• Daniele (2/5): Easily the worst booking.com experience in years - The place could be not great but ok, if only in the hand of different managers and staff Such a long list, let's see if I can remember just the most obvious ones: - Infinite small print, booking this place is like signing one of those contracts with plenty of unfair clauses. The thing is it's all written, so once you've booked and paid you're screwed; - Host is the most unpleasant one I've ever encountered in my booking.com experiences, his idea is you're not a customer to make sure has a happy experience but an annoyance that is occupying his premises. Patronising at the utmost level he'll explain in detail that if you leave the premise with the keys left inside you'll not be able to enter and that the key is asymmetrical (so you'll need to be very very careful); - First thing they take a substantial Eur 499 deposit from your credit card, which be sure they'll find a way to erode - The place has no kitchen (which may cause some dirt and extra annoyance to the host) and the super small print says you cannot even bring food inside; - For some extra towels you have to pay - For leaving baggage on check-out you have to pay by the hour (which I haven't seen in any place I've been in my entire life) - Cleaning stuff will not communicate with you any excluded service (remember you are under scrutiny) but will report directly to the host who will charge you from your deposit on the last day - There are cctv cameras that will spy you

• Santaniello (10/5): - Ho apprezzato innanzitutto l accoglienza ricevuta da Alessandro, persona cordialissima e super disponibile anche in tardo orario e inoltre è da apprezzare anche la vista dalla stanza che affaccia su gran parte di Cagliari e sul mare inoltre anche la vasca idromassaggio funzionale e comoda.

• Miscera (10/5): Fantastico - L'Host è stato molto disponibile nel nostro soggiorno a Cagliari. Appartamento molto carino, stanza pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Stanza situata a due minuti a piedi dal Bastione e dal centro. Torneremo sicuramente, grazie di tutto.

• Marta (1/5): Nie polecam! - Nic. Niestety moje doświadczenia z tym obiektem były bardzo rozczarowujące. Zarezerwowałam pobyt na jedną noc. Ponieważ mój samolot przylatywał do Cagliari o 23:50, skontaktowałam się z obiektem z pytaniem o możliwość późniejszego zameldowania oraz ewentualnego transferu z lotniska. Otrzymałam odpowiedź, że jest to możliwe, jednak późniejsze zameldowanie wiąże się z dodatkową opłatą w wysokości 60 euro. Poproszono mnie również o zaznaczenie tej prośby oficjalnie przez Booking. Zapytałam uprzejmie, skąd wynika ta opłata, a następnie przesłałam oficjalną prośbę o późniejsze zameldowanie. Niestety, nie otrzymałam żadnej odpowiedzi, a moja prośba została odrzucona – mimo wcześniejszych zapewnień, że późny meldunek jest możliwy. Od tego momentu kontakt z obiektem się urwał. Moje kolejne wiadomości pozostały bez odpowiedzi. Zadzwoniliśmy więc bezpośrednio. Osoba, która odebrała telefon, poinformowała nas, że nie jest decyzyjna i nie może przekazać kontaktu do menedżera. Skontaktowałam się również z Booking.com, jednak usłyszałam jedynie, że obiekt ma prawo odrzucić prośbę o późne zameldowanie – nawet jeśli wcześniej deklarował, że jest to możliwe – i że w przypadku rezerwacji bezzwrotnej nie przysługuje mi żadna rekompensata. Sprawdziłam później opinie na Google – średnia ocen obiektu jest bardzo niska, co niestety potwierdziło moje doświadczenia. Zdecydowanie odradzam rezerwację tego noclegu.

• Chris (5/5): A hotel in a great location let down by dishonest sale practices and unhelpful staff. Please avoid. - the location was great, close to the city center and the convention center. I paid extra to have a room with a balcony and a sea view (clearly stated in the room description and list of amenities) but the room I received had neither. Instead the only window I had had a view of a small inner courtyard where bins are stored. When I queried this with the staff, they said that they cannot guarantee which room you will get, even though there are different prices for the different rooms. Had I known, I would have booked a room elsewhere as standard rooms without a view were cheaper at other hotels. The staff was unhelpful and dismissive. I contacted Booking customer service to let them know of these dishonest practices but they had no interest in making sure their listings are not a scam.

• Thomas (10/5): Hervorragende Unterkunft im Marina Viertel - Diese Apartments sind uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Top Lage, top Ausstattung, super netter Kontakt!!! Wir hatten drei der vier zur Verfügung stehenden Apartments gebucht und eins war schöner als das andere. Bitte immer beachten vorher Kontakt aufzunehmen, da keine Rezeption im Haus vorhanden ist und man vorher die Ankunftszeit absprechen muss.
