• Ralph (4/5): - Acceptabel enkel frukost take-away eller inhouse i en trevlig kaffebar precis vid sidan av hotellet. Gångavstånd ( några minuter) till tågstationen. Flera närliggannde turistattraktioner. Först beställt, och senare uppgraderat till, RÖKFRITT rum. Får rum för rökare, är som att bo en askkopp. Vid omedelbar förfrågan om nytt rum ges besked at det inte finns ! Överlevde tre dagar, var mycket utomhus. Kläder tvättade på det nya hotellet , i annan by.

• Gunhwan (8/5): 주차장은 없지만 JR과 지하철로 어디든 갈 수 있는 위치 좋은 호텔 - 삿뽀로역과 오오도오리 역사이에 있어서 지하철과 JR을 타기 좋았다. 자체 주차장이 없고 시내라 주변에 기계식 주차장이 많아서 차 높이가 높은 차는 먼곳에 주차를 해야했다.

• 林麥斯 (7/5): - 早餐是附送隔壁Doutor Coffee的朝食券，好吃。但入住兩晚也只有一張朝食券不知道是不是正常的？員工親切貼心，每次回飯店都會說聲歡迎回來。 因為不喜歡在房間裡吸煙，所以只訂禁煙房，看BOOKING上的設施裡寫有吸煙所才訂，結果沒有吸煙區可使用，有點困擾。

I forgot my phone when I rushed out to Doutor Cafe to have breakfast, and checked out the hotel without realizing I left my phone in my hotel room. Upon arriving at the Shin Chitose International airport, I realized that l left my phone in my room so I called the front desk. They know exactly how to deal with the situation where I was in. Thank you!!!!!!

• Lachlan (10/5): Fantastic staff. - The staff were extremely helpful and patient. They looked out for me. Excellent location near the sapporo station JR line and also 2 subway lines. Short walk to some great shopping and food places. Rooms are comfy and the temperature was nice. You can turn the heater off and crack the window if you prefer the cold.

• Cheryl (10/5): Happy customer who would definitely return. - Staff were super friendly, helpful and attentive. The room was a little small but good enough for just myself. Of course I wouldn't mind if it was a little more roomy. Breakfast was included, which was a sandwich and a drink from the breakfast store right next door. So you could take out and enjoy it in your room. As all hotels in Japan, cleanliness was A++. It was also as excellent location especially for the price. Literally less than 5 minutes walking distance from JR. Across the street was overnight bus stop which was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again. Room could be a little more roomy.
• yoyoh682 (10/5): Very convenient & lovely place to stay - fould a Hokkaido pkg deal on Travelzoo, it seems cost-effective, and I chose to stay this lovely hotel, it's very close to Sappore station, about 3 mins walk, and also walk distance to Odori Park. We booked twin-bed room, it's big and has enough room for our 2 luggages. our booking also includes breakfast, they offer simple but yummy Janpanese style breakfast, love the curry & rice. it's a nice place to stay if you'd like to take train to explore more cities in Hokkaido.
• 201MichaelL (8/5): Central, friendly and clean - This hotel is very central, about 10 minutes' walk from the station, and the same from some of the main sights of central Sapporo. There are restaurants and bars close by. We received a friendly welcome, and our room, while basic, was clean and spacious by Japanese standards. Breakfast in the restaurant (not included in our rate) had quite a variety of Japanese and Western foods at a reasonable price. Overall this hotel is a good budget option in Sapporo.
• HHHYYY (8/5): Great location near the station - Stayed this hotel during Sapporo Snow Festival. Easy to find from main railway station after arriving from airport. Check in was only from 14:00 so stowed luggage then off to strolling around. Room was very basic. Typical Japanese "business hotel". Clean and comfortable enough for sleep. Room has a fridge, bath robe, kettle.... check out time was 10:00.
• Sho0910 (8/5): 札幌駅からすぐ Close to the Sapporo station - 札幌駅から地下街を通って、９番出口を出て徒歩２分くらい。近くにローソンもあり、とても便利です。値段もリーズナブルで、部屋は清潔です。ただし、個別空調が出来ないのが残念です。 You walk through an underground shopping center from Sapporo station, go out from exit No 9, and then get to this hotel by walk. It takes about a few minutes from exit No9 to here. There is a convenience store near here, so it is very convenient. Charge of this hotel is reasonable and a room I check in is clean, however I am disappointed about not controlling an air conditioner in the room.
