Tentei fazer cancelamento em que aleguei a razao, sem resposta, tentei remarcar para nao perder o pagamento, nao obtive resposta. Resumindo, experiancia ZERO, qualidade do servico prestado ZERO, nao usufrui da estadia e ainda perdi o pagamento. Podiam e muito melhorar no atendimento ao publico, é que existindo contacto, ao menos atendiam as chamadas telefonicas, ou retornavam-nas...

• Anon. (9/5): - Nice friendly hotel in quiet area but close to the market and eateries and easy walking distance to bus and train stations. I initially thought my room would be a bit noisy as it was close to the road and the reception but in the end it wasn't. I had a good night's sleep and would return. All good.

• RosarioLF (9/5): Ideal para el paso - La pieza tiene todo lo que necesitaba, la cama cómoda, y el baño tamaño preciso. Me faltó el ascensor para subir la maleta, pero nada terrible. Lo que si la ubicación es un poco alejada del centro, cambiable en 10 minutos, pero había sectores con poca luz, como fui sola a veces no me daba mucha confianza.

• IRENE (7/5): Limpio y económico para una noche - A pesar de verse antiguo estaba muy limpio, nos dejaron una botella de agua grande que agradecimos muchísimo. Salimos por la mañana muy temprano y nos abrió la puerta una persona que había de seguridad. Estaba muy cerca del centro, fuimos a todos lados caminando y también muy cerca del aeropuerto. Solo dormimos una noche. La habitación tenia 2 literas, me tocó en la de arriba, el colchón era muy cómodo pero la escalera era difícil para bajar y subir, mas aún si quieres ir al baño por la noche.

• Veronica (4/5): Solo per risparmiare e solo per una notte - Posizione ottimale, ma il parcheggio è in strada, non c'è un parcheggio riservato. I proprietari sono stati cortesi e sempre col sorriso. La camera non era pulita, non c'è un impianto di aria condizionata e non c'è ascensore, quindi bisogna portarsi le valigie su per le scale. Va bene come soluzione per una notte, ma non in estate. In camera non c'è neppure un mini frigo e il bagno è microscopico. Si sentono i rumori provenienti dalle altre stanze.

Саме таким є Residencial Condado. Швидка реєстрація. Відмінна комунікація з персоналом. Швидкий інтернет. На спільній кухні достатньо посуду. Є чай та кава. Бутилка води в номері. Білизна чиста, рушників достатньо. Є мило і шампунь. Гаряча вода — цілодобово. Район безпечний. Дуже багато невеличких магазинчиків, де є все. Недалеко дешевий овочевий ринок. До визначних місць можна дійти пішки. Дешеве таксі. До аеропотру можна доїхати, приблизно, за 10 Євро. Я отримала безліч приємних вражень від перебування в Фару. Завдяки Residencial Condado ці враження тільки підсилювалися. Дякую господареві. Бажаю процвітання та успіхів у бізнесі!

• Paul (8/5): Great people, great location, and great price - A great place to stay for an unbeatable price. The owners were very lovely people who kept the hotel and the rooms tidy and clean. The room was small and comfortable and we slept well after exploring the city. It's located in a side street so relatively quiet. It's also only a 10 minute walk from the bus/train station and the historic city center. Our only nemesis was the shower curtain which wanted to stick to you as the shower cabin was small but without it we would flood the bathroom. But a small price to pay 😉

• Rachelle (4/5): Overpriced and unpleasant - The staff was friendly and made me feel at home. There were hairs, flies and spiders in the room and there was mold in some places. The building was not soundproof and the surroundings were looking poor. If you really want to visit Faro I would recommend staying closer to the center (harbor area). The price-quality ratio is not fair. We decided to go to Albufeira instead and stayed there in a luxury hotel for the same price (unfortunately we couldn’t cancel our booking here anymore so we ended up paying for both).

Βρήκαμε τρίχες από τους προηγούμενους στα σεντόνια και στο μπάνιο (πάτωμα, πίσω από το κάθισμα της λεκάνης, στη ντουζιέρα... Μια αηδία!) Τα σεντόνια ήταν βρώμικα, το πάτωμα γεμάτο σκόνη και υπήρχε μούχλα στους τοίχους. Αίσχος!

La chambre est de taille correcte, le lit est confortable, il y a des rangements et c'est super d'avoir un balcon ! Il y a une cuisine avec tout ce qu'il faut pour préparer de quoi grignoter et cafés et thés sont offerts! C'est mal insonorisé donc bruyant. J'ai eu une altercation avec un client bruyant vers 23h et le gardien de nuit n'est même pas venu voir d'où provenaient les cris... Pour le coup j'étais un peu déçue j'aurais eu besoin d'un peu de soutien face à un individu limite agressif !

Friendly and kind receptionist who welcomed me . Decent value if you don’t want to stay in a hostel . Free coffee in the mornings The rooms could do with a proper cleaning. Bathroom got wet after a shower and I needed some extra towels and it seemed to be an issue that I was asking for additional towels. The main guy (I think he was the manager) then took a disliking to me and was confrontational for the remainder of my stay. Made me a bit uncomfortable

Walking distance to most of the interesting sites. No elevator. Took forever to recharge my phone, may be a problem with the wall outlets. The hotel was in a quiet part of town. But in easy reach of the centre. There was someone in reception 24 hour a day. The flickering sign light outside buut we did have black out curtains.
