• Tracey (6/5): Dissappointing - The pool area is the best place in this resort. There isn’t wifi in all the rooms - public areas only. There is no one at reception in the evenings through to late morning. So we had a group of 19 year old partying on the deck next to us until 1:30 in the morning. The beds are as hard as concrete and there are no real food options after breakfast. Very much self catering so a car is essential.
• Lars Magnus (10/5): Perfect hotel with balconies and pool - Quiet and perfect! The hotel manager fixed any needs we had and answered us quickly at all times. This is the perfect hotel for a quiet start or wind down of a trip to Greece. The pool and the balconies are absolutely top notch!

• Joanne (10/5): Amazing last minute reservation - I couldn’t thank Konstantina the Hotel Manager enough! I booked here last minute after my friend was taken to Syros hospital. I was so well looked after with numerous taxis booked for me everyday. The hotel itself is beautiful, with amazing views. It has a great pool area and my room was incredibly spacious with all the amenities you’d need.

• xannev (6/5): Price-quality overall ok - Constantina is very friendly. We got a big appartement with two bedrooms and bathrooms. We appreciated this because my husband kicks in his sleep so sleeping in the same bed is difficult. Overall the rooms definetaly need Some renovation. There was also a cocktoach in the room. The pool is very big and there are plenty of dunners so that is very Nice. The distance to the center is about 4.5 km. The breakfast was not good. Only watermelon als fruit which was dusty of taste. Coffee is horrible. We decided to skip breakfast and go somewhere else.
• BuonaVoyage62 (10/5): Start your day with a million dollar view - Start your day with a million dollar view. This charming resort is high on the hillside, offering stunning views of the sea and nearby islands. Would definitely recommend a hire car here to explore beaches and other settlements on the island. The resort is 10 minutes from the Ermopolis centre. The rooms are spacious with good size balcony and again the stunning views. We loved the huge pool to relax in the afternoons. Thank you to Konstantina, resort manager, for ensuring we had everything we needed and taking care of us. She is a lovely, helpful person.
• Mythos_magic (10/5): Great base for visiting Syros, a hire car is a must have! - Stayed here for 6 nights as part of an island hopping adventure starting in Syros. Hotel is located 7 to 10 minutes drive from Ermoupoli and a car is essential if staying here unless you want to rely on the taxis. We hired a car via the hotel and found it personally to be a must have in order to get to the beaches and Ermoupoli in the evening for dinner. The accomodation is arranged in multiple buildings on a hillside with the pool located at the top of the facility. The rooms all face out to the Aegean with great views of Tinos and Mykonos in the distance. Our room had a small kitchenette, sitting area, bedroom and bathroom, the latter of which was a little tired and could do with updating or upgrade. The accomodation was basic but perfectly functional for our needs and was cleaned daily. Clean linen and towels made available upon request of the maid service. Breakfast was basic but consisted of the key essentials to enjoy a day at the beautiful beaches close by. The pool area is huge with plentiful supply of sun beds and a pool bar should you need. However not sure the prices charged at the bar (6 euro for a beer and 5 for a Fanta) are going to attract much demand, we bought our own from a local supermarket and consumed them at the pool with no issues. Must recommend nearby beach such as Azolimnos, Galissas, Vari and especially Kini for a true beach experience befitting a beautiful island. Thanks to Konstantina and the other team members at the hotel for providing a great start to our island hopping adventure in the Greek islands. No hesitation in recommending this hotel to others.
• Sarah (10/5): - This is a really lovely small quiet hotel. The room was a great size with a good terrace area overlooking the sea. The pool area was fantastic, big pool, lots of seating/sun loungers and a little bar. Fantastic view, spent the day just relaxing and enjoying the view! There is nothing around the hotel which makes it very quiet but 5 mins from the port and was really quick and easy to book taxis (about 9 euro to town)
• EMANUEL (6/5): - Beautiful setting, views and location. Poor wifi and tv services
• PAOJO18 (10/5): Magnificent view. - Stayed here for 3 nights. The view from our room was stunning looking out over the Aegean Sea from our terrace. The room was spacious and well maintained. The pool was beautiful and plenty of sun beds available, limited food options available. If you’re staying here you will need a car as it is remote, around 20-25 minutes walk from nearby village.
• joannageorg (2/5): Dissapointment - The hotel is situated on a hillside offering nice views on the Aegean Sea. The room was spacious, but not clean. We found dirt upon arrival mostly in the kitchen. The decoration consisted of different aesthetically pieces of furniture thus not nicely decorated. The dining chairs were dirty. The tab water is not drinkable we were told upon arrival. The washbasin and the shower were rusty. At times there was an odor coming from the bathroom. WiFi didn't work in the room, only at the porch but still was really slow. The breakfast wasn't consisted of what someone would expect from a 4 star hotel (the hotel is 4 keys, we were informed, not 4 stars). It was placed on a tray by the lady at the pool bar and we took it at our tables. It seems that the cleaning of the room towels takes place inside the hotel. Overall, it was a GREAT disappointment.
• Tomate_Frit1 (10/5): Awesome location away from the port city - We had a huge Residence for our stay after an issue arose with our original suite. The huge beautiful pool is at the Center of all activities, a hearty breakfast is served poolside every morning, and is open until sunset. Full kitchen, dining table, two bathrooms, living room with big tv really enough room for a big family. Staff we’re super helpful with a list of “must visit” spots during our stay and they were right on. The beach’s here are like the Caribbean.

• Kyriakos (8/5): - Séjour agréable, personnel très gentil et efficace lorsque l'on avait besoin d'eux. Le seul bémol, c'est que les cabines de douches étaient un peu petites dans certaines chambres mais ils ont fait le nécessaire pour nous fournir une autre chambre avec une cabine plus grande. Les poufs de la piscine étaient très sales et cela ne donnait pas envie de s'y allonger dessus, chose à améliorer.

The staff was wonderful and attentive to our needs and made us all feel welcome. Our suite was nice and roomy, and housekeeping did an excellent job keeping it neat and clean. The breakfasts and the food at the pool bar were delicious. We would definitely recommend Sunrise Beach Suites and would love to be able to return some day!

• DeepBlue1965 (10/5): Outstanding- unique experience! - We reserved our Deluxe Suite by phone and upon our arrival everything was perfect, exactly as it was described by Hotel Manager(Tonia). Stunning view of Tinos island ( hour 11) and Mykonos island ( hour 2) from our balcony, while in a short distance from the coast stands the islet of Didymi with it’s high lighthouse. Relaxing, quiet, exquisite environment with large swimming pool- crystal clear water, daily. Hotel residences are distributed upon a hill on different levels avoiding that disturbing coexistence of concrete blocks all together. Utopia bar at the pool serves cocktails, smoothies, milk shakes, Thank you Aggeliki. Daily cleaning services and towels changing with fantastic towel setting combos, Thank you Natalia. Nice furniture inside our Suite, a mini bar accommodated into a vintage furniture piece, free tsipouro expects new comers. Nice breakfast buffet with a variety of cold cuts, cheese, sausage pies, cheese pies, wheat tusks, omelette, fruits, orange/cranberry juices, etc. Due to Covid 19 situation all guests were served by Hotel stuff for safety reasons, Thank you Irene. Walking down a dirt road, approx. 150 m you can reach Kalamisia beach- crystal waters, rock/sand sea bottom, unfortunately the beach faces north winds thus plastics are brought aside. Amazing sunrise view ( hence SUNRISE BEACH SUITES) from our balcony, by far better than the best sunset-beautiful fuchsia colours in the horizon! Favorite animal habitats: Fanfaron, a Selle Francais races horse owned by the Manager and Charis, a “lynx” cat. • nafsika2020 (10/5): A true gem on Syros - My family enjoyed a superb ten day holiday at Sunrise Beach Suites. We have been visiting Syros for many years and I have to say that this must be the best place we have stayed at on the island. Our family suite, the exquisite cocktails by the huge sparkling pool and the views of the Aegean are just some of the wonderful aspects of this place. It was evident to us that the owners and staff put a lot of thought into making our holiday special. We certainly hope to be back!

• DamianKerry (10/5): Sensational Sunrise - We loved it! Tonia, Christian and all the staff were very pleasant and made us feel so welcome. They were always helpful beyond our expectations. The facilities were always neat and tidy and we loved the attention to detail and little touches that added to our experience. The included breakfast had a variety of fresh and tasty foods. Returning to a clean room after breakfast was lovely, and we loved all the animals made from towels. We enjoyed lounging by the pool and the burgers were so delicious. The views throughout are amazing and the sunrises gorgeous. This was the perfect place to finish our Greece adventure.

Antonia and Christian, the owners, are very lovable people. The accommodation was perfect and the pool, awesome. • sofik975 (8/5): Lovely, we would definitely go back ! - Lovely place, friendly service with a smile, clean, nice view , quiet , very nice central swimming pool which is close and accessible to all rooms. We travelled with our 9 month baby and would definitely recommend it since it’s clean , the room we selected had a a kitchen so we could cook something for our baby and it also had a fridge. I found the pool convenient and refreshing for us and the baby and we could easily pop in and from the pool to our room when ever we wanted.You do need to rent a car to move around but the location is very very good. The breakfast could offer a bigger variety . The prices are ok, it’s is value for money and would definitely recommend and go back 👌🏿

• andreasd75 (10/5): Hidden gem - Very spacious and very well maintained facilities. Super friendly staff. Pool area hard to beat. Great location, 5 minute ride to town and beach. We used taxi services instead of renting a car and worked out extremely well. Taxis were readily available at all times and never took more than 5 minutes for one to arrive. One cannot go wrong with this place.
• ShaunaLeamy (8/5): Lovely hote - Just returned from a lovely 5 days at the sunrise beach suites. Lovely hotel in a lovely setting. Lunch in the pool bar 'Utopia' was beautiful and the staff were lovely. Hotel is clean and quiet. Transfer to and from the port was a bonus but you would need your own mode of transport for getting around Syros. Lovely breakfast each morning. The pool in the hotel was lovely and much bigger than we thought from previous pictures. Would definitely recommend staying here if visiting Syros.
