También tiene cerca el parking para dejar el coche, pero su parking está a 11 minutos y el que está más cerca es más caro. En relación con la habitación, la limpieza está bien y el wifi va perfecto Demasiado ruido hay muy poco aislamiento, se escucha lo de la calle y lo de otras habitaciones, parecía que los vecinos estaban en la habitación y a las 8 de la mañana escuchando a una persona llamar a otra, en concreto un tal "Javier". La cama tenía una parte que estaba hundida, la otra mitad estaba bien, pero una de las almohadas estaba más blanda que otra. El baño, a mí gusto le faltaba alguna estantería o algún armario para guardar el neceser y la ducha tiene cortina, lo que se me hacía un poco incómodo ya que era pequeña. Por último, no entiendo porque había que dejar la llave en recepción y no podía llevármela.

El hotel está en un edificio antiguo y requiere un poco de mantenimiento y pintura. Recomendaría sustituir la bañera por una ducha, lo que daría lugar a unos aseos amplios.

- Robert (8/5): Alicante Resurrection Week - Staff is very accommodating. The room was spacious and the balcony was nice to have. These are to be aware. Booking.com platform is not accurate. I booked 2 beds and was provided a single bed room. The hotel did bring in a second bed on the 2nd nite stay of my stay. Shower hot water is limited so 2 people need to have short showers to be accommodated.

- P&M (5/5): No volveremos - La ubicación es lo mas destacable. Parte de la inversión que han realizado en la remodelación del hall podrían haberla dedicado a otros aspectos del hotel como, por ejemplo, las puertas de las habitaciones o principalmente a la reforma de los baños. Entras al hall del hotel y estás en el siglo XXI y cuando entras a la habitación, retrocedes a los años 1970 (media bañera, cortinillas de baño, calefactor por infrarrojos en lo alto de la pared, cerrojillo en la puerta, poco espacio entre las camas y las paredes, etc.). Hay otras habitaciones con el precio mas elevado que sí parece que las han reformado pero las más económicas son como describo anteriormente y por ese precio yo buscaría otras opciones.

- Zelazowski (8/5): - Great location, lovely staff and the hotel is small but funky. Rooms are basic which isn't a problem but the beds were poor, not bad for a short stay but creaky and not overly comfy.
- Ender (1/5): terrible experience - This was truly a terrible experience. Even medieval caravanserais were probably more comfortable. We thought, “It’s just one night, how bad could it be?” — but it turned out to be as bad as it possibly could. The strong smell of mold in the room made it difficult to even breathe. If your room faces the inner shaft of the building, it becomes almost impossible to sleep due to the constant noise from fans and air conditioning units. The room doors close with a simple sliding latch from the inside, similar to a bathroom door, and the keyholes are sealed. You are asked to leave your key at the reception upon departure. We were told this was for security reasons, but we couldn’t understand the logic behind it. I am giving one star only for the location and cleanliness. The bed and sheets were quite clean, and I cannot disregard the effort of the staff in that regard. Although the hotel is located in the very heart of the city, it is definitely not suitable for staying or getting proper rest. The property clearly needs a serious renovation.

I discovered breakfast was available and the area was set up very nice , but had to be booked the day before. No problem, maybe I missed that info when I booked. I could have asked. I think some of the negative reviews are very unfair and misleading. I had a good 2 day stay. unfortunately it was not possible to have a careful shower without water spraying on the floor. The shower area was too open. There should be a curtain or something. I used a towel on the floor and that helped. No big problem. But easy to fix for the future.

- Louane (10/5): L'hotel est parfait et très bien placé - Tout correspondait à nos attentes le personnel est toujours présents, répond à chaque questions et est très réactif. l'hôtel est beau et est placé dans un environnement calme. nous somme à coté de tout (magasins, plage à pied en 5min, restaurants, activités,...).
