Les cafards géant qui m'empeche de profiter de l'extérieur le soir et de devoir tous vérifier a chaque fois a la l'intérieur. Ceci est un vrai problème, qui m'a un peut gâcher le séjour !

Nos tocó la planta baja y fue muy cómodo ya que nuestra estancia era con niños. mejorar la limpieza, el baño necesitaba una limpieza a fondo del plato de ducha
• estefi85 (10/5): Recomendado - El apartamento esta muy completo, no le falta de nada, muy cerca de la playa. Por decir algo, el sofá era muy incómodo, y solo habia 3 taburetes en la cocina y la reserva era de 4 personas. Pero esto es por decir algo, porque realmente estuvimos agusto, el apartamento esta muy completo y el complejo al menos ese fin de semana estaba tranquilo. El chico del cheking muy amable, y la señora que nos recogió las llaves también.

• Norbert (10/5): Nice apartment - The apartment was nice and cozy, we really enjoyed staying here. The location is great, so close to the beach and shops. We loved the swimming pool. Hot water for showering was not enough for 4 people but it was OK
• Justyna (1/5): Omijajcie ten obiekt - Zarządzający obiektem to porażka. Pomimo sytuacji nadzwyczajnej ( z powodu pogody nie latały samoloty przez 2 dni) personel nie chciał zmienić daty pobytu. W innych obiektach na Gran Canaria nie było z tym problemu, ten obiekt po otrzymaniu płatności nie odpowiadał na wiadomości.

• Tisza (10/5): - Nagyon otthonos, kényelmes apartmán. Rendszeresen volt takarítva, törülközők 2-3 naponta cserélve. Közelben van vásárlási lehetőség, szükséges élelmiszerek beszerezhetőek. A medence tiszta, napozni a medence körül elhelyezett nyugágyakon lehet. Mindig volt szabad hely. A környezet gyönyörű, az udvar tele van szebbnél szebb virágokkal, bokrokkal, amelyekről gondoskodva van. A személyzet kedves, udvarias. Ingyenes parkolási lehetőség az apartman mellett, illetve előtt lehetséges. Az apartmán egy egyirányú utca mellett van, ami forgalmas. Éjszaka is sok autóbusz, autó jár. Kicsit zavaró, hogy a szemetesautó kb.kétnaponta szedi a szemetet, és ezt hajnali négykor. De mindezt a turisták érdekében, hogy tiszta környezetben töltsék a szabadságukat.

• Munimus Enge (1/5): Ein Mal und nie wieder! - Der Pool und Aussenbereich waren okay, wenn man von der abbröckelnden Farbe an den Wänden und Geländern ansieht. Für uns war der Aufenthalt leider eine Zumutung. Zur Begrüßung war der Ton, der deutschsprachige Mitarbeiterin herablassend: sie äffte meine Frau völlig unpassend nach. Als wir im Apartment ankamen, fiel uns sofort der dreckige Fußboden auf: überall Lage schwarze Haare, die der Mop wohl nicht erwischt hatte. Das Badezimmer war so schmuddelig, dass wir uns jedes Mal geekelt haben. Es sah aus, als würde hier nie eine Grundreinigung stattfinden. Wir haben um eine erneute Reinigung unseres Apartments gebeten. Als die Dame mit dem Eimer voll tiefschwarzen Putzwasser ankam, wurde schnell klar, wie hier geputzt wird. Da wir ein Baby und ein Kleinkind haben, haben wir mit 10 Euro und einen spanischen Übersetzungsprogramm darum gebeten, das Wasser zu tauschen. Die wenigen Male, die wir uns Baby auf diesem Boden haben krabbeln lassen, haben wir schnell bereut: sowohl die kleinen Hände als auch die Kleidung waren danach dunkel vom Dreck. Im folgenden ist uns aufgefallen, dass es in einem der beiden Schlafzimmer stinkt. Ob Fäule oder Chemie - das konnten wir nicht ganz ausmachen. Flecken an der Decke im Bad und Schlafzimmer deuteten aber auf einen Wasserschaden hin. Das schlimmste waren aber die zahlreichen Abortfliegen: sie waren überall, Bad, Küche, Schlafzimmer. Als uns klar wurde, dass es hier ein Gesundheitsrisiko für unsere Kinder gab, wollten wir nur noch weg. Leider war der Gastgeber nicht kulant. Uns wurde ein anderes (minimal weniger ekliges Zimmer angeboten). Leider keine Erstattung unseres Geldes. Außerdem sah unser Zimmer überhaupt nicht aus, wie auf den Bildern. Die Steckdose in der Küche machte einen lebensgefährlichen Eindruck.

• Tomas (6/5): - The apartment is nice, good location, close to the beach, staff is friendly and the ammenities are good. The last day we had a fly at 08 am and booked a taxi 6.10 am with the staff via the app booking.com But guess what no taxi show up, and we almost lost our fly. Try to contact them here multiple times but no answer and after some rustling got a taxi coming by my call and we manage to arrive around 7 am at the airport. Very annoying situation at the last day early in the morning.
• Anne (7/5): In die Jahre gekommen - Die Lage ist nahe an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strandpromenade. Die Betten waren bequem. Die Unterkunft ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Sauberkeit im Bad war ok, aber nicht hervorragend.
• Aurimas (7/5): Good location but worn out apartment - Good location, they change towels once in a while. Plenty of kitchen equipment. Nice balcony. Bathroom has no lock, overall worn out apartment. Didn't bother but you can see small aunts (or similar to aunts) running around.
• Galyna (8/5): - Апартаменти дуже близько до пляжу, прибирання і заміна рушників майже кожен день. Зручні матраси і приємна на дотик постільна білизна. В номері була навіть праска і фен . На кухні бар стійка - це дуже зручно Поганий WiFi, тільки на балконі був. Досить шумно від дороги, де їздять часто автобуси і машини, шумоізоляція від балкону досить погана, бо двері не щільно закриваються. Не було духовки і посудомийки.

• José Braulio (8/5): Muy buen sitio, tranquilo y personal muy amable - La tranquilidad y la amabilidad del personal No hacen limpieza exaustiva entre la salida de un inquilino y la llegada de otro. Nos encontramos bastantes cosas en los cajones del inquilino anterior. Cuando vinieron a hacer el check in lo reclamammos y nunca vinieron a limpiar.

• Geraldine (5/5): Mooie locatie maar geen wifi en slechte communicatie. - Schoon appartement op goede locatie dicht bij het strand. Er was geen wifi en dat is tijdens ons verblijf niet hersteld. Communicatie was erg slecht. Reageerde pas na 1 of 2 dagen. Keuken is te marginaal uitgerust. Wij moesten een aantal producten zelf aanschaffen.

Not enough hot water for us to take a shower Internet is awful We tried to do the laundry and the machine stoped working and we couldn’t finish the laundry. In the end, they did not return our money back and we had to take the clothes all wet We could hear everything from the neighbours . Acoustic is super bad Our luggage arrived two days later ( the flying company lost them). We told the staff some people would deliver the luggages and they said they would receive them. We even called the reception right before the delivery time to make sure there were someone in the reception, but for some reason they refused to receive our stuff

• Thomas (6/5): We could have been better informed about the arrival process. We were charged €20 for the safe. - Beds very comfortable and location of property very good. Kitchen was well equipped. Very noisy during the day and at night. We were on the third floor but I could hear the staff chatting before their shift started early in the morning. We were expecting 24 hour reception at the premises but it was 24 hour phone reception. We informed the property by email that we would be arriving early but had to wait 40 minutes for someone to arrive with our keys.

• Maria Peña (5/5): Regular - La ubicación y poder aparcar fácilmente en los alrededores (octubre) Estaba muy sucio. El suelo no lo habían limpiado, tenía mucho polvo y un fuerte olor a cerrado cuando llegamos. Se escucha muchísimo el ruido de fuera.

• Rilly (1/5): - Pán, ktorý bo. uvedený ako kontakt má toho zjavne veĺa, jeho komunkácia je bez záujmu. Urobil som rezerváciu v deň príchodu, čo chápem, že môže trocha skomplikovať život, aj keď nerozumiem prečo potom majú bývanie uvoľnené na bookingu. Prišla mi automatická správa, že ma čakajú o deň neskôr. Urobil som 50 km v náročnom teréne potreboval som sa ubytovať, stál som pred apartmánom a písal sms, volal niekoľko krát. Dovola som sa asi po pol hodine. Klúč nebol v schránke, ale do 10-15 minút prišla pani. Na druhý deň som našiel v kúpelni švába, písal som opäť na uvedené telefónne číslo, ktoré má byť údajne k dispozícii. Čakal som nejaké riešenie, vysvetlenie ako si spolunažívať so švábmi. Mala prísť za mnou celá rodina a tak som trocha znervóznel. Do dnes mi nedošla žiadna odpoveď. Apartmán bez klimatizácie je celkom pekný, bohužiaľ v zákrute cez ktorú celú noc lietajú autá a autobusy takže spať s otoreným oknom je prúser. Rozumiem všetkému, aj tomu, že pán na telefóne pravdepodobne spravuje množstvo apartmánov a tak so základnou znalosťou ang. jazyka najskôr lúšti do ktorého apartmánu chcete ísť. Ka Vám nesmrdia naše peniaze, nemôžu Vám ani smrdieť naše požiadavky. Veľa by sa dalo zachrániť slušnou a rýchlou komunikáciou. Sme len ľudia. Počul som, že sa na Gran Canaria robi protesty proti turistom...ak Vás obťažujeme tak stačí zatvoriť a žiť len z domáceho HDP...ak je to to štandart, tak je škoda inak nádherného ostrova. veľa štastia.

Zeer lawaaierige weg direct voor het appartement; Geen airco of vinnen; Zeer vervelende groepen jongeren in meerdere apppartementen van her complex die bewust 's nachts overlast veroorzaken.
• Eric (6/5): Redelijk verblijf voor een paar dagen - Dicht bij strand, vriendelijk personeel kakkerlakken en muggen en een kat in de kamer overdag ( terwijl gezinsleden allergisch zijn voor katten)

Falta só haver A.C. ar condicionado nos apartamentos, pois estava muito calor e tínhamos que dormir com as janelas abertas mas depois as pessoas faziam barulho e o passar dos carros também incomodava. Tirando isso estava tudo perfeito!

• Priscilla (7/5): L'appartement est agréable mais bruyant, la résidence est propre et chaleureuse - Très bien placé, à quelques pas du paseo qui longe la plage. Appartement propre et récemment rafraichi. Très bruyant : route et voisins. Il manque des équipements pour manger : nous étions 4. Peu d'espace pour manger à table. Des ventilateurs ne seraient pas superflus, surtout dans la chambre avec deux lits simples dans laquelle il fait très chaud.

Für ruhigen Urlaub ist das andere Ende der Insel besser geeignet. - Die Dame die uns die Schlüssel gegeben hat war sehr freundlich, auch die anderen Angestellten waren wirklich freundlich und bemüht! Für uns war die Lage nicht gut. Ständiger Lärm eine hohe Frequenz von Fahrzeugen, durch hupende Busse und Autos. Haupt Anbindung zum Strand und den umliegenden Hotels. Das konnte man leider im Vorfeld nicht ahnen, sonst wäre es diese Unterkunft nicht geworden. Der Reinigungszustand in der Wohnung war nicht gut. Die Anlage außen war gut gepflegt.

Clean towels frequently and apartment cleaned four days out of seven. Pool cold, but refreshing. All areas kept very clean. Staff friendly and accommodating. Could do with a coat of paint in rooms, but still clean

• Imogen (8/5): Lovely place! - Lovely spacious property, really close to shops and the beach! The pool and sun lounge area was also gorgeous! Very beautiful place There was a drainage problem with our shower meaning it wouldn’t drain properly. Unfortunately we ended up flooding the whole bathroom because of it. We would have reported it, but the reception closed at 1pm meaning we kept forgetting and realising in the afternoon (our mistake). — the WiFi didn’t stretch to our room. So unfortunately we didn’t use it during our stay
• Nandita (2/5): Poor value for money - Sun and flowers The staff non-existent and kept telling us that they will be there for checkin in 10 mins, but never showed up. The person doing the cleaning there helped us by keeping our bags and allowing us to get in the room. We could checkin only after 3:45, waiting without any information and only by multiple times requesting the person cleaning the apartments. The bathrooms do not have doors that close and no proper shower gels. Disappointing for the price
