Staff have been great and we appreciated booking our taxis through yannis …. Worked well. Only two problems for us… curtains aren’t blackout so let early morning light in and the Noise! Dogs barking constantly from a few doors down … woke us up several times and very thin walls so neighbours woke us up too …if this doesn’t bother you then would recommend these apartments .

• CatTranfield (9/5): Beautiful quiet, spacious apartment, safe neighbourhood. - This was a lovely spacious apartment in the lovely, quiet Koukaki neighbourhood. I would gladly have stayed longer because it was so nice. It has a kitchen as well so could cook food, with a fridge. The water pressure in the shower was also very good. I had a bit of difficulty opening the door with the key the first time, but was able to contact customer service via WhatsApp and they helped me, which I greatly appreciated. At times the WiFi was a bit spotty, but nothing too bad.

Der gute Kontakt zur Unterkunft per Mail bzw. Booking.com. Das Apartment war sehr hellhörig. Man hat die anderen Gäste, die Nutzung der anderen Bäder und die laufenden Klimaanlagen gehört.

• Kolozsvári (9/5): Egy pár napra jó, de egy hétig nem maradnék. - Közel volt minden, szép a szálás, de van mit rajta javítani. Ez inkább egy bérelt lakás volt mint egy hotel. Anyi volt a hotel része hogy kitakaritottak, ki cserélték a törölközőket és adtak új egyhasználatos papucsot. Az egyik konnektort vissza kellet csavarni késel. Páraelszívó nincs de füst jelző az volt, igaz nem tudom hogy működött e. Ki volt festve de sok helyen látszott hogy nagyon régi a falak/ ajtók sarka.

Our room was perfectly appointed with a balcony, microwave, coffee machine, AC and heating AND you can use their laundry room between 4pm - midnight: will def comeback again.

• Jáudenes Sánchez (10/5): Apartamento céntrico y muy cómodo - Estuvimos una noche y llegamos de madrugada. Al día siguiente nos fuimos muy temprano. No pudimos fijarnos mucho, la verdad. Pero hemos vuelto después y ya nos hemos quedado 5 noches más. Este apartamento tiene 2 habitaciones que nos ha gustado más que la vez anterior. Espaciosas y cómodas. El espacio común también está muy bien. Lo justo y necesario para estar a gusto teniendo en cuenta que estábamos siempre fuera. Hemos utilizado la cocina para desayunar y para tomar alguna cena. Tiene de todo y tienes café, té y azúcar. Lo único que he echado en falta es un trapo de cocina. En ambas ocasiones nos dejaron una botella de vino blanco. Un detalle, gracias. También se puso en contacto con nosotros el personal de limpieza para venir a limpiar, cambiar las toallas y vaciar las papeleras (lo hacen si te quedas más de 3 días) No nos venía bien y nos lo cambió sin problema. Te dejan un albornoz con zapatillas y nos pusieron unas nuevas. Tienes la posibilidad de poner lavadora y secadora, reponer papel higiénico, jabón de manos, bolsas de basura, cápsulas de café, té y azucar. Y la zona es estupenda porque está cerca del Centro (no cogimos el transporte público nunca) y para aparcar el coche de alquiler no es muy complicado. Dejaría un bote con sal y trapos de cocina

• Evi (6/5): - Η τοποθεσία είναι βολική Αρκετά πράγματα μέσα στο διαμέρισμα θέλαν ανακαίνιση, χρειάστηκε να έρθει κάποιος γιατί δεν λειτουργούσε καλά η θέρμανση, η εξώπορτα ήταν αρκετά βαριά, η επικοινωνία ήταν μόνο μέσω μέιλ (κάτι που μπορεί να είναι δύσκολο για κάποιον μεγαλύτερο) και μόνο στα αγγλικά!!!

Na dole mini recepcja samoobsługowa z kluczami i bezprzewodową drukarką do użytku dla gości. Czysta klatka schodowa wyłożona marmurem z windą. Czyste przestronne pokoje, wygodne łóżka, w każdym pokoju telewizor (włącznie z salonem). Świetni wyposażona kuchnia, powitalne wino było ukoronowaniem przejawu dbałości o gości. Mnóstwo miejsca w salonie, nieduży balkon. W trakcie pobytu (3 noce) wizyta Pani sprzątającej! Dobra lokalizacja, blisko do Akropolu, łuku Hadriana i wielu innych atrakcji. Słaba wentylacja w łazience, mocno zaparowana.
• Susan (10/5): Wonderful! - The location is away from touristy section but close enough to the Acropolis. The metro stop is very convenient and easy to find. There are many restaurants and a pharmacy nearby.

The street and area around had nice restaurants and was close to all attractions. Koukaki is a super nice area. The staff at the apartment was also very friendly and helpful. Shower messed a lot of water due to no shower door, just one glass panel which was very short for the area. So had to place shower-head in a specific way to ensure it does not mess water all over floor. Bathroom was quite small for 3 people to share.

We look forward to returning there on our next visit. - The best thing about Great Living Koukaki is its location in a wonderful neighborhood with many interesting shops and places to eat. Our room was very comfortable and the well designed and artistic decor gave a sense of sophistication while at the time same providing a warm and inviting atmosphere that made it feel like it was our home in Athens.

Well equipped little kitchen with nespresso machine. Washing machine facilities were handy. Bathroom was a little cramped. Towels could be changed/available more regularly than at the room clean once every 3 days since there was nowhere to dry them. We ended up washing and drying them ourselves using the facilities downstairs as started to smell a bit damp after 2 days as they didn’t fully dry.

• Cynthia (10/5): - Our room was very spacious and clean. Had a small kitchenette. Was centrally located so we could walk to several ancient sites. Also close to several dining sites. Only problem was that we were woke up early by barking dogs. Guess there was a doggy daycare nearby. But that's not the hotels fault.
• Alex (10/5): - Yannis the host was super hospitable. The unit was super clean, beautifully decorated and very homely. The property is walking distance to the Train station. We have booked a Private transfer to the airport but was cancelled by the company because of the Taxi protest. Thankfully, this property is close to the Train Station thus we have made it early to the Airport. The property have a washing machine and a dryer which we were so happy to use because we have a booked extended vacation in Rome. There is a very close supermarket just around the block. Also very walkable to the Acropolis, Acropolis Museum, etc…. The property is close to the shopping area and restaurants. We love this property and the staff.

• Lindsay (10/5): Perfect location - Great Living Koukaki was a perfect spot to stay for a few nights. There were lots of restaurants within walking distance, 15-20 minute walk into central Athens and the Acropolis, and we felt safe the whole time. Not nearly as busy as some of the other neighbourhoods which was a huge plus. The only downfall was having just one washroom in the apartment. With 4 people sharing space it's not always easy. But we made due and had a great time!

Highly recommend! FYI- the robes are for aesthetic purpose only. I’m 5’4 120 pounds and tried one on- it didn’t fit but not a big deal. Everything was perfect. Thank you for allowing us to stay!

With it being 8 rooms and only 6 lockers, I think they should have more lockers. • 朝早くに着いて荷物を預かって頂く予定だったのですが、鍵付きのロッカーが空いていませんでした。8部屋あるなかでロッカーは６つしかなく、全て使用されていたのでロッカーの数を増やして欲しいなと思います。

I was unfortunately only there for one night, but I am keen to return for another stay. The bathroom and shower were a little dated.

Die Kinder hatten ihr eigenes Zimmer und waren froh, morgens noch im Apartment frühstücken zu können. Die Lage ruhig, viele schöne Restaurants, Cafés und Supermarkt nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Und wir sind auch sonst zu allen Attraktionen gelaufen, nah zu Akropolis, Museum, Plaka und dem überraschend tollen Philopapposhügel.

• Joe (8/5): - The unit is in an excellent area, very walkable to restaurants and historic attractions and museums. The staff were very friendly and helpful. What i did not care for was the third world request not to flush any toilet paper in the toilet due to old pipes. With every 3 day housekeeping you could smell urine as soon as you went into the bathroom and this would most likely effect if i return for any length of time.

• Dimitrios (10/5): - I have been here before and that's why we chose it again, if only for one night. A very unassuming prpoerty, you could easily miss it going by but a fantastic place inside. From a respectful host to clean and decent sized rooms with all the amenities, a balcoy to sit outside and relax, a quick 5 minute walk to the Acropolis museum and all the restaurants and cafes. I would not hesitate to stay again and for longer. I would highly recommend.
