- Goncalo (8/5): Uma boa experiência no geral - O pequeno almoço foi divinal. A piscina exterior é muito boa, e o spa tem boa qualidade. Reservámos “estúdio com vista”, mas a vista para o rio é apenas lateral. A vista em frente era para o estacionamento.

A utilização do Spa requer marcação prévia; no entanto, mesmo com reserva, o número de espreguiçadeiras era insuficiente para os hóspedes e a piscina encontrava-se sobrelotada. Além disso, havia bastante barulho na zona do Spa, o que dificultou o momento de relaxamento. Relativamente ao alojamento, um dos quartos da casa (com duas camas de solteiro) era um pouco apertado e não tinha mesa de cabeceira para uma das camas.

- Senet (5/5): Heureusement qu'il y a la piscine couverte et le SPA - La piscine intérieure ouverte 24h sur 24 Le restaurant, bon mais deux fois plus cher que dans le centre d'Alcochete Accès à Lisbonne en 40 minutes en voiture par le pont. Un peu long mais ça fonctionne Pas de planning à remplir en ligne (obligés de passer par la réception pour tout : réservation à la piscine, au SPA, au restaurant... Invasion de fourmis, changement de chambre puis de nouveau Invasion de fourmis alors que l'on a pas mangé une seule fois dans la chambre. On nous a vendu un massage "KOBIDO" à 155 euros pour une pose de crèmes sur le visage et un massage des pieds !!! Même pas touché à la nuque et au haut du corps. Un geste commercial n'aurait pas été de trop.

- Lucas (10/5): Voltarei! - Bem organizado, limpo, me deixaram efetuar o check-in um bocado mais cedo. E era meu aniversário e tiveram o cuidado de fazer uma “surpresinha” no quarto. No restaurante do hotel a colaboradora “Stephani Pinheiro” muito atenciosa, educada e simpática!

- Alpha (5/5): Expérience contrastée - Le personnel est très sympathique. J’ai apprécié l’emplacement, la proximité de la mer ainsi que la piscine intérieure. Le petit déjeuner était bien aussi. À mon arrivée, l’appartement était rempli de poussière. Le sol était sale avec plein de cheveux. Le matelas n’était pas confortable et le lit était petit. Le store est tombé en panne ; même si le technicien est passé le lendemain pour le réparer, les enfants ont dû dormir sans pouvoir fermer le store.

- Andreia (4/5): - Gostei do spa, piscinas interior e exterior e dos jardins, da varanda Quarto e elevador com imensas formigas, camas não eram confortáveis. Pedi sofá cama para a minha filha e não colocaram. Colocaram um berço que não pedi, onde ela já não dorme.

- Carla (2/5): 3 estreles e ja é ser simpáticag - Da localizaçao, da vista e da piscina de agua quente. E pequeno almoço. Os quartos cheiram mal. Falta de manutençao e limpeza. Formigas no quarto. Mas o pior é mesmo o cheiro dos quartos. Digo dos pois pedi para trocar de quarto pk no primeiro mal conseguia respirar. Pó, saí de lá com uma grande tosse e alergia, devido ha falta da limpeza. Mandei tambem vir uma comida para uma pessoa, cogumelos com natas e massa. Apareceu isto. Por 17h€

- Sónia (9/5): - O restaurante do hotel destacou-se bastante pela positiva, o pequeno almoço tinha imensa variedade, tudo era fresco e, as refeições que fiz no restaurante, quer almoço, quer jantar, a comida estava toda divinal. Ficámos surpreendidos pela ótima qualidade e apresentação dos pratos. Todo o serviço também foi muito agradável

- Maryna (10/5): - Всё понравилось. Номер и балкон очень просторный. Персонал приветливый и вежливый. Вид прекрасный. На территории много зелени. Внутренний бассейн тёплый и работает круглосуточно ( это довольно таки редко и очень удобно). Завтрак довольно разнообразен и пицца в итальянском ресторане вкусная. Ещё обязательно вернёмся Утром не очень приятный запах от реки, но отель к этому не имеет никакого отношения

Although in front of an estuary and offering swimmimg pools, no drying racks are available... The indoor swimming pool must be booked in advance, and they want to know the time at which one wants to have breakfast, both of which are not practical problems when the resort is not crowded, but leaves one wondering how all this scheduling fits with relaxation during high season...

- Sandra (8/5): Belle découverte à Alcochette - La chambre était propre et confortable. Parfaitement bien agencée avec une petite cuisine et des espaces de rangements. Un balcon avec vue sur le jardin avec des emplacements pour sécher les maillots de bain. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse du personnel, l'ambiance familiale, les activités, le restaurant avec un bon rapport qualité/prix. C'est super que l'hôtel propose des activités familiales mais aussi un programme d'animation pour toute la famille. Nous avons profité d'un souper musical et d'un workshop pizza. Nous avons bien profité du spa et de la belle piscine extérieur avec un très joli cadre. Rien à signaler, ah oui l'odeur de chlore dans l'ascenseur :-)

- Elena (9/5): Overall, the vacation was wonderful. We'd be happy to come back again. - Excellent service and friendly staff. The room was clean, the grounds were lush with greenery, birdsong, and beautiful sunsets. The ocean and beach were just a minute away - perfect. The indoor pool was great for kids; you can come anytime. My baby and I were placed in the back building, and we had to push the stroller through the entire complex with awkward keypads. It was especially uncomfortable in the rain. Breakfasts were very limited in greens and vegetables; it was mostly bread, cheese, sweets, and fruit. But the coffee was delicious.

- Andrea (7/5): Resort 4* bom para famílias - Apartamento com muito boas áreas e todos os utensílios suficientes para preparar refeições. Localização ideal e embora não tenho usado piscina exterior pude constatar que é muito bonita e espaço verde cuidado. Simpatia dos funcionários também é de referir. Resort bom para famílias. Para um 4 * terá de melhorar o sistema de ventilação da piscina interior que por ter níveis elevados de cloro, crianças sofrem mais com isso (tosse e olhos inchados). Pena não ter um parque infantil no exterior, tem espaço para isso e um kids club, visto que recebem muitas famílias com crianças. Têm de mudar com urgência as almofadas pois simplesmente são horríveis, demasiado moles e baixas!
