Sabah kahvaltıda maşa ile börek almaya çalışırken yetkili belki de sahibi olduğunu düşündüğüm bir beyefendi arkamdan eliyle uzanıp böreklerden aldı. Masalar pisti. Kahvaltıdan odaya çıktığımızda oda kilitlenmişti. Kat görevlisi yardımcı oldu. Dolayısıyla memnun kalmadık.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - *Genel olarak otelin temizlik, düzen, ilgi, konfor tarafında problem yaşamadık. *Şehir merkezine yakın konumda olması avantaj *Hotels.com da "konaklama sırasında ödeme" görünmesine rağmen telefonla ara arak ödemenin yarısı talep edildi, bu rahatsız ediciydi. *Odalardan tekinin çift yataklı olmasını talep ettik ancak ekrandan hangi odaların çift yatak olduğunu göremiyorlar. Odada kalacakların isimleri paylaşılmış olmasına rağmen 2 erkek misafire frenchbad verilmiş. Biraz araştırdıktan sonra değiştirdiler. *İlk defa kahvaltı ücrete dahil olmayan bir konaklama yaptım. Rezervasyon sırasında kahvaltı belirtilmediğinden neredeyse 2 misli fiyat talep edildi. Dışarıda ettik. *Eğlence mekanlarını yakın olması nedeniyle 24.00 e kadar müzik sesi duyabilirsiniz. *Yazdığım bazı olumsuzluklara rağmen bir daha tercih edebilir miyim? Evet.

Yalnız 2 kişi konaklamamıza rağmen yüz havlusu ve sabun bir taneydi. Oda soğuktu klimayı istediğimiz gibi ayarlayamadık sınırlama vardı. Genel olarak güzel, bir daha giderim.

- Efe musa (4/5): - 2 kişilik konaklamamızda tek oda kartı verildi. Bu hiç normal değil, kapıyı istediğimizde açıyorlar fakat kart olmadığı için odada elektrik olmuyor. Bu ne kadar doğru sizce. Hiçbir otelde bugüne kadar böyle bir durumla karşılaşmadım. Ayrıca oteli uzattığımız ve ödediğimiz halde çıkış yapıldı ve sonra tekrar otele geri dönüp giriş yaptık

- Halmahera (8/5): Very good - Breakfast is wide range. The person at the reception was unable to speak in English. We had to get another officer who was able to converse with us in English. It took them some time to get that person.Carpark facilities was also very full when we reached the hotel. It took the hotel some time to give assistance to us to park our car. Road around the hotel are very narrow and there are no distinct segregation of the car driving direction. Cars are parked haphazardly at the side of the road such that the clearance driveway is for 1 car and slightly more. Hence, when there is another car driving at the opposite direction, it becomes a frustrating experience to negotiate the access when there is only clearance driveway enough for 1 car. Do not drive your own to this hotel if possible.

- ERHAN (10/5): TEŞEKKÜRLER…. - İş seyahatim sebebiyle iki gece konakladım. Konumu, çalışanların güleryüzle hizmet etmesi, temizlik, konfor ve kahvaltı çeşitliliği açısından harikaydı. Ayrıca, fiyat fayda dengesi de iyi bir tesis. Bir daha ki seyahatimde kesinlikle tercih ederim.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Hayal kırıklığı - Otele gelişimizde sessiz bir oda olursa sevinirim demiştim. Ancak ne var ki otelin alt katında yüksek sesle müzik yapan mekanların gürültüsünden gece saat ikiye kadar uyumak imkansız. Bu seslerin oteldeki konaklayanları etkilememesi imkansız. Rezervasyon yapılırken bu eğlence mekanlarından gürültü geldiği belirtilmeli. Vaktinde odamıza girmemize rağmen banyoda hiç havlu olmadığını gördük. Durumu resepsiyona belirttiğimizde temiz havlu için beklememiz gerektiği, çamaşır makinesinde yıkamanın bitmediği belirtildi. Otele girişimizde uzun yoldan geldiğimiz için duş almak istedik ama yapamadık. Mini barı ve kahvaltısı otelin almış olduğu ücrete ve sınıfına göre oldukça düşük kalitedeydi. Restaurant ile ilgilenen bir görevlinin olmaması zaten yüksek sesli bir TV’ye maruz kalışımızdan anlaşılıyordu. Ayrıca çözünür kahve yerine en azından filtre kahve kullansalar daha iyi olacaktır. Artı yanları ise otelin şehir merkezine yakınlığı ve odaların yeterli genişlikte olmasıydı. Sonuç olarak bir dahaki Eskişehir gezimizde tercih etmeme sebebi olacak bir otel deneyimi oldu.
- mehmet onur (10/5): - Front ofis gayet güler yüzlüydü, restaurant bölümüde iyiydi kahvaltısını başarılı bulduk. Fitness salonu o bölgedeki otellerin içerisinden en iyisiydi. Ancak tek sıkıntı temizlik. Bu kadar yıldız almış bir otelin temizliği bu kadar hayal kırıklığı yaratmaz 716 nolu odada kaldım dolabın kapağını açtım üstüme toz parçacıkları düştü, dolabın üstü belki bir yıldır temizlenmemiş.Ciddi bir training gerekiyor! Herşeye rağmen o bölgede bulunan ( hepsinde kaldım) oteller arasında fiyat/ kalite dengesi açısındanda tekrardan tercih edebileceğim bir otel.

Nobody from the staff spoke basic English, but they also did not greet us upon arrival, did not even try to help and also wanted to charge us more than expected. This is very unacceptable for a 4 star hotel.

İş amaçlı gittiğim için çalışma ortamı olması önemliydi, gayet yeterli bir masa ve sandalye vardı odada. Balkon manzarası muhteşemdi. Banyo da gayet temizdi. Yedek havlu konabilir, banyo havlusu yetersiz geldi. Bornoz yoktu. Bunların dışında oda sıcaklığı çok yüksekti, balkon kapısını açmak durumunda kaldım içerisi çok havasız kaldığı için. Bu durumda da Eskişehir ayazı insanı vurabiliyor, dikkatli olmak lazım.
- Doruk (1/5): Never again! - Maybe location. We were offered twice a double bed although I have asked for two single beds. We needed to change a room 3 times. Even non-smoking rooms were stinky. They gave us only 1 door key telling that we can inform the reception and they will accompany us to the room, if guests are not together. My guest was sleeping and I had to enter the room 3 AM in the morning. The receptionist couldn`t open the door and I had to wake up my guest. Instead saying sorry they said they were just trying to help. The breakfast was poor. The stuff was incompetent and not friendly. I had to park my car to an abandoned building and the main gate was open through out the whole night. The guest profile was poor. The hotel was not clean in general. The floors were muddy. Overall, we had a very bad experience and the money was not value for the quality. Next time I`ll stay at Tasigo.

- Defne (6/5): - In general, the cleanliness of the facility was good, but the towels were very badly worn and hard. bed and pillows were not very comfortable. The heater in the room was not working. No one came to check, even though we told them many times. We had to sleep cold all night. I can say that the best part was the breakfast service. especially the product variety and the pastry part were very good.

Personnel avisé de la très grande nuusance mais attribue pourtant des chambres aux voyageurs qui ne peuvent dormir. Politique inadmissible. L' on est en droit de demander le remboursement de ses nuitées.

- ryan (8/5): - Was great location close to mall and restaurants. There was a bit of loud music from a nearby spot but it is to be expected on a Friday night in a college town. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really tasty and had a wide selection.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Deneyimlerim - Odada bırakılan duş havlusunun bir tanesi aşırı aşırı derecede sigara kokuyordu, temiz gözükmesine rağmen nasıl bu kadar koktuğunu anlamlandıramadık. Diğeri temizdi. Deluxe oda almamıza ve king size yatak yazmasına rağmen küçük çift kişilik odaya yönlendirildik. Aynı kattaki 3-4 farklı odayı gezdim ve daha büyük yataklar olduğunu gördüm. Sanırım hotels üzerinden indirimli aldığımız için 2. Sınıf bir deluxe odada kaldık. Resepsiyonda kaç farklı personel çalışıyor bilmiyorum ama bize denk gelen hanımefendi bir misafir ağırlarcasına sıcaklık gösterir gibi gelmedi. Ayrıca 4 yıldızlı, bu denli görkemli gözüken bir otelin girerken ücret talep etmesi garip geldi. Konumu iyi yerde, şehir merkezine yakın ama içindeki kalabalıktan uzak.

- Aziz Emre (10/5): Merkezi lokasyon,temiz otel, rahat ferah odalar - Otel konum itibari ile Eskişehir'in merkezinde yer almaktadır. Gezilecek yerlere rahatlıkla ulaşım sağlanmaktadır. Otelin kapalı otoparkı olması park konusunda büyük rahatlık sunmaktadır. Hijyen konusunda oldukça titiz bir oteldir.
