• christian (10/5): Fantastico - B&B immerso nel verde sui colli vicino Firenze, stanza molto bella e pulita con un ottima vista sulla natura circostante. Host molto cordiale, consigliata! -

• Maria Luisa (9/5): Tornerei molto volentieri per svago, anche in un periodo meno freddo per poter vivere lo spazio del giardino. - La tranquillità della notte riguardo all’ esterno. Il sabato notte nelle stanze a fianco c’erano due coppie ed hanno parlato a voce alta fino a molto tardi. Dovrebbero essere informati degli orari di silenzio da rispettare.

Un lugar muy bonito y pintoresco, rodeados de naturaleza y con un jardín con piscina. Muy recomendable para viajar si alquilas coche y tienes intención de visitar más lugares. Creo que es indispensable venir con coche. Aunque no es algo negativo

• Shashi (10/5): Scenic and Panaromic - Place looks heritage place and well maintained. We liked the scenic panaromic views. Situated in a secluded and scenic place. You need a car to travel from public transport to this place. Otherwise you can call taxi service.

• Frank (10/5): A true rural Tuscan experience in a beautiful 15th century period home. - Our hostess Luisa was extremely kind, warm and welcoming. She accompanied us to our room and was very helpful in providing information for us. The breakfast was ready in the room each day which consisted of little packets of crustini slices along with jam, and cookies. An espresso machine and milk frother were available in the room along with a selection of teas and a kettle as was a little fridge with milk, apples and butter. The room was very Tuscan in its design and style with open wooden ceiling beams, a big canopy bed and large windows open to the garden and a view of Florence in the distance. Really lovely!

• Francisco (10/5): The price quality ratio was one of the best I have ever seen, beautiful location, strongly advise. - The room is just as it shows, big and spacious, private bathroom, beautiful view, all the staff was nice and competent, the breakfast basket was good and all the comodities associated also, It also has a pool. The location is 1.5 km from the town which has a bus that takes you to florence, that being said it’s previouslt advertised and the owner even offered us a ride to town in the last day.

• Fabienne (10/5): The perfect Tuscan experience - The Villa is very lovely having its own charm on a mountain with a view to the duomo in Firenze. The garden has many possibilities to enjoy the Tuscan sun, the host is very helpful and has some good recommendations for eating out in the area. In 15 minutes you are in the Center of Firenze but also not too far away from other beautiful towns, such as Siena or San Gimignano. -
• Nations (10/5): Beautiful, cozy and too short! I would love to stay again! - It is beautifully located in the countryside and the building is beautiful itself. It feels very cozy and the rooms are spacious. No complaints! I do wish we were given a warning about the narrow road leading to the property, but we managed just fine and enjoyed the quietness of the location.

• Jordan (9/5): An authentic and well priced villa nestled in the Tuscan countryside - The Villa is beautiful and has an authentic Tuscan design, with classic furniture, a comfortable bed, black out wooden shutters and amazing high ceilings. The AC and water pressure were also good! The pool is little but perfect after a day in the heat, and the garden is lovely. It was in the perfect location to visit Florence and drive around Chianti. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks Simone! Just something to note for other travellers, in the welcome information there is a suggestion for a parking lot to use if driving to Florence- for which our GPS drove us right through the low emission zone (ZTL) - which can incur a big fine. This isn’t the villa’s responsibility, but it would have been nice to have a heads up on the existence of the ZTL in the welcome book

• Kerry (10/5): the best host! thank you! - the rooms were spacious and had everything we need such as hairdryer, towels, fridge and biscuits. The owner provided a fridge with orange, beer and water etc (at reasonable prices) for guests to help themselves too. the host was amazing! very helpful and always around to answer questions. he even gave us a lift into the local village which was very kind. he ordered taxis when we needed them and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. the garden area was beautiful with sun beds, chairs and tables and a small pool available. there isn’t much around it. we went for a 20 minute walk down into the town but it is down hill so wouldn’t be suitable for all. we are in our 30s and struggled coming back up the hill as it is very steep.

• Isabel (9/5): My partner and I truly had a lovely time, the bed and breakfast is great. - I liked having breakfast prepared for me every morning, and the rooms were very spacious and clean. The Host of the bead and breakfast was incredible with giving us advice and answering any questions we had. The shower's heating settings were very sensitive - one tiny change would change the water from extremely hot to extremely cold. The location at night is hard to navigate.

• Gigi (10/5): A true gem for a romantic holiday - A true gem, perfectly located in the middle of calm Tuscan countryside, a little sanctuary offering a welcome break from the overcrowded Florence and other tourist sites. Beautifully decorated, large room (we had a junior suite) with a view of “the Duomo”. The host was also very welcoming and helpful in giving us useful tips. We truly enjoyed our holiday there and will surely be back!
• Milena (6/5): Pleasant - The location Apparently the season was over, there's no breakfast, the room wasn't as clean and breakfast was a cup of tea or coffee with some biscuits in the room.
• Angelika (9/5): Perfect for exploring Florence and Chianti while staying in a typical Tuscan country home - Only 15-20min drive from Florence city center but located on a hill inbetween olive trees and absolute remote and quiet. lovely centuries old Tuscan villa with charming interior and decoration. Large room with beautiful view, coffee and tea maker. No breakfast but every day cookies and crackers are refilled in the room. Superfriendly host who even went out of the way to refund me one night as I had to leave a day early. Really close to Florence and ideal to rest and recharge batteries from the bustling city. I love cats so an additional plus for these "houseguards". If one would be picky, the little bathroom could need a bit of renovation and deep clean but hey its a huge old building.

• Jila (10/5): Exceptional - The family run very nice people. Location is only 17 minutes to Florence city center. Rooms were big and bed was very comfortable. Jr suite had a duomo view. But villa is on hill and beautiful view of Tuscany. Only road to villa is very narrow for a bigger car. I recommend it definitely Not having elevator so taking stairs with luggage was very hard
