- ysbrand (4/5): Very old hotel - The room was not very clean. The bathroom was old and not clean. I didn’t want to take a shower. The bed was ok. I wouldn’t stay Here again.

- Catherine (10/5): Wonderful hotel in an ideal position - The wonderful blonde girl at check-in could not be more helpful when I checked in and and when I checked out. She was incredible. Ideal place central to everything.
- Kelli (8/5): - Comfortable stay near train station, shops and restaurants. Short walk to Cathedral and museums. There was an issue with the room readiness but the management made the necessary adjustments and corrected the issue. Staff was pleasant and welcoming. Air conditioning was excellent.

- Patricia (4/5): - O hotel é muito bem localizado mas não correspondeu as expectativas pela pontuação. O estacionamento que o hoteis.com diz ser 6 euros custa na verdade 12 euros e não fica no hotel mas em um parking próximo (sujo e fedorento). O quarto é bemm apertado.
- Martina (8/5): - This is a very convenient budget-priced location in Reims - the reception welcome was good and thorough in providing information for the stay. Good size bed, comfortable in a well-lit room with a desk for working etc. Clothing space small but adequate with enough space to hang clothes. Bathroom and shower also adequate and clean. Enjoyable stay.

- Michele (6/5): Convenient hotel in Reims - This hotel was convenient and the staff pleasant. Great location in Reims to see the city. Breakfast was reasonable. The room and bathroom was quite small and sparse. I would stay here again given the price and location.

- Joanna (6/5): Overnight stay - The receptionist changed the room to a double bed with a single. This made the room quite small and on reflection we should have stuck with two single beds. The parking was the difficult part as it is in a shopping centre which is a distance from the hotel.

- Donald (8/5): Great location - The hotel is in a great location with just a short walk from the station and surrounded by lots of dining options. Cathedral and other tourist sites are also close. The room felt quite spacious and the bathroom had evidently been recently renovated.

Un excellant service @ concernant hôtel.com. Très professionnel et compréhensif. Application à recommander absolument .

- Sally (10/5): Ideal location. Friendly service. - We ended up staying here last minute after shocking experience at another hotel. I’m glad we did. Service was great, felt welcome. Room a little on small side but location perfect. They had several kettles available to borrow. No complaints.

- Jorn (8/5): Not for guests goung there by car - N8ce, small hotel in city. But really not easy to find parking, so don't choose the hotel 8f you're travelling by car. Kind reception service, but breakfast could be better.
- John (10/5): - Small hotel but perfectly ok. Right in the heart of Reims. Parked at the Erlon underground parking just 4 mins walk away and the hotel got us a discount on it (€13.60 instead of full price of €16). The buffet breakfast is worth paying €9 each for, as a coffee, juice and croissant in any cafe will cost you about that anyway. You might be able to get this hotel cheaper if you contact them direct than through any booking agent! Give them a try. Room was fine for a city centre hotel.

Nærme katedralen i et strøk med mange restauranter og butikker og allikevel lite støy. Perfekt base for å nyte hva Reims har å by på. Kort vei til stasjonen og katedralen.

- Yves (10/5): - Very friendly staff and very well located for shopping, restaurants and tourist attraction (20 min walk from the Cathedrale).
- Deborah (6/5): - Room was tiny and bath had little room to place toiletries for two people. The shower was good, but had no place to put my own soap, shampoo, razor, and washcloth except on the floor. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall the first time it was used because it was not properly attached to the wall. The walls of the bath were lined in a porous stone which would be impossible to clean thoroughly. Internet was very spotty. The best thing about the hotel was its location within walking distance of the train station and the cathedral and near many cafes.

- Verified traveler (2/5): A fuire... - - Arrivée dans la chambre : odeur de tabac froid qui empuante la salle de bain, - Jour après : jamais entendu autant de bruit entre 10h00 et 13h00. J'en parle à la réception : accueilli par une receptionniste desinvolte et meprisante : il s'agirait du personnel de ménage et des clients. On me fait comprendre que je n'ai pas à me plaindre (!) Et me regarde de travers, - Jour suivant : je quitte la chambre en mettant le panneau "ne pas deranger". Je repasse par la chambre et je croise une femme de ménage en train de faire ma chambre (!), puis je retrouve la receptionniste catastrophique de la veille qui ose me faire le reproche que ça sent le tabac dans ma chambre - Le soir : j'essaie de mettre le loquet dans ma chambre, mais ça ne fonctionne pas. Je dois faire appel à la réception. - La nuit : des bruits de chocs incessants me réveillent toutes les heures. L'hôtel a vraiment un problème l'insonorisation. Je parle de mes deboirs a un autre receptionniste aui semble etre le patron : confus il m'a offert le petit dejeuner le jour de mon depart. Merci à lui.

- Brooke (10/5): A Nice Little 2*Hotel - It's centrally located (easy walking distance to the Cathedral, the tram, buses and train station), clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. My bed was comfortable, there's an elevator and heating was at a good level. I'd stay again! Rooms are typical small European rooms. The only two things to be aware of: 1) my toilet paper was low & a new one wasn't put in, so I ran out in the middle of the night; 2) I could hear my neighbors in the hall & their room, but earplugs worked just fine - nothing woke me up.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Clean, comfortable and modern room centrally located and very reasonably priced. Excellent for a one night stay in Reims. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the area and the cathedral was only a 5 minute walk. There was a multi storey car park less than 100 metres, but we thought this was a bit pricey (16 euros), but you can't have everything!

- Andrew (10/5): Nice simple stay - Stayed in the hotel for a night to watch the Tour de France while in Reimes, so there was very few hotels left available, however, it was a very nice little hotel. Easy to find up an little Arcade which didn't give an amazing first impression but.... it was nice, there was a lift to help with the stairs and heavy bags, the guy running the reception (hotel manager??) was very nice and friendly and had broken English but did really well combined with our broken French. Room was lovely a bit small but for the price it was nice. Bathroom was lovely and the decoration showed that it is well looked after. The Breakfast was nice and if needed would stay again and would recommend it to anyone staying in Reimes if wanting to have a simple cheap trip.

The room was small which is expected of an older building but bathroom was tiny and shower ran out of hot water after I shower leaving my partner with a cold shower. Public parking is nearby

The Hotel is in a great location - easy walk from the train station and close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a little plain but the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was modern and very good.

- Vesselina (6/5): Simple and clean hotel in the city centre - The hotel is simple and clean. The location is perfect to explore Reims.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Bare bones facility at low price. Facility new with new fixtures but totally bland decor. Only negative is room door did not close by itself. In fact the cleaning staff merely let door close as would be expected but our room was left unlocked the entire day we were touring the city. You had to pull strongly on door and then make sure it had closed. Manager was made aware of situation and said he would make staff aware of problem.

Only downside, it can get quite noisy - walls are quite thin and can hear corridor noise and even conversations from rooms next door...
- Jacky (8/5): Great for a visit to Reims - Stayed in Reims for one night en route to south. Great hotel centrally located just a bit difficult to find as it is in a pedestrian walkway between a road and pedestrianised square.
