Guest Reviews
- Joshua (7/5): -
- Dorothy (1/5): 🤢 - Nothing The shower curtin had mold. You can tell poeple use the room for drugs.
- Morris (7/5): -
- Donna (8/5): We enjoyed the stay. Great service. Great value. - It was older but clean and well maintained Window unit was loud so we had to turn the tv up loud to hear it. But the unit cooled so it wasn’t that bad.
- Joel (1/5): never again - what breakfast? the hotel is a ghetto
- Regina (3/5): -
- Maribel (8/5): For the price, it is a good place to stay. - They don’t offer breakfast The smell of the water and because the frame door of the bathroom has rust.
- Javier (3/5): Clean but run down and bring earplugs if you want to sleep. Should cost $20 less per night to be a fair deal. - Good location on a main road The room I got did not look at all like that shown in the picture. The only thing that looked recently renovated were the laminate floors and the modern entry door lock with a card key.
The rest of the room looked pretty bad and run down, with just a fresh coat of paint. The bed was a bit hard and the bedding had what looked like the remains of a pencil eraser. Couldn’t tell if they were detergent remains. I just brushed them away. The air conditioning/heating system is an extremely loud unit mounted on the wall very close to the bed so it was hard to sleep. The towels were clean but very old too.
To be fair, other than that, the room looked clean, just run down. No bugs, no bad smells.
I recently stayed in a Red Roof hotel that charged me the same amount for a much nicer room. So in my opinion, the value for the money paid was not quite there.

- Jerrod (3/5): Do your homework before staying. - Being together with family is always awesome, no matter the conditions. Having a hotel close by all of the festivities was awesome. That is honestly all I can say I enjoyed about my visit. The staff did respond to a flooding issue so that was nice they tried their best. I haven't stayed at the Pine Lodge for over a decade. The room or better yet rooms are to be desired. The staff did listen when things went wrong and tried there best to assist, but the preparation that didn't happen would have prevented most of these things.
I understand the place had "renovations" over the past few years. I did notice the facilities cameras, colored perimeter lights, and I believe the roof on a few of the buildings are new, but as you can see from my picture there's a new toilet seat in some of the rooms. Other than the toilet the previously mentioned "renovations" are more for the facility and not so much the guest. Unfortunately measurements for the toilet seat were not taken so this toilet seat is not the best for guest using it. The ice machine is to be desired, and the vending machine is clearly for show. I do believe there was ice in the machine, but it's outter appearance did not allow for me to even want to fill up the ice bucket. The rooms decorations do not have to all match, but we know these things are aged so at least buying new ones would at least set uniformity and bring a freshness to the room. Cosmetic changes although they are surface definitely go a long way.
Hopefully additional repairs and a simple paint job will help bring the hotels appearance back up to standard.
- Robbin (10/5): Economicial - Price and comfortable.
- Dee (5/5): Passable - Wasn't even told about breakfast Roaches
- Corey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kristine (2/5): Disappointed with lack of care given to the units/customer stay. - Close to our event Very outdated, no maid service each day, broken dirty mini blind on bathroom window (all units ground floor), cold water handle broken in bath tub so a very hot morning shower, no extra amenities offered (shampoo, conditioner, coffee/tea in room, no continental breakfast, no Wi-Fi).
- Duncan (7/5): Good - Was pretty good
- Abelardo (8/5): Great experience for our construction crew that was in the area for the week & excellent office staf - The office staff was excellent with helping me book the rooms and was so kind to our crew. Our crew called me
Right away and said they would like to stay here in the future. It is nice to have a clean room and pleasant people
Around you. N/a
- Deborah (8/5): Very good - Large refrigerator
Clean bathroom The spread could use a washing.
- Donna (9/5): Superb - The staff were very helpful in a couple of situations and we were grateful.
- Walker (9/5): Superb - There were no electrical outlets for mine and my sisters C-pap
- Andrew (1/5): Bad -
- Laura (7/5): Good -
- Brandy (10/5): Exceptional - Staff very friendly Nothing
- William (4/5): Not the best - Nothing sticks out The price wasn't his advertised. It went up about eighteen dollars They charged me to use my debit card. There is no way to adjust the temperature in the room and it blows like a whirlwind.
The next time I go through there.I will not stay at that pine lodge motel again
- Shonna (8/5): Very good - The location It was over priced
- Chris (6/5): Based on averages, the Room was a good Value. - For my Work schedule, the location fit the need along with the Rate. Nicely hot shower, though the typical showerhead issues. Non-carpeted, cold night meant cold feet on the floor. I brought a portable electric heater as the hvac system was not easily used due to thermostat not allowing adjustments.
- Deborah (7/5): It was good. I would definitely stay there again. - Did not know there was a breakfast Shower was only warm, not hot.
- Christopher (7/5): Good -
- Jerry (1/5): Worst motel I have ever started in . Bed had a bad order. Sheet's smelled like they had not been wa. - Nasty
- Sabra (10/5): Awesome - Clean
- Corey (10/5): Exceptional - Everything The curtain
- Ashley (1/5): Price was decent but never again - Nothing Staff was very rude , no cleaning was provided. First room they tried to put me in had the window taped up . No kinda of accommodations for any inconvenience instead was charged for my 2 little grandchildren whom happened to stay with me 1 of the nights and that was due to the staff “observing me” never even asked me In reference to the children
- Parrish (1/5): Never will I ever come again - Horrible stay! Staff was horrible Room. The staff
- Balcom (1/5): It was HORRIBLE!! Should have demanded REFUND!!! - The bed was HORRIBLE and the color scheme and just entire way the time was put together. The air conditioner is one of the kind people have in the window of a trailer and it was so loud you had to blast the TV to even hear over it. No carpet on floors. There were only 2 dingy thin wash cloths and even big towels were dingy. The comforter was stained and so were the sheets. The pillows were so flat they were damn near invisible in the pillow case. We stripped the bed of everything and actually had to go PURCHASE pillows and bedding to sleep on because the other ones were just that bad!!! But THE WORST part has to be the bed!! First off… since it was two people.. we thought we were getting a King size bed! Not a small, lumpy, squeaky bed…. It was so horrible I couldn’t even sleep the first night and my partner and I both had pains all the next day. It was honestly that uncomfortable!! And to be charged $150 for 2 nights and they don’t even offer breakfast. No carpet on the floors in the rooms. Did not even offer to come clean .. I had to ask for more towels🙄 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!! Can definitely stay somewhere else for the price!! Plus… once you are checking in there is a $10 per person fee that has to be payed for more than one person staying in time!! This place needs a whole remodel!! Or demolition and rebuild! There’s was tape holding over huge holes in the curtains I didn’t like not one thing!!!! It was honestly the worse place I have ever stayed!!!
- Smith (5/5): Passable -
- Anthony (1/5): Filthy - Sounds of people next door having great sex. Everything
- Smith (10/5): Exceptional -

- David (1/5): This place was so natsy that we left after and traveled 30 miles to another hotel. - NOTHING There was black mold in bathroom, towels were extremely dirty, room smelled, bathroom was out dated and not clean. Staff didn't care. People next door had same issues with towels. Pillows were dirty under pillow case and so old they didn't have any support. Stains on sheets. Going to contact City Health Inspector.
- Candice (1/5): The place was horrible!!! - Nothing. The place had roaches and other bugs crawling. It wasn’t clean at all. It wasn’t swept or mopped and the linen was dirty. we brought our own towels and blankets because we couldn’t get a refund we tried to make the best of it since there was not any other rooms in town. Everything was bad!!!!
- Nikolay (10/5): Exceptional -
- Princess (2/5): Choose your night correct - Nothing really Pretty much everything. No hot water it's lukewarm, no wifi, there was a dead roach on the rug. And the bed made a strange noise like it was hitting something metal maybe an air filter that was on the wall. There was no breakfast. They had a vending machete but it wasn't stocked. Definitely could have spent 60+ on a better room.
- Kolobay (10/5): Exceptional -
- Princess (2/5): Sad property - Nothing really Pretty much everything. The staff was okay but didn't get a solid response when asked if the checkout was at noon. The water was lukewarm and bugs were on the rug. The bed made a weird nose when rolled over like an air vent was loose. Beds were alright but wouldn't consider paying more than $40 a night.
- Smith (5/5): Passable -
- Roxana (3/5): Poor -
- Theron (4/5): Disappointing - Price. Refrigerator, microwave in the room. Location. Bed was hard. Lamp missing bulb. Door card reader wouldn't work at first.
- Christopher (10/5): Exceptional -
