Лоджия с видом на океан ++++ Запрет готовить еду после 20:00!? Удобства в душе прошлого века. Мебель от туда же, кроме кровати. Освещение на грани фантастики. Часть лампочек так не включилась. Возможно были перегоревшими.

• Sergio Miguel (7/5): Para un par de días…y con peros- - La ubicación es genial, normalmente hay aparcamiento gratis en la calle El mobiliario está un poco anticuado y viejuno, no le vendría mal una limpieza de cara. La cocina sin microondas no es lo ideal ya que es el electrodoméstico básico y barato.

• Katell (10/5): Second séjour à l'hôtel Castillete - Très bon séjour à l'hôtel Castillete pour la seconde fois. Très bien placé, vue sur mer avec un petit déjeuner complet dans une salle de restauration ensoleillée. Le personnel est souriant discret et toujours disponible.

• Valerie (8/5): Excellent position, exceptionally clean, easy walking to most attractions, very comfortable, happy. - Excellent position on the seafront. Good view across the beach towards the harbour. So easy to walk from the apartment into the Old Town. Close to restaurants, cafes, beaches, supermarket & key attractions, Bus terminal a 15 minute walk away. The apartment was spacious, exceptionally clean and serviced daily. The foyer, entrance lounge, passages and stairs were also wonderfully clean. The receptionists were very helpful and pleasant - all of them. The beds were comfortable, although I found the pillows a bit too high and firm. Lovely hot shower and a spacious shower enclosure. The kitchenette area was well laid out and had the basic, necessary kitchen utensils to be able to cook and eat there. It did have an induction hob & fridge. Additionally there was a table and chairs on the balcony, so we could sit out there, drink a nice cold beer and watch the world go by and also eat out there. We found it perfectly suited our requirements for the 3 nights we spent there. Parking was free and available on the street and we didn't encounter a problem getting a space. As with all hotels we could hear the other guests coming and going, and could hear the very heavy footed people thumping across the floor in the room above us. One's only means of ventilation is to have the balcony door open. This wasn't a problem for us, except at night when you're trying to sleep, you do pick up noise from the street - mostly when the commuter traffic starts in the earlier morning hours.

• Baute (1/5): - Limpieza, comodidad para llegar a cualquier parte de la ciudad. Nos alojamos un 14 de febrero, pagamos 150€ por la noche, algo bastante desorbitado teniendo en cuenta que a pocos km de allí, existe un hotel de 5 estrellas que cuesta lo mismo. Nos fuimos al día siguiente..Una de las recepcionistas ( delgada, morena ,alta), muuuuuuy borde, estaba más pendiente de que firmáramos la ficha policial que del cobro. Aún me sigo preguntando si teníamos cara de delincuentes o algo por el estilo. Porque no paraba de mencionar la ficha, y la ficha, y la ficha policial. Una antipática solemne. No volveremos por allí aunque sea el único alojamiento que quede libre. Si tenía un día malo, que lo hubiera dejado en su casa. Pues yo, en mi trabajo, sonrío aunque llore por dentro. NO LO RECOMIENDO NI AUNQUE ESA SEÑORA APRENDA A SONREIR O SE VAYA DE FUNCIONARIA PARA EL CUERPO DE GUARDIA CIVIL, LE PEGA MAS. AAAAH, encima me descontaron de la tarjeta bancaria, casi 5€ , sin concepto y sin motivo conocido. Aún me preguntó por qué. Algo que puedo probar ya que queda guardado en los movimientos de mi tarjeta. NO LO RECOMIENDO DE NINGUNA DE LAS MANERAS POSIBLES Y ESPERO QUE EL BICA A VOCA SURTA EFECTO.

• Manfred (10/5): Ich war nur kurz da. Preis leistungsverhältniss war sehr gut. Jeder Zeit wieder. - Topp Lage, geräumiges Zimmer und freundliches Personal. Etwas in die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung. Aber nicht beschädigt oder dreckig.
• blensis (7/5): Bien pero necesita renovarse - La ubicación y las vistas al mar Que el desayuno no esté incluido en el precio y hay cosas que necesitan una renovación por ejemplo el baño, todavía tiene cortina y hay que tener mucho cuidado para que no salga el agua, el lavabo no tiene mueble y no hay donde apoyar las cosas. Y la cocina no tiene microondas que hoy en día es prácticamente lo que más se usa.

• DARÍO (5/5): Necesita una reforma urgente. - Lo mejor ha sido la limpieza, cero quejas, a pesar de estar bastante deteriorado, todo estaba sumamente limpio. Ubicación y vistas. Creo que el hotel necesita una reforma bastante grande. La habitación tenía el suelo "hundido", al caminar notabas el bajón, tanto que una cama quedaba coja y el armario que tenía en frente se movía al caminar al lado. Baño muy antiguo, al ducharte con mucho cuidado era imposible no dejar un charco de agua en el suelo, un poco peligroso para personas mayores o nuestra niña pequeña. Algún servicio tipo secador estaría genial.
• Simona (8/5): - Dobrá lokalita, silnice před hotelem v létě může být hlučná při otevřeném balkónu, ale výhled na moře to kompenzuje. Snídaně dobrá, čistý pokoj, personál milý. Žádný luxus, ale nebylo nač si stěžovat :) Celkově poměr cena výkon spokojenost. Vrátíme se. Vše bylo ok.

Den Platz im Zimmer hatten wir für unsere Fahrräder sehr geschätzt: Wir waren zwei einzelne Nächte im Hotel, jeweils bei der Ankunft und Abfahrt mit der Fähre von Teneriffa.

Der Blick vom Balkon auf den Atlantik (mit Sonnenaufgang) ist super. Netter und freundliche Service an der Rezeption !! Zum Frühstück empfehlen wir jedoch, die Fußgängerzone, dort gibt es hervorragende Cafés mit schönerem Ambiente

La habitación era enorme, con terraza y vistas al mar. Lo mejor la ubicación, en plena avenida marítima u justo al lado del casco antiguo. Muchos restaurantes que estaban muy bien de precio y hemos comido/ cenado muy bien. El personal encantador y nos atendieron fenomenal. En general me gustó todo y, si vuelvo a la isla, repetiré en ese hotel. Todo me gustó

Cerca andando del centro de la ciudad y de la playa. Lo único que eché de menos es la presencia de un microondas en la cocina.
• Javier (6/5): Vistas al mar, tranquilo, cerca del centro sin aglomeraciones - La ubicación es fantástica para visitar en coche la isla o el centro de Santa Cruz a pie. Tambien tiene parada de guaguas cerca pero el transporte en bus por las islas aún tienen mucho que mejorar en frecuencia y alternativas. El hotel está pidiendo una reforma a gritos.

• Enebie (10/5): Con sinceridad, la estancia perfecta. - La amabilidad del personal y el servicio de limpieza fueron perfectos, el apartamento estaba impecable y una cosa que nos encantó, fue que a pesar de estar literalmente enfrente de la playa, no se escucho nada de ruido, ni de oleaje, ni de transito de persona, coches, etc. insonorización perfecta. Sin duda alguna, si volvemos a La Palma, nos alojaremos aquí siempre. Nada, todo fue, para nuestra sorpresa, perfecto.

• Søren (8/5): Large room with splendid view to the sea. - Great view directly to the sea (3rd floor). Hardly no noise from the street (but the street was partially closed due to road works). Breakfast was OK but nothing special - but then again, for 7 euros you cannot expect more. Large room with very comfortable bed. Room is not very cozy. No decorations on the walls and the floor is tiled with no carpets.
