- Amy (2/5): Stranded in Shanghai-Unavailable Property Manager - Do not book this location. I booked this location months prior to my trip to Shanghai. I was traveling for business for a week, but also decided to stay a few extra days in the city on my own dime. I booked this location as it looked to be in a good area of town and was affordable. I arrive on the premises and there is no signage to dictate where to go. I stop someone to ask if I'm in the right spot. They confirm, but state that this is an apartment and not sure who I would speak to. I called the number on the listing and was initially hung up on when I attempted to ask how to check into the property. I called again and was told that they were not affiliated with the property management. They have me the owner's number. I confirmed it with the person twice, then tried the number. It was disconnected. At this point, here I am, a lone woman in a country where I don't speak the language, carrying around a large suitcase. I had no choice but to attempt to find a location with wifi so I could book another hotel. Had I not had my wits about me, this could have ended very badly for me. I trusted Hotels.com to do their due diligence. I requested and was given a refund for the reservation I could not use, but they did not remove this listing as I requested, even after their customer service representatives confirmed they were unable to reach the property manager either. Do not book this location. I would suggest to verify the number before booking ANY location on Hotels.com now.
- Brian (2/5): - This is a 1 star property - with an ok interior. 1 star is actually generous if I could show you a picture of the entrance door... it's a slum building with no name above the door. 5th floor room with no lift - walk up cement stairs. Lights only come on by motion detector which are not always functional so you're in the dark climbing. "Manager" did meet me and carried bag up for me. Toilet leaks when flushed... TV never worked 3 days I was there nor was fixed when requested. I never left anything valuable in room - no safe. Furnishings in bedroom were ok - an attempt made there at least. Honestly : I only stayed because I was too busy to argue about it, and I'm a single guy over 6ft tall so I feel safe on my own. I even had to get a hotel down the road to book morning airport taxi for me. Expedia really needs to filter out these places.
- YU (8/5): 性价比可以，但房间图片仅可参考，样式是一样的。 - 就是目前比较流行的名宿，位置很好，在地铁2号线东昌路站旁边，去市中心和各个景点也很方便。吃饭和购物也很方便，有N多选择。说说房间吧，整栋楼有点旧，属于老小区，房间在5楼，没有电梯，老房子可以理解，屋内的装修比较老了，但看的出房东还是花了心思的。总体感觉还是可以的。由于匆忙，没有拍啥照片，我个人觉得照片不能说明什么。
