• Grace (10/5): Best - Amazing location! Walkable to everything if you’re happy to walk! Huge space for the accomodation in Rome. So safe, so quiet and great communication with staff. I will be recommending to all my family and friends who visit Rome
• Brigitte (9/5): Superb - Rome is a very extensive European capital and it is difficult to find accommodation close enough to the centre but also quiet enough in a city used to loud street life. I am a light sleeper and although there is a small bar with a few outside tables, there was no noise in the evenings. I valued the fridge in the room and the closeness to a supermarket chain as well as the coffe/tea making facilities in the hall, microwave and toaster. The owner is VERY attentive via Whatsapp chat and replies quickly. He even gave advice about aspects unrelated to him. I couldn´t work out the thermostat of the room and thankfully didn´t need heating at the end of April.

• Elena (10/5): Recommendable - The appartment is very clean, very calm as it is on the courtyard side, and has comfortable beds. The bathroom is spacious, perfect for three persons. There is no check-in process, as the appartment is entered with a pin code, so you are independent to check in times. If there are questions, the owner is available on the phone at any time. What is also great, the luggage can be stored in the appartment area after check-out time. Thanks for the great stay! It would be nice if there was milk for the coffee (e.g capsules)

• Leoni (9/5): Nice room, in a great location, all automated so don't even need to meet the host! - Very nice room in a lovely apartment block, the decoration was to a high specification and really comfortable. There was a tea/coffee making area outside with a microwave and bottle opener which was handy. I liked the key code system, it meant that we were in and out without even meeting the host. The location was great, easy walk to Vatican and also close to the metro if you don't want to walk all the way into the centre of town. The keycode to our room was tempermental, sometimes it took 4 attempts to get inside. There wasn't any milk for a cup of tea, and the nearest supermarkets didn't have any either so I went without.

• Robertreds (9/5): Superb - 1. Location. The Flaminio metro is few hundred meters away. As it is piazza del popolo.from there all the center is 30 min walk 2. Fridge in the room is a plus. Also there is a coffee machine in the common hall with a booker for tee and a microwave 3. Self check in it is easy 4. Air conditioning Room goes into a busy street with TRAM so it is noisy to sleep with open window in the summer. There is aircon so you can use that.
• Krystof (9/5): Superb - The coffee machine was great. There is a bistro right down on the street for fresh bakeries. The shower is very nice. Great location on Via Flaminia. The beds are comfy, self check-in is easy. The building is very clean. It is a historic apartment that was turned into three suites, which feel just like a modern hotel - some touch of history would be nice. You can´t cook anything there.

• Cindy (10/5): Exceptional - We really enjoyed our stay! The location is super central, just a short walk from the Spanish steps, and easy to reach by public transport. All was clean and comfortable. But what was most outstanding was the host, Mario. Communication was easy using WhatsApp. He even went beyond by granting us a small discount as we did not have water in the building one evening, which was by all means out of his control. Would definitely come back.

• Pau (9/5): Good location in a quiet zone - Good location next to best highlights of Rome but not crowded, only 2 min walk from Piazza del Popolo. Very comfy and clean rooms and bathroom. We stayed 2 nights with another couple and the attention from the owners was very helpful.

• Sarah (8/5): Lovely stay in Rome - Brilliant location, all sites within walking distance. The metro is also just around the corner. Self check-in was very efficient. Communication with the host, Mario was very quick and easy of you had any questions or difficulties. While the decor is modern, it could do with a freshen up. Apart from this, we had a really enjoyable stay in Rome complimented by this accommodation.
• Wolg (7/5): A good place to stay, meets expectations - Good location, very quiet and comfortable bed! They were even able to accommodate a slightly earlier check in! The extra linens could have been cleaner and it’s clear from the paint and some marks around that the place has been well loved by many others.
• Epameinondas (10/5): DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED!! - DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED. The location is perfect, only 3min away from the closest metro station “Flaminia”, and 5min by walking from piazza Popolo. The room was very clean and convenient. Very fast internet connection. Outside of rooms there is a hall that you can make an espresso or tea for the guests. Finally Mario is very kind!! He makes our stay enjoyable!!

The air conditioning was not working and it was a really cold night. Also there was no hot water in the bathroom even when you wait 10-15 minutes.
