musty.
- Tio (10/5): Exceptional -
- Léa (5/5): Passable - AC, bed and internet Limited hot water and smell bad inside the room (like chemicals)
- Depalma (10/5): Exceptional -
- Phuong (10/5): Exceptional -
- Miriam (8/5): Very good -
- Manuel (10/5): Exceptional - Quiet place with pool and kitchen Everything is fine, 100% recomendable.
- Mikaelia (8/5): Week in the forest - Fair for the price the staff is very nice and warm breakfast very good and very cheap the pool is clean and very nice miss sun beds
- Koyama (6/5): If camping is your jam, go for it :) - They had hot shower and the location was a bit far from others so it was fairly quiet. The AC worked well. The bathroom area is barely inside. Felt very outdoors. I personally hate big bugs so it was uncomfortable for me. Also Frye flooring had space in between so it was not ideal for keeping out the little bugs
- Julien (9/5): Honestly, surprise to see this cheap price for this well homestay ! - Lot of vegetable, flowers and trees in the garden, making the room naturally isolated ! The pool is really nice as well You need to go to another room, going "outside" to go to the bathroom , but the privacy is fully guarantee no problem for that !!!
The advantage is that the noise from bathroom is well isolated
- Irene (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely place with clean pool and kitchen. You need to rent a scooter to go around and visit restaurants :)
- Marcel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Thomas (9/5): Superb -
- Simone (10/5): Peaceful and quiet stay -
- Keat (7/5): Good -
- Tamara (10/5): Lovely - We arrived before check in time and we got a room straight away.
We didnt like It so much because some construction work was going on near the room as It was a bit noisy. They told us to wait a bit for another room to be cleaned and moved us to this one where we were Happy.
So Very helpful staff, friendly, sweet people.
Room and bathroom clean and confortable.
The kitchen area and sitting space are nice. There is a juice maker to be used too.
Lovely Garden and pool.
When we woke Up in the morning, our balcony was cleaned Up already, we could see they really take care of the place.
A Very nice place to stay. Good athmosphere and quite. Just suggestions.....nothing to complain really...
Sunbeds in the pool would be nice.
Next to our room was some kind of machine (water tank or something) and the sound during the night was disturbing me, Also true I am sensitive sleeper.
The commun fridge was so full we had trouble to place a few things we got, maybe another one Will be nice since It looks the place has many rooms. Or maybe it was just just that someone made Big shopping.
To cover yourself in bed they dont give a bedshit, they give a thin blanket what i really dont like. I know this is Very commun in Many places but It makes a Big different for me at least to be able to cover with bedsheeds instead.
- Ragatnia (9/5): Superb -
- Justina (9/5): Superb - Nice place,very good location
- Giselle (10/5): I really liked my stay and hoping to go back again - The staff are so nice and caring I like it alot
I like that they have free coffee in the common kitchen The air conditioner wasn’t cold enough but it was manageable
- Laura (7/5): Good - Friendly staff A bit far from Uluwatu
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good - Very nice place. Everything was perfect. We didn’t eat the breakfast there so I do know about that. You can rent a motorbike there. But I think is better already go there with your own rented motorbike. Was the best place that we stay until now.
- Meghan (7/5): Good clean budget option if you can scooter - Great very clean pool and cute garden area, good wifi. Friendly staff and has a fair priced scooter rental on site. The little kitchen area was nice Location is bad if you want to visit Uluwatu area. If your looking to visit melasti, pandawa beach and Nusa Dua it's good. Scooter is a must here. Our room #7 the bed was very uncomfortable, was more like a sofa bed and there was no top sheet just a fleece blanket. Would like refillable water bottles even if you have to pay. Shame to go through so much plastic. Breakfast needs to be bigger for the price.
- Leonie (8/5): Cute homestay but far away from everything - Very pretty pool. Breakfast and laundry available. Rooms are spacious. Not much around but therefore very quiet. No daily cleaning, bathrooms not great but okay for Indonesian standards.
- Timothé (10/5): Exceptional -
- Evered (10/5): Exceptional -
- Guilherme (8/5): Very good - Room with good size, nice bed and bathroom. Kitchen ok to prepare breakfast. Good laundry service. The only downside for me was that it took around 30-40min on scooter to get to the best surf beaches (only green bowl was 15min aways)
- Gina (5/5): Passable - The homestay was really pretty. This place is owned by Falun Gong cult members and I felt really uncomfortable during my stay. They advertise with pamphlets on the bedside table and do their little prayer ritual outside in the evenings. I think they should be more upfront about that so you know what you're signing up for.
I think I counted about 10 mosquitos in my room at one point. ALSO there were lizards creaking in my room all night which freaked me out. A little far if you're looking to explore Uluwatu, but not terrible.
- Charline (9/5): Superb -
