• Irina (9/5): Wonderful stay in the center of Cernobbio - Perfect location, the room was spacious with a big king size bed and big bathroom. We had a kettle with a tea and coffee machine. The B&B is located right above the restaurant Trattoria which serves great delicious Italian food! Luigi was a great and kind host. Thank you!

Наявний паркінг ( хоч він в 7 хв ходьби від готелю) Ми вдячні, що нас поселили безконтактно в зручний для нас час та провели чек-ін на наступний день. Є чайник в номері. Ціна зависока. Будьте готові, що треба буде щоразу підніматись сходинками на другий поверх повз кухню ресторану.

• Gaia (10/5): Estadia excelente: anfitriões muito receptivos, quarto novo e limpo, localização perfeita - Os anfitriões foram muito receptivos e simpáticos. A localização é perfeita, bem no centrinho de Cernobbio e de fácil acesso através de transporte público, carro ou a pé. A localização foi um ponto muito importante já que a maioria dos alojamentos em Cernobbio ficam nas montanhas, fazendo com que o acesso seja difícil se não estiver de carro. O quarto é novo, tudo funcionando perfeitamente e limpo.

Bonne pâtisserie pour le petit déjeuner et restaurants sympathiques dans la ville. Chambre globalement propre. Manque d’insonorisation dans la chambre, qui donne sur une des rues principales de la ville. Pas de volet, ni de rideau occultant. Obligé de passer devant les cuisines du restaurant pour accéder à la chambre.

• Saptarshi (9/5): Superb - The communication with the owner was smooth and the guidance about the parking was useful. Location of the property is pretty convenient. Restaurants, bars and the lake are all nearby. The room was big, bright and well decorated. Air conditioning worked well. The bed was big and comfortable. Bathroom was also clean and had everything required. The room had a kettle and teas and coffee, which was also good. The parking space is about 200-300 m from the property, but it looks safe. I didn't find this mentioned in the description. The entrance to the apartment is a bit dingy and you have to walk beside the kitchen of the restaurant downstairs, where people are often working. So doesn't feel 100% private always. There's some noise from the streets but nothing too inconvenient.

Many places for food, practically on the steps of small part of lake como In Aug 2024 with 34 heat the AC just didn't do much justice. The car park provided is approx 4 mins walk away so best to unload luggage and then go and park the car.

A restaurant below where you check in and the food and staff were fantastic, bed was very comfy and in a great location. Car park about 200yrds away but we didn’t need it all week as we were close to everything The write up just needs changing on booking.com to show that there is no breakfast

• C.car (7/5): Good - Location was fabulous. Minutes away from the lake and the ferry to Como. Many places to eat and drink around the hotel in a beautiful setting. Staff were nice and helpful and the room itself clean. These are basically rooms offered by a restaurant and not really a hotel. You have to walk past the kitchen to get to the room, which doesn't make it very pretty.

Be sure to check out the swim club down the street. it’s above a pizza restaurant and only stairs going up over the kitchen— but that was fine! room was great and I loved the location.

Luigi was great and flexible with my questions. The room was fab, huge bed, great shower super clean 10/10! It's above a lovely little restaurant, they bought a pizza up to my room (recommend the Dolce Vita 🍕). It's super close to the lake, ATM, bus stop for very easy cheap travel to train stations - perfect. Thanks Luke N/A All good!

And of course the Trottoria just under the room, where you can eat quality food, but not cheap. there is no fridge in the room. That's a problem. The luck of information about shops and sightseeing in the region.
