Great value for the price But the windows are not soundproof and the street where it is situated is very crowded until late and there are roadworks early in the morning. Better to buy earplugs beforehand.

- onr900 (8/5): Excellent location, simple but decent stay in Alsancak with guarded car parking at your door - It's situated at the very end of Alsancak near the port side, so it's relatively easy to enter and exit the city by car. If you don't want to drive around, there are plenty of things to do in the neighbourhood itself, both by day and night. Big plus was the availability of a 24/7 guarded car parking, which was very convenient. The hotel itself is simple but has all main facilities to enjoy your stay, just don't expect a high end stay for this price. At this moment of the time, there are quite a few road works in the neighbourhood, which makes it time consuming if you use the car. Other than that nothing negative to say, it matched our expectations.

- Allison (8/5): Nice newer hotel - Comfortable beds and nice new and updated rooms. The hotel and staff were very nice. The hotel is on a street where a lot of construction is taking place. The hotel itself is very nice, but the area is heavily under development. Loved the idea of a balcony, which was nice to let air in, but the streets are very noisy and the view is of a parking garage. With all this in fine, the price was a little steep.

- karin (10/5): ideales Hotel für einen Städtetrip - Ideale Lage um Izmir zu erkunden. Izban 6 min entfernt. Direkt an der 'Shopping-Meile'. Die Betten waren außerordentlich bequem und das Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück habe ich nicht im Hotel eingenommen, es gibt genügend Bäckereien und ähnliches in unmittelbarer Umgebung.

They went to great lengths to accommodate us with our specific requirements and requests because we were travelling with our teenage daughter and needed 2 rooms and to check out later. The housekeeping staff were also excellent and always asked us if we needed our rooms cleaned and if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this hotel. nothing

- Dominique (9/5): Tolles Hotel mit perfekter Lage, nettem Personal und sauberen Zimmern - Wir haben bereits Anfang 2025 im selben Hotel übernachtet. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt – nur wenige Meter von der Fussgängerzone von Alsancak und vom städtischen Parkhaus entfernt, wo man günstig parken kann. Das Personal war nett und professionell, das Zimmer entsprach ganz unseren Vorstellungen. Der total übertriebene Einsatz von Duftspray am Empfang, im Gang und im Hotelzimmer. Nicht nur sind solche künstlich riechenden Produkte sehr unangenehm, sondern sie sind auch für die Gesundheit Problematisch. Vielleicht sollte man auf natürliche Alternativen umsteigen oder ganz darauf verzichten.

- Batool (9/5): - It's got a great location. I only stayed for three days, but it is comfortable enough and staff are friendly and reliable. The rooms are cleaned well too. It was a good stay, but after walking all day, I would have liked the bed to be a but more comfy. Small thing though, everything else was great.
