Pytero (9/5): Good package for families - Food it was great with very nice services! I reccomand having brekfast and dinner. They serve various dishes on buffet. We always found clean table, even it was crowded. We appreciate the room cleaning every day! Beds were too hard for us, but we had a clean room, new furniture, and great view. We were not used to have heating with airconditioning, but it was very efficient.
Lyndsey (6/5): Don't do Half board if you mind eating substandard food. - The Spa facilities were lovely as were staff operating the spa and used every night after skiing. The shuttle service was very efficient and the driver was very helpful. The Food was terrible, buffet style, with nearly the same selection every morning and evening. Dried bacon, dried up scrambled eggs in the morning, pork/chicken one night, then leftover pork/Chicken made into something else the following day, the only thing worth noting was the salad bar every evening. Definitely not worth the extra payment for half board. We ended up eating out the last two nights we couldn't stomach it any more. Dining Staff are very quick to collect plates so much so that when you leave the table to refresh your small glass of water you may return to find your dinner and cutlery removed. Drinks, alcoholic/soft were meant to be included but you need to track down a waiter to request some as they're not forth coming to see if you would like anything as they're too busy clearing your dinner away. Eventually we gave up even looking for someone every night and drank water from tiny glasses out the breakfast machine. Rooms are very basic. ( Apartments) with not even a kettle or bowls for any 'self catering' needs, one pillow, no extra blankets or safe for securing passports.

Валентин (4/5): Disappointing - Sound isolation. The people on reception. The state of the plates and cutlery in the restourant. There were stains and food leftovers on the "washed plates". The room was very different from the advertised one. It was older and the air inside was very stale. Sleeping couch was useless due to its bad design.

Blerim (5/5): PASSABLE - Close to the lofts Close to the center. The hotel should understand the difference of the word child and infant. We got charged extra because the reservetion said child but ment infant. Very dissapointing. Oh and no parking so we had to park somewhere on the pavement.
Verified traveler (2/5): - The hotel was a long way from the ski slope, the room was dirty and uncomfortable. The sofa bed option was unsleepable, with the ridges from the sofa digging into your back. Had to ask for a second mattress to improve it. The cleaning services were poor. The cleaners only changed the towels and bins. The food selection was abysmal. If you like chips then you are fine, otherwise you get the option of dry chicken or pork casserole every night.
