• Itamar Jose (4/5): Frustração com a experiência. - - foi uma hospedagem um tanto quanto estranha: a proprietária parecia estar estressada por não falar minha língua português Brasil, pois meu inglês é fraco. Tentei utilizar aplicativo tradutor, mas demonstrou certa impaciência para me ouvir… enfim, não foi uma experiência boa como imaginávamos; se não fosse pelo pagamento da diária em caso de desistência, teria ido embora no momento que fomos recepcionados. - breakfast pobre: apenas café, leite, biscoito industrializado, croissant,suco embalagem tetrapack, 1 tipo de geleia e mel. Não tem elevador e quarto ficava no último piso. Banheiro grande, porém cápsula box para banho apertada. A propriedade não demonstrou cordialidade.

• Martin (8/5): Rustige locatie, met een ruim BnB appartement ideaal voor een paar dagen Florence. - De BnB lag op een heerlijke plek, net buiten Florence. Je moet wel een auto hebben om er te kunnen komen. Qua ruimte is het prima en kan je er goed met 4 personen in verblijven. De gastvrouw en gastheer waren heel behulpzaam en gaven nog tips mbt de steden rondom de BnB. Het uitzicht over de omgeving (Toscane) was fantastisch vanuit de BnB. De BnB had een eigen ingang met een leuk terras daarvoor. In de ochtend werd er een ontbijt geserveerd is een speciale kamer. Het was prettig om de dag zo te kunnen beginnen. - De stoelen van het terras waren minder fijn om op te zitten. Betere stoelen eventueel met een kussen zou schelen. - In de keuken stond een waterkoker, echter was er geen stopcontact om deze aan te zetten. - De banken in het zitgedeelte gaven weinig ondersteuning en zaten niet heel prettig. - Er waren 3 slaapkamers, waarbij de bedden erg kraakten. Hierdoor sliep niet iedereen even prettig en rustig. - De badkamer had een bad, echter was er geen waterstop, om het bad te kunnen gebruiken. - De appartement was vrij gehorig, je kon de buren goed horen. Als gezin waren we erg rustig, maar met wat drukkere kinderen kan dit al snel tot irritaties leiden.

• Mairizio (6/5): Vacanza toscana - Cordialità della proprietaria, La possibilità di cenare al b&b al costo di 30 €.. Il luogo è situato ad un'altezza panoramica molto bella In periodo estivo, Letto, cuscini e coperte da dimenticare, la doccia essendo molto ristretta è difficile da pulire con conseguente presenza di calcare e muffa, mancanza di piani d'appoggio, porta del bagno che non chiude, armadio con una corda per appendere cinture cravatte ecc.
• serena (6/5): Soggiorno gradevole sulle colline toscane senza troppe pretese - La posizione buona per vedere Firenze, anche se la strada per arrivare un po’ stretta ed in forte salita, ma sicuramente il panorama vale la pena. Gentilissimi i titolari, camera spaziosa e parcheggio privato proprio fronte la struttura. Torre del 1400, seppur ristrutturata, mantiene il suo fascino. Sono stati cortesi e su mia richiesta mi hanno riempito la borraccia d’acqua fresca per il viaggio. La camera era all’ultimo piano della torre, ovviamente senza ascensore, creando un po’ di difficoltà a mia mamma per salire e scendere non essendo più “giovanissima”. La camera aveva il bagno privato esterno rispetto alla camera quindi un po’ scomodo in quanto rimaneva freddo rispetto alla stanza. Ci sono stati dati solo 2 asciugamani a testa (uno più piccolo e uno per la doccia che però sembrava da viso). I saponi presenti non erano monouso, ma dei dispenser riempiti di volta in volta. La doccia si chiudeva con difficoltà e la pulizia non era delle migliori (wc un po’ ingiallito e doccia con calcare). La tv in camera era piccola e prendeva solo la Rai e la colazione categoricamente dalle 8 alle 10 senza salato e condivisa con altri ospiti intorno ad un unico tavolo. Da mangiare un unico cornetto a testa, qualche biscotto e qualche fetta di torta (non sufficiente per tutti gli ospiti), più frutta, yogurt e cereali. A detta della titolare se volevamo altre cose bastava chiedere che in cucina aveva altre scorte. Diciamo che nel complesso siamo state bene in quanto ci serviva solo un appoggio per visitare Firenze, ma probabilmente (a questo prezzo) più di una notte non ce la farei.

Конечно, - Отдаленное от города места, где можно прочувствовать настоящую итальянскую жизнь на вилле. Анна-Лиза очень приветливо, отзывчиво и трепетно относилась к нам. Доходчиво объяснила нам правила пребывания, переживая за назойливость, но объясняя разным поведением предыдущих гостей. В доме было чисто, вкусно пахло и очень уютно. Завтрак был чисто итальянским, не супер сытным, а легким, чтобы зарядиться на день грядущий. Мы были без машины и добирались на региональном поезде (20 минут) и еще 30 минут пешком от станции до виллы. Конечно, с машиной лучше, но мы знали на что шли, при бронировании виллы. Хотелось бы иметь в будущем микроволновку в общей кухне.

• Marco (4/5): Esperienza deludente, non lo consiglierei - Siamo rimasti piuttosto delusi dal soggiorno in questo B&B. Le condizioni di pulizia erano appena sufficienti: abbiamo trovato polvere, peli sui cuscini del divano e persino peli di gatto nella sala colazione. Durante il soggiorno c’è stata anche un’invasione di cimici verdi, che ha reso l’ambiente poco piacevole. Il letto era scomodo, con le molle ben percepibili, e gli asciugamani forniti erano vecchi, ruvidi e consumati. In casa faceva inoltre piuttosto freddo, il che ha reso il soggiorno ancora meno confortevole. L’accoglienza dei proprietari è stata fredda: abbiamo avuto l’impressione di essere più un disturbo che degli ospiti graditi. Infine, la colazione era solo dolce, senza alcuna opzione salata, cosa che sarebbe utile segnalare in anticipo. Nel complesso, purtroppo, non consiglierei questo B&B, soprattutto per chi cerca un ambiente curato, accogliente e confortevole.

We were happy to walk from the station, a lovely uphill walk amongst the flora and fauna. The room was fantastic, Annalisa has such good taste which compliments the original features beautifully. Хозяйка подсказала где парковаться во Флоренции и как доехать. Сами апартаменты очень аутентичные. Наверно можно чуть больше вложиться в уборку.

The breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast, only sweet dishes, but delicious. It would be useful to renovate the room. The room was missing a table with 2 chairs. A small refrigerator would be also useful. There was a huge layer of dust on the lamp in the bathroom :-(.

• KerNeu (9/5): Ganz toller Aufenthalt - Annalisa, unsere Gastgeberin hat uns herzlich begrüßt. Alles gezeigt und ein paar Tips gegeben....Wir hatten das Zimmer ganz oben im Turm, ganz goldig eingerichtet mit einer herrlichen Aussicht. Der Pool ist wunderbar zum abkühlen in der heißen Jahreszeit, mehr aber nicht. Das Frühstück war ganz liebevoll hergerichtet und für unsere Verhältnisse voll und ganz ausreichend. Typisch italienisch halt. Es wurde bei unserem Aufenthalt leider kein Abendessen angeboten. Wegen der Beschreibung und auch wegen der anderen Feedbacks sind wir einfach davon ausgegangen. Aber egal, wir haben nach 10min. Autofahrt ein schnuckeliges Restaurant direkt an einem See gefunden.

• Mariadolores (1/5): Ho soggiornato solo una notte la notte successiva (già pagata)sono andata via. - Posizione se conosci la strada per arrivarci dire buona posizione peccato che se usi il navigatore ti porta dall’ altra parte della collina, e la proprietaria del b&b non è molto disponibile a dare spiegazioni, in merito . Noi eravamo in ritardo per check in causa sciopero treno e poi perché appunto ci siamo persi , ma la proprietaria invece di accoglierci e rassicurarci ci ha solo messo ansia addosso, dicendo che era tardi e doveva svegliarsi presto per preparare la colazione . Premetto che è una struttura che può ospitare pochi ospiti, la mattina siamo scesi a fare questa colazione così elaborata ma c’ Erano solo succhi preconfezionati qualche fetta di pane con marmellata due brioche e caffè americano. Direi anche la colazione bocciata. La piscina dalle foto sembra molto più grande in realtà molto piccola e sempre occupata da bambini che in realtà nn erano nemmeno ospiti del b&b. Per quanto riguarda la camera avevamo il bagno fuori dalla camera … quindi non molto comodo , e letto con le doghe rotte appena messi a letto si è rotto il nastro adesivo con il quale avevano tamponato la rottura . Di sicuro inizierei con la gentilezza nell’accogliere i clienti… i quali pagano per un servizio quindi non devo essere ripresi a limite nn accetti la prenotazione e restituisci i soldi al momento della mail con specificato ritardo sul check in . Colazione assolutamente da cambiare e specificare se il bagno si trova al di fuori della stanza . Prezzo troppo alto per quello che offre .
• Žaneta (10/5): - Ubytování krásné v historické budově , jako hrad. Nádhera, lokalita skvělá kousek od Florencie . Paní majitelka velmi ochotná a vstřícná, skvěle mluvila anglicky a dobře nás navedla na parking, památky i restaurace ve Florencii. Spali jsme jen jednu noc, protože jsme cestovali dále na jih. Ale i ta jedna noc byla zážitek. Vše až na snídani úžasné. Hned po příjezdu jsme byli také upozorněni na snídani, že jde jen o lehkou snídani o kávě a croasánech. Nelíbila se mi snídaně, kdyby nebyla v ceně, ale zpoplatněná bylo by lépe. Snídaně v ceně tady nebrat 1x croasán na osobu, káva výborná, čaj k dispozici super. A tak chudou snídani jsem ještě neviděla suchý něco jako toastový chleba v omezeném množství a k němu na stolku pouze marmeláda a v tak omezeném množství, že ji snědli mí chlapi ve dvojku. Ale musím říct, že cena za pobyt byla přijatelná a tak nemůžeme čekat, že ta snídaně budou hody. Ale! přesto by tam raději tedy neměla být uvedena. Paní majitelka nám řekla, že to je typická Italská snídaně, ale to je holý nesmysl! I Italové jedí! No prostě na snídani tady nespoléhejte. Umřete hlady!
• Daniel (9/5): El paraíso de La Toscana en una habitación - El lugar es bellísimo, de los mejores que hemos visitado en nuestra vida. Despertar a la mañana con una vista a La Toscana como la que tienen las habitaciones es increíble. Los propietarios, Annalisa y Ezio, son muy amables, profesionales y muy dispuestos. El desayuno es completo y muy rico. Es un lugar muy recomendable si se dispone de auto o de movilidad especial ya que queda a unos 10 km del centro histórico de Florencia. • Daniela (9/5): - Es liegt etwas außerhalb auf einer Anhöhe, tolle Aussicht. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Man benötigt hier jedoch immer das Auto. Annalisa und Enzo waren sehr tolle Gastgeber, freundlich, hilfsbereit und hatte jede Menge Tipps für uns. Etwas rauhe Zufahrt zum B&B. Die Unterkunft war leider sehr hellhörig, man hat jede Bewegung der Gäste mitbekommen.

Comfortable large apartment, nice views, very kind landlady Annalisa. Breakfast Italian style (sweet stuff only but she prepared an egg for our diabetic member). She advised us well how to park near Firenze centro. Big book of Giotto in the apartment helped us to prepare for frescos in Santa Croce cathedral. Nothing.

Ons appartement was ruim en koel. Er is een gedeelde ruimte met koelkast. Het ontbijt en avondeten worden op het terras naast de tuin geserveerd. Prima uitvalsbasis voor dagtrips naar de stad. De uitbaters nemen de tijd voor je met tips en verhalen. Van het zwembad moet je je niet teveel voorstellen. Lekker om even af te koelen, te klein om een baantje in te trekken.

• Gill (10/5): An oasis in the mountains just fifteen minutes from Firenze. - On top of a hill with beautiful views and slightly cooler than in Firenze, this accommodation is beautiful and interesting. The bed was large and comfortable, window shutters kept out the early morning light and heat and air conditioning worked beautifully to keep us cool at night and during the day when needed. The above ground pool with its great location looking out to the hills and valleys gave us respite when we needed it as did the colourful deckchairs. We also enjoyed the attention to detail in our room and ensuite. Anna Lisa’s baking is amazing. We enjoyed the lightest most delicious cakes…apple strudel, grandfather cake, grandmother cake and bull’s eye cake at breakfast time and wonderful croissants, bread and jam and cereal. A delicious evening meal one night too. We enjoyed being in the quiet and cool of this place before and after our trips into Firenz and to other places recommended by Anna Lisa. We had hired a car and it is quite an easy fifteen to twenty minutes to a great parking area recommended by Anna Lisa. It was a very special time for us which was made more special by our hosts, Anna Lisa and Enzio.

• Doki Novi Sad (10/5): - Location, a bit isolated from city heat and perfect to rest and recalibrate. It was super clean. Breakfest was standard Italian but enough to start our day. Kids loved it. Hosts were very very nice.
• Ulrike (10/5): We will certainly come back! - It was such a pleasure staying at the home of Anna and Ezio. The home made dinners were just amazing and we felt like we are at home. The garden, the impressive house and the room (very clean)we loved very much. Following the advice’s of Anna and Ezio we spent a wonderful time in and around Florence. If you like authentic and heartwarming people, who do everything to make your stay unforgettable, you will be at the right place. Thank you for this wonderful experience, we will certainly come back to this place and this wonderful people.

Anna Lisa was very friendly and helpful, amazing host and she gave us many tips for Florence and area to visit. We were travelling with 2 young kids who enjoyed swimming pool in the mornings and evenings every day.

• Muzafar (10/5): This apartment feels like home! Hosts are very welcoming, we definitely recommend the place! - This stay was one of the best stays during our trip to Europe. Nice parking area, quiet place, 15 minutes drive from the city center. To briefly explain the property: you are living in old castle, with a fantastic view from the hill. There is a nice yard, with olive trees, swimming pool and a beautiful terrace. The apartment itself is very comfortable, everything inside is tastefully decorated. As our kids told us, is like visiting grandpa and grandma's house. Anna Lisa serves very tasty and classical Italian breakfast. It was one of the stays when we filled staying at home! Nothing! Everything was very nice!

• Eyal (1/5): Misleading advertising, a dirty, unpleasant, and old place; I regretted booking. - Nothing. Our stay was extremely disappointing as the hotel's actual condition was a stark contrast to the photos – it felt old, dark, unpleasant, and disturbingly unclean. We encountered significant hygiene problems, including killing multiple cockroaches in the room, finding dead flies on the windowsill, visible mold in the shower ceramics, and rust. Comfort was also a major issue due to a very old mattress with painful springs and worn sheets that didn't feel clean. Furthermore, the facilities were misrepresented; the shower was located outside the room, requiring us to cross the public hallway in a towel, which was not advertised. To top it off, the breakfast was very poor, featuring spoiled milk and jam that looked old or used. The combination of these unacceptable conditions prompted us to leave after just one night.

• Judy (10/5): A homely stay - We really liked the warm and personal welcome and homemade breakfast with other guests. Just like staying at a friend's home. It was very nice to be located away from the bustle of the city. Our hosts were very accommodating of disruptions to our scheduled plans. The road to the hotel is very narrow - probably customary for the location but unexpected for us foreigners. We were surprised to be told that buses to central Florence are not as frequent or convenient as we'd anticipated, but we got used to that road in a short time.

• Julie (10/5): I loved it so much, I want to go back! Simply beautiful and the hospitality was wonderful. - Anna Lisa was the ultimate hostess. She was so kind, sweet, and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and filling. I ate dinner one night at their home and for dessert had Vin Santo. It is a traditional Tuscany dessert - Cantucci biscuits dipped in a dessert wine. SOOOO tasty! I enjoyed sitting in the patio lawn chairs in the evening and watching the sunset. My room was so beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, linens fresh, and the bathroom was clean. I just loved I enjoyed my stay. I can't think of anything that I did not like!
• Helena (9/5): perfect to relax and to visit Florence or Tuscany - Beautiful setting. Calm and peaceful and yet close to Florence or Chianti region. Thje host very helful. Swimming pool was great in the heat of summer. Bred for breakfast was stall, old. Toliet ibn 3rd floor was difficult to flush.
• Terry (8/5): Fabulous and friendly - The former farmhouse is up in the hills with stunning views. It is well situated for exploring Firenze and the surrounding areas. There is no air conditioning which would be of benefit in exceptional heat however, there is always a breeze being the hills, just remember bug spray and open the large windows.

• Gavin (6/5): Lovely rustic apartment wit great views and well located for access to Florence - Beakfast was provided - and was fine - served on patio which was a challenge with the weather at the time - good coffee and croissants. Beds were very comfortable and location had spectacular views - great parking also Apartment was described as having well equipped kitchen - unfortunately someone had removed the cork screw and there were no wine glasses provided. No microwave as described or a kettle. Were encouraged and able to use pot on the hob to boil water

The hosts were super friendly and helpful, and among other things provided a lift down to the train station in the morning and back up to the B&B in the evening, a perfect combination of busy days exploring Florence and surrounds and tranquil evenings up at Le Torri. Thank you Anna Lisa and Ezio! There was nothing not to like 😊.

They were very helpful with all of our questions in regards to getting in and out of the city. Dinners were absolutley amazing! It is the perfect place to relax and unwind as it is out of the busy city. Rooms were very clean and spacious. The cats and dogs are cute :) None.
• Dr. (1/5): We cannot recommend this location - What did we like? The property is in a very scenic location, but is difficult to reach. What didn't we like? The property is in a very scenic location, but is difficult to reach. We drive a Tesla Model X and it was a dangerous adventure to even get to the destination without sliding down the slope. The car has a huge turning circle, I know this is not the responsibility of the operators, but it should be mentioned in the description that the location is difficult to reach for heavy cars. A BMW 7 or even a Mercedes S-Class would have similar problems. For €100 a night we would have expected more. In addition, the operators are extremely economical, not to say stingy, which is very detrimental to the comfort of the accommodation. When we arrived the room was nice and warm, but this changed shortly after dark because the air conditioning suddenly stopped working. The bathroom, which was initially pleasantly warm, also became bitterly cold during the night. This was particularly annoying because my wife and I had to go to the bathroom several times during the night. We didn't have any bathrobes with us and we were so cold. The room is also not insulated against the night cold because the roof is not insulated and because there is only a thin layer of laminate boards between the roof and the room, which does not keep the night cold at bay, but does blow the cold night wind into the room. We felt as if we were lying outside. We had booked two nights, but didn't return to the hostel after the first night, also because we were really happy to have arrived safely back in the city and because we didn't want to experience a night like that again. The power supply to the two air conditioning systems is obviously controlled by a timer and that is really annoying and not good for our health because we each caught a bad cold. This kind of stinginess is really incomprehensible. Letting guests freeze because of 3-4€ electricity costs per night.

Rooms were large and very clean. The listing says there is a restaurant and we were disappointed that dinner service was not available when we were there.
• Tony (10/5): Pretending we owned our own Tuscan dream home!! - We loved the hilltop mansion and grounds as well as its proximity to everything. AnaLisa and Ezio are gracious and caring. Their food is truly wonderful and they are very good at directing you to areas of interest. They’re native to Florence and know everything! We took a day trip to Venice on the FrecciaRossa… it was great!! We loved it all!!
• Brian (10/5): Highly recommend. - Beautiful location. The hosts were wonderful. We ended up having dinner there every night. It was a great way to unwind after a busy day of sight seeing. Easy drive in to Florence with a parking garage right in the edge of the historical district. Nothing really.

The rooms were nice and clean, albeit strongly perfumed (we put the perfumer into the cupboard, which reduced the fragrance to enjoyable). • Adrian (7/5): Good - Beautiful view and great localization to see Florence if you have a car, Ezio is a nice and great cook, impressive and original building. The room was interestingly arranged and cozy. Hosts are really helpful. Breakfasts are good but every day during 3-night stay the breakfasts were totally the same (three kind of small sweets, milk, yogurth, cereals, juice, coffee and tea). During travel we were asked if we want to eat a dinner after our arrival. In general the dinner was good but hosts should inform about additional costs for it before providing a service. After all we think that value for money for the food wasn't good, higher even than in restaurants in Florence. At the end bathroom should be cleaner.

The food they served was 5*** It was a bit out of the way, so you really need a car (although we took taxis from Florence which cost around 50euro). The walk to the train station is great, but walking back up again is a challenge!

The room was clean, comfortable and the air conditioning was working perfectly. All good. Would come back again.

It only had French coffee, milk and three very small sweets for each, which were not particularly fresh. The table was not clean and next to the sweets there were ants.

Annelize recommended a place to park the town and gave some pointers driving there which was very helpful. She also suggested some towns to visit when we left. Thanks Annelize for the lovely stay.
• Daniel (8/5): Beautiful and practical place for a stay in Florence - Beautiful location! Nice garden and breakfast area. The view is splendide and you’re very close to the city by car. The room was also very nicely decorated and comfortable, highlighting its historical heritage. We recommend! It is not possible to cook in the kitchen or to wash dishes, there are no facilities for that. Even tough the host kindly offered to wash them for us, it didn’t feel comfortable to “cook” or eat there. The pool is smaller than on the pictures but still great.

• Kutz (10/5): Exceptional - A beautiful, old building with the soul of the Middle Ages. The biggest advantage in my opinion is the location (very close to Florence) and the beautiful surroundings. The owners are very nice, cheerful people, willing to help. There are also 3 cute cats living there ☺️
