Guest Reviews
- Sabrina (7/5): - The staff was brilliant couldn't fault them the room wasn't bad could do with a freshen up,great as it's five minute walk from the town. No hot water in room or shower the toilet looked like it hadn't seen a clean, the smell of dog all threw the hotel when we never had a dog should be a separate part for dog owners an other guests.

- David (8/5): Really enjoyed the stay. The only negative was no hot water but everything else was good. - The property is located right near the town centre just a few minutes walk from the tower and beach. The two running it are really nice. Unfortunately there was no hot water so had to be inventive with the kettle and the cold water but everything else was okay.
- Josh (7/5): - Wasnt what we expected but tiggs and Vicky was the best managers we could of asked for! So friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we was happy with our stay!! Thank you guys keep smashing it!!

Not well maintained and I kept - The place was very dirty and very mouldy was in room 1 next to a bathroom and the whole room was mouldy only realised when we checked in and I got very unwell. We had to leave a day earlier. The room was very mouldy never recommend anyone to go in this kind of environment.
Shared bathroom and toilet not clean
Room very dirty not clean carpet full of hair and tops dusty. Got us sick by the second day and we left.

- John (8/5): Very Nice Stay In A Good Location - The location of the hotel was very good, not far from Blackpool town centre, and also the main attractions. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, and I was given an upgrade to a bigger room on the upper floors of the hotel, when I was checking in. The room itself was very well setup, with everything you could really want for a short stay, with an en-suite bathroom, and separate sink in the room, along with a large double bed, and chest of drawers. The hotel was fairly quiet during my stay, but I was there during the off season, so it might not be like that all of the time though. There was a bit of a delay in being able to get into the hotel when I arrived, but this was possibly due to the time I arrived, which was in the evening.
- Domo86 (5/5): - Clean tidy comfortable room , could do with a shower upgrade very old , barely any water pressure & leaked water everywhere, easy access to town centre 5 minutes walk I booked this hotel as it stated free stay for pets arrive to be greeted by an extra unexpected charge for my dog ,, can't grumble much as I got room upgrade for free after the mix up
- Halstead (5/5): -
- Patrick (7/5): Very good - It was room only
- Carol-Ann (10/5): Best Hotel in blackpool - Excellent host. Got upgraded to a family room. Host could not do enough for us. Will definitely be staying again Nothing
- Andrew (7/5): -
- Lorraine (7/5): Short break - Excellent location, very friendly owner reasonable price for a budget stay, bedding clean and fresh Lack of attention to detail in the rooms
- rhiannon (7/5): Good stay - Comfy bed, warm Nothing
- Paul (1/5): Disappointed - It was full of dugies the was stains all over carpet with some ones dog who as pissed the was loads of mold to didnāt work the void on the bottom of the mattress an in the family room was sharp thinks be hand the toilet the shows burn me wife an the rail was falling down the smoker alarms go Iām off dogs barking constantly people this should t be opened an we want a full refund cause makes us feel Iāll of all the muld an there a load more than tha Everyone an everything
- irene (8/5): -
- Chris (4/5): Wouldnt stsy there again - The location It smelt of damp it was very cold at night carpet sticky and un hooverd
- Shahzad (5/5): Been uncomfortable - Room was too small. And it was not as shown Congested
- Kevin (9/5): -
- jemma Littlejohn (10/5): -
- Shanie (10/5): Definitely will be staying again - Itās location and the price Nothing
- Dan (1/5): Terrible hotel never staying here again - It was in a good location 2 minute walk to town This was the worst hotel Iāve stayed in the rooms are tiny, No hot water , No heating the rooms smell of damp and the bathroom was that tiny you couldnāt have a wash or sit on the toilet properly it was a small double bed the tv didnāt work no aerial in the hotel to watch tv. And it felt like it was a homeless shelter other guests staying there smoking weed. Could not get any sleep banging of the door loud music and talking I would not recommend this hotel to no one to stay in most of the hotels on the same street is run by the same owner of this hotel the price of the room and the pictures on the website itās a joke 14 rooms packed in so you can just imagine how small each room is fire hazard
- Burton (1/5): Didn't stay to bad - Small room dirty carpets and black mould in shower room totally š
- Tom (10/5): Belroy review - It was fine, great location, owner and staff was nice people and was able to have a laugh Lol not so much not like more omg don't turn the bathroom light on at night as it starts a loud fan which sounds like the start of an early warning system haha, makes you jump at 3am
- Sophie (10/5): Great - Everything
- Michael (1/5): Streets are cleaner - Location Everything else, dirty, smelly, horrendous hotel.
No staff around.
Mixed between a hostel, emergency housing, and halfway house.
Never again, room dirty, rubbish on the floor, no hot water, loose fittings, smelly, drug use outside in the front, very noisy, constant dog barking and some old pots and rubbish left in the bedside. We tried to find another hotel after 30 minutes, everywhere else fully booked. Should have read the reviews!
- Wayne (5/5): - The staff were very good had an issue but was sorted very quickly The only issue was the room we had then moved us to an apartment which was good except for the heating it only came on once while we were there but overall good
- deborah (1/5): Derelict building - Needs gutting Everything
- Carol (7/5): OK for groups of friends - The man who owned it was amazing, so friendly and just so lovely, the location was very central for everything, very clean, I think if it had a wardrobe and a few things fixed, it would be a little gold mine, š The bathroom floor was wet all the time, think there was a leak, we forgot to tell him, but I'm sure he'll get that fixed, there was no where to hang our clothes, but as soon as I mentioned it he went and got us a rail, that was the downstairs room,
Our friend was upstairs in single room, I think maybe ok for single men but a single woman , it was so small , but yet again we never said anything as I'm sure he would've moved her, she just slept there and came to our room ,
But thank you for the lovely service, we thought you were lovely

- Matthew (1/5): Dirty, filthy, and stank. - The property was filthy and the room stank when I entered, I was in room 15 at the top. I genuinely have not seen a worse bed and breakfast anywhere. I left after one night and checked in elsewhere. It stank and was filthy. It is not a place I would ever consider staying again. I left after 1 night and haven been trying to get my refund for the nights I didnāt use and I just get ignored by the hotel and booking.com
- Gillian (5/5): - Location was good. Friendly owner. Bed was comfortable. Tea and coffee to make. The room had damp patches in the roof corner. The shared toilet had a poor lock. There was a gap in the door when locked. The shower looked dirty and not good to use. All night people were shouting or singing , there was a dog barking one night for an hour. We took our daughters room as she had my granddaughter with her and fiance. Our room was cleaner.
- Mark (6/5): Breakaway - Good value for money. Erife was a good host. Plenty of tea and coffee. Children friendly. The room could of been a bit bigger for a double and single bed. But it is was it is. You don't have to live in it.
- Helen (1/5): - The property was cold at all times, never had heating on even when told we was cold, never no hot water for shower every day constantly having to tell him to sort it out, cleaner was rude we complained and matter wasn't took seriously. I'm disabled yet was expected to go up to the top floor with a pram in a small room you couldn't move in, when I asked for a larger room and expressed that I was struggling on that floor just moved two doors down hall and took no regards to any off the issues I had or made. He said cleaner works well she can't clean to save her life just goes round things, se pnd room i was given was absolutely minging, bedding wet and stained, mattress was stained and caused my skin to get sore etc. Found food and people stuff in draws and down bed. Dusty as hell and run down. Doors constantly slamming from others. No coffee, tea, milk etc unless asked then told to buy our own. Absolutely no care or companion for guests if it wasn't that I couldn't afford a different hotel or to wait so long for a refund of booking. Com I'd off moved hotel
- John (10/5): -
- Andrew (1/5): Sh!t - Sold us a room for 3 ppl 2 adults 1 kid got there no bed for kid so we asked weres he ment stay thy said cus he's 3 in ur bed with u or u can rent trave cot for 10Ā£.... :( yhe but we booked room for 3 of us it's the rules she said ... typical hammer n acki Not stayed
- Courtney (1/5): It's not a nice hotel at all. It's dirty and not for families, its more of a party hotel, avoid!!!! - The location itself it's right near everything 2 mins away from coral island Everything, the hotel isn't for families so shouldn't be advertised as such, the room had cat poo on a platform above the double bed, the duvets had pop on them just looked like they'd had clean sheets put on, the hotel is full of alcoholics and drug users and it kicks off, police came when we were there due to it kicking off and violence. My children were scared. The owner joins in on the drinking.
- Brian (1/5): Overrated - Location Charged £20 deposit on arrival, which hasn't been returned yet. Furniture in the room very tired and falling apart
- Ivan (4/5): - La posizione La pulizia ĆØ un'altra cosa
- Swales (9/5): It was amazing and full of laughs and I 100% recommend this for someone who wants to stay somewhere safe and welcoming. - I liked how the manger accommodated our needs with having a baby as he tried to sort whatever out we needed sorting. Nothing
- Matthew (10/5): - Staff were really friendly Nothing
- Carole (8/5): comfortable and welcoming - was everything i expected owner very friendly helpfull went above to make you feel comfotable nothing
- Daniella (1/5): Wouldnt stay again. - Location was fine as you could walk to the amusements and beach People getting drunk, screaming and shouting outside throughout the night. So we barely slept and had to spend extra money to stay an extra night elsewhere before doing a 6 hour drive home

- Sam (6/5): Noise at night. - Check in was easy and the staff wonderful. Bed was comfortable. Lots of noise through the night with people shouting up and down the stairs so got woken up at 2 & 4 am. Price was pretty steep for the condition of rooms with no breakfast included.
