- Batiskaf (7/5): - Доброзичливий персонал, чистий номер, зручне планування. Сніданок різноманітний і дуже смачний. Такі саме проблеми як у іншому готелю цієї мережі - Ліжка не зручні. Двоспальне ліжко це коли один великий матрац, а не два односпальних матраци покладені поруч!! Підголівок зроблено так, що постійно головою впираєшся в дерев'яний куток. Люто холодно у ванній кімнаті. Туалетний папір - це жах. Наче пластиковий... Як на дотик, так і на м'якість та здатність вбирати вологу...

- James (9/5): Being a frequent visitor (for business, culture/food, and as a long-term volunteer), the Optima has become my go-to - Excellent location in a charming, small Ukrainian city. The Optima in Chernihiv is a reasonably-priced & fully-modernized hotel that has an elegant 4-Star vibe. Zero complaints.

- Oksana (7/5): Все чудово, окрім обслуговування на сніданку. - Розміщення просто ідеальне, зручне розташування, номер комфортний, чистий і затишний. Усе необхідне для відпочинку було під рукою: зручне ліжко, охайна ванна кімната, тиша та гарна атмосфера. Почувалась дуже комфортно, все продумано до дрібниць. Не менш важливо шо є укриття, і воно хороше. Єдине, що зіпсувало враження — це сніданок. Взяла його в останній момент і дуже пошкодувала. Коли прийшла, мені в спину крикнули, чи я оплатила, можна ж було запитати спокійно, без приниження перед усіма. На столах було брудно, хліба не було, соку й кави теж, навіть склянок не знайшлося. Коли попросила персонал принести, виглядало, ніби я щось надзвичайне попросила. Вилку дали десертну, і ще сперечалися, що це не десертна, поки не довелося показати різницю. Поїла якось, побажала персоналу гарного дня, на що почула у відповідь у спину «ага і вам» з таким тоном, що стало дуже неприємно. Після цього весь позитив від проживання зійшов нанівець, такий сервіс недопустимий.

- Federica (8/5): Solid, reliable, comfortable experience - A reliable and comfortable experience, as usually is with the Optima hotel chain. Good sized rooms and bathrooms, comfortable beds. Staff is always polite and helpful. Very conveniently located too, with parking space. Could improve noise insulation towards the interior of the hotel. Windows are good enough but walls a little thin.

- Karin (6/5): Nice hotel, beware of possible overcharging for the hotel wine. - Nice hotel, free parking, good breakfast. The hotel wine is very good. We bought some extra bottles to take home. But they overcharged for these bottles (UAH 300 instead of 250 is stated in the menu). When we protested, they gave us an extra bottle, but the amount paid was still higher than it should have been.
