Guest Reviews
- Timo (10/5): - going completely device free for two days was an amazing experience and I would love to do it again. The location is amazing, the food was great, the staff super friendly and the Ningaloo reef is always worth a visit. nothing
- Irene (6/5): Preis-/Leistung etwas schwierig! - Die Lage und das Personal.
Alle waren sehr engagiert und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vor allem Jackson war echt cool!
Gab uns wertvolle Tipps für die Weiterreise.
Sehr gutes Essen!!! Die Zelte sind zu alt wie auch die Strandkörbe nicht viele in einem guten Zustand.
Wir hatten mehr Aktivitäten erwartet mit der Sicherheit, dass es keine Wiederholungen gibt.
- Bathard (9/5): - Location, attention to detail, amazing staff Nothing
- Monique (9/5): Superb experience , great food and lovely friendly and helpful staff - Totally amazing location with direct access from private marine park beach to the reef. Unforgettable experience Certain basics like power and flushing toilets not in place because it is an eco marine location
- S (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lesley (8/5): An experience not to be missed - Good:
Staff great all very friendly and helpful - tried their best to make everyone feel really welcome and valued
Location amazing the beach, sea, reef were just stunning
Food fantastic every meal was a delight
Beds comfy and clean
Less good:
Snorkle gear was tricky and several of us found it leaked. Personally this is not a real issue and I would just bring my own gear in future.
Tents obviously hot as Ningaloo very very hot and of course as an eco lodge (and in tents) air con not an option ... but tents and main meal area would have benefitted from better/ more fans. One window in the dining area was blocked by stuff for sale which a relocation of this might have helped. Alternatively, re purposing the area used for canapés once the sun had set for eating might have been cooler.
But it's important to stress despite the 2 niggles I would be back in a heart beat!
- Charlie (10/5): A remarkable location - the level of service, location and incredible food
- Vicki (7/5): Loved my stay, the situation, the staff but felt the place a bit tired for the price we paid. - Wonderfully situated in Cape Range National Park with free excursions, walks and snorkeling. The staff without exception were fantastic and knowledgeable., The food was great and they looked after food allergies or preferences with great care and the substitute food was always delicious and the wines chosen to compliment the meals were good.
Plenty of equipment for water activities. I didn't think the room was particularly clean, especially the bathroom and despite daily service this didn't improve.
- Emma (10/5): Best trip of our lives - Amazing location, lovely staff, exceptional food and great array of activities that you can opt into.
- Peter (8/5): A lovely place to stay but not quite as good as it could be. - Attentive, professional staff. Good food. Large room. Outside shower. Long drop toilet was clean and odourless. Staff was professional rather than warm, with a few exceptions. Flies were a real problem in the main building, not so much elsewhere. Breakfast dishes were not cleared promptly. Each day more than 20 minutes after dishes were finished. This is not good practice and contributed to the fly problem.
Tents could have had a few touches of luxury that would make them more special.
A little expensive for the offering.
- Tim (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nerissa (8/5): Incredible experience in the heart of rugged nature right by the coral sea - The location was incredible. 100% amazing.
The tents and beds so comfortable.
Food was excellent and the tours wonderful.
Snorkelling at nearby beaches incredible.
You need a car. The loos were not great.
The flies not great
No signal or internet at all. Not at any time.
- Brian (8/5): Glamping in style! - Pristine location, quality and quantity of food and drink, great, friendly, helpful staff. Nothing of significance
- Allan (9/5): A very relaxing time in lovely surroundings. - Super breakfast with a great selection of dishes. Situated on the beach with snorkeling on the reef
Staff very friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. Excursions twice a day. Nothing
- Krisnm (10/5): Exceptional - We loved everything there, unforgetable experiance! /
- Jan (8/5): Very good - I love the location and the glamping atmosphere. Food was well prepared and presented. I think the camp has become a bit too big. You can’t really feel very remote and at peace with nature with 32 people milling about.
- Alexandra (10/5): Absolute bliss! Everything from start to finish was incredible - The staff were incredible, food was amazing. The accomodation/tents were SO good. We absolutely loved all the activities too. Everything was just unbelievable and we'd highly recommend to everyone! The only thing we thought was a bit ridiculous was the price per person of transfer to the airport - especially considering the accomodation is already very expensive.
- Debra (9/5): Superb -
- Arnold (10/5): Spectacular location, fabulous food and wonderful service! -
- Begg (8/5): perfect way to regroup with the soul. - staff, made us feel so welcome and looked after us in every way possible.
the tent location we were in (8) was perfect for view, breeze, sunset, relaxing.
Food was beyond expectations, amazing.
water equipment great.
no internet, Tv, hairdryers - bliss! Coffee Machine needs a big upgrade - the coffee itself isn’t in keeping with the premium price of stay. For coffee people, not nice at all I’m sorry!
Hammock had been repeatedly repaired with twists of wire but broke with us on it, replace the wire for safety please.
- Anonymous (9/5): The staff were all incredible. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was brilliant. The open bar had a wide selection o - Everything Nothing
- Paul (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julie (10/5): staff fabulous -
- Erin (10/5): excellent. highly recommend - absolutely amazing. highly recommended. it lived well beyond the expectation and would come back again
