• Katerina (9/5): - Неплохой бюджетный отель, совсем недалеко от моря. Из некоторых окон вид на море. Цена - качество. До этого я за те же деньги останавливалась в хостеле в старой части города, - в этом отеле на много лучше и с завтраком. Вид на море. Цена.
• аleksei (4/5): - Вид с балкона на море. На этом все. Этот отель очень старый и очень уставший. Номера грязные. Все очень старое. В номере нет ничего, ни чайника, ни чая ни кофе. Вместо пододеяльника с одеялом только простынь, отдельно одеяло лежало в шкафу. Рядом с отелем идёт снос соседнего отеля, шумовое сопровождение весь день. Такое ощущение, что хозяину вообще наплевать на все. Можно было бы попробовать почистить мебель, душ, и т. д.., но нет. Гостей в отеле, судя по количеству людей на завтраке очень мало, что весьма закономерно. В общем я так ещё не отдыхал..... Если хотите незабываемых впечатлений то добро пожаловать в это заведение, эмоции гарантированы..

First morning there was 2 slices cold meat and 2 pieces of hard bread . Yusuf made sure there was breckfast of the duration of holiday. Location was perfect . No kettle .

I would definitely book another place, if you are staying with someone who needs good comfort. Room noise from other rooms you can hear if someone is peeing or whispering. Also I could smell cigarette smoke from people smoking in the rooms beside me. Hairs and dirt left behind. Blanket and towels that smell like they haven't been washed in a while. Very unappealing food served in the restaurant provided in the morning. The staff also were not very professional and not great communication.

The hotel is neglected, old, and not at all appealing. I made a terrible choice and will never repeat the experience. I absolutely do not recommend it. 👎👎 I ask Booking.com to remove it from their hotel listings; it's unbearably disappointing.

Tried to contact booking had no response. Rooms not secure balcony door was broken leaving it open to anyone Didn’t like anything.

• Diakov (8/5): - Отличное месторасположение, приветливый персонал, наличие небольшой но бесплатной парковки, чистые просторные номера,, идти до моря ровно 2 минуты Пляжа своего нет, но большинство пляжей в Мармарисе работают по греческой системе, заказал чашку кофе или бокал пива - лежак на целый день твой. Бассейн чистый но практически весь день в тени. Если путешествуете самостоятельно, не по все включено можно приобрести обед или ужин, 300 лир на человека( относительно питания в соседних кафе прямо очень недорого) Питание так себе, голодными конечно не останетесь но не более того. Если окна выходят на море то днём Вам гарантированы безумной красоты виды Мармарисской бухты, ночью же эффект присутствия сразу на двух вечеринках в барах по соседству.

They didnt change the towels for the whole stay 7 nights even the bed sheets . Restaurant dirty bad smell also. No options on breakfast . Staff friendly and helpful. Great location. We only stayed two nights but would stay again. The shower head was not fixed so had to be wedged in. No full length mirror. No ashtray for the balcony.

• Maxham (8/5): Great location and room! - The room had an excellent view of the water and the terrace was great. Suburb location and the included breakfast was convenient. Although the staff did help us when we asked, some seemed like they didn’t want to and we were inconveniencing them, which felt awkward. Others were very nice though. We also had been traveling for a while and the advertisement of the room says they had a laundry service. But in reality they don’t, and it costs about €20 for them to take it someone else for one small load.

The view on the room was lovely, overlooking the beach but the facilities need renovation, the breakfast was bad, the staff are friendly but not welcoming and we feel that we should give tip in every request that we need.

• Gabriela (4/5): Disappointing - Location. It was very noisy. Music from street bars played until 2 a.m., and we couldn’t fall asleep even with earplugs because the sound was so loud. It was a very unpleasant night. The cleanliness was lacking, and the room itself looked worn-out. There was a chipped mirror, old, damaged furniture, and broken lighting. The breakfast didn’t seem fresh either, and in the morning, there was a sewage smell in the lobby. Overall, an unpleasant stay.

Poor lighting, broken shower head mount/water stoppage. Almost slipped and injured myself on the broken marble water guard. Just two loose pieces of marble that broke off the floor. Could hear every flush and shower from the room next to mine. No night time hours for the pool. Sink very loose and almost falling over.

Shaded spots are precious during summer heat. The pool is clean and great. Surrounding places blast music way into the wee hours of the night.
