• Monika (6/5): Byłam jedną noc jednak na dłużej nie zdecydowałabym się. - Dostęp na kartę. Zameldowanie bez problemu z wyraźną instrukcją przesłane na WhatsApp . Pokój jest mały ale na jedną noc ok. Łazienka czysta. Ręczniki , mydło . Kuchnia jest piętro wyżej + pralka. Kawa na miejscu. Nie ma informacji ,że pokój jest na drugim piętrze bez windy ( dość wysokie schody ) więc z wózkiem albo dla starszej osoby nie polecam . Pokój Eucaliptus . Drzwi balkonowe zamykają się tylko na dole - góra nie domyka się więc bezpieczeństwo pokoju jest pod znakiem zapytania . Lepsze byłyby zasłony niż jedna szyba mleczna a druga to po prostu drzwi. Przy gorszej pogodzie po zamknięciu okna jest po prostu ciemno ( własciwie to muszą być drzwi balkonowe cały czas otwarte inaczej trzeba zapalić światło nawet w dzień ) Jest balkon. Za tą cenę i na jedną noc ok .
• Manon (10/5): Top ! - Très bien, propre et accueillant ; la chambre et la salle de bain sont grandes. La cuisine est un lieu partagée, elle est fonctionnelle et elle dispose de tout ce dont nous avons besoin. Il y a aussi un petit espace lounge avec thé, café et biscuits, top. Je recommande.

• Elena (10/5): - This B&B is equipped with kitchen where it is possible to cook, in 5 mins there is a supermarket and laundry. The station is in 10 mins to walk. The location of B&B is the center of the city. Everything is clean in the room. I was staying there about 2 weeks, wifi stable so I was working easily. no soundproofing

• Justyna (8/5): Generalnie ok, gdyby nie śniadanie którego nie było xd - Lokalizacja, sam nocleg był ok W ofercie napisane że śniadanie wliczone w cenę, a tak na prawdę to było kilka słodyczy- ciasteczka, orzeszki i jeden rogalik, które często są serwowane w innych apartamentach za darmo. Liczyłam na śniadanie.

• ANNA (7/5): - Lokalizacja obiektu bardzo dobra. Zepsuta roleta, zimna wspólna kuchnia. Na zapytania i prośby gospodarz nie odpowiada od razu, trzeba czekać na odpowiedź. Vouchery na śniadanie zostały dostarczone dopiero kolejnego dnia pobytu. Prosilibyśmy o papier toaletowy i nie został przyniesiony. Dodatkowe koce do przykrycia nieprzyjemne i sztywne. Przy wymeldowaniu , jeszcze przed 10.00 Pani sprzątająca juz przyszła i czekała aż wyjdziemy. Bardzo to było nieprzyjemne.

• Anna (1/5): Horrible experience - Nothing Please be careful as this people are scammers The room on the picture doesn’t exist I ordered this one but instead found - see pictures below - and when I question I got response back that this picture here on booking is for marketing purpose only The room was nothing to this on the picture was cold plus nothing mentioned in the description you have to walk all the way to the top is 2 floors no lift and what’s more important there is nothing in that area no food shops or restaurants open in the evening so if you decided to stay bring your own

Airconditioner works, easy acces, very good value for money. very small room, don't recommend for a longer stay. There are 4 rooms , maybe the others were bigger.

• Mary Kay (10/5): - Lovely hotel in the heart of Lamezia. Near the action but tucked slightly off the Main Street so it was quiet. Great little kitchen to make our own breakfast. Self check in process was tricky, but we had assistance live on WhatsApp, so after a few challenges, got in. Would recommend San Carlo if you are going to Lamezia.

• Freddy (10/5): Nice B&B - The place was very easy to find they sent you instructions , the room had a washer but no dryer but no where to hang your cloths like a balcony or patio , other then that the room and bathroom was fine , just if you have luggage you have to carry that all the way up

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Questo B&B e' in una posizione centrale, e' tranquillo, le stanze sono molto pulite ed arredate con gusto. Pero' non c'e' la possibilita' di lasciare il bagaglio in un luogo sicuro il giorno del check-out, cosa che mi ha costretto ad anticipare il rientro. Non c'e' mai personale alla reception se non al check-in. Quando ho telefonato, non e' stato specificato che la stazione piu' vicina e' Lamezia-Nicastro, se fossi scesa a Lamezia Centrale avrei dovuto fare 20 minuti di taxi. Quindi, le informazioni al cliente non sono state accurate. La macchinetta del caffe' davanti alla porta della stanza e' rumorosa, andrebbe messa al piano di sopra, nella cucina comune. Infine, in totale assenza dello staff, alcuni ospiti hanno lasciato il portone e la porta del B&B aperti perche' non tutti avevano le chiavi per rientrare separatamente, a scapito della sicurezza degli altri ospiti.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - Zugegeben: Ich habe das Zimmer günstig bekommen, mit Blick auf Lage und Ausstattung hätte ich keinen Grund zu meckern. Aber: Leider waren die Wände zu dünn; man hörte die Nachbarn, das Wassrrauschen der Klospülungen, sowie das Duschen der Nachbarn (insbesondere denen über meinem Zimmer) in einer sehr unangenehmen Lautstärke. Wände und Decke sind zu dünn bzw. unausreichend isoliert. Ich vermute, dass die drei Zimmer in meiner Etage (2. OG) aus Rigips oder so sind, also nachträglich reingezogen worden sind, um einer großen Etage drei Zimmer plus einen kleinen Loungebereich abzugewinnen. Hinzu kommen die Bodenfliesen, wo man die Schritte der Nachbarn bzw. Menschen auf den Gang hört, zusätzlich zu deren Stimmen (z.B. wenn sie in der Loungeecke sitzen und sich unterhalten). Schade.
• Sean (8/5): 5-day stay in late July - Very good value in terms of price. I can't remember if there was a request on the website to phone in advance of one's arrival, but I only informed Anna when I was at the airport. However, she was helpful and at the B&B when I arrived. Coffee and biscuits are available in the communal area for breakfast, and in addition you are entitled to a croissant and hot drink at a cafe across the road, which is very convenient. The room was kept clean and there were plenty of towels. The only problem was that the bathroom fan did not work, and as the room has no external wall or window, there was a bit of a smell from the drains when you come back in the evening. The B&B is situated in a busy part of the town, so there are the usual noises (dogs, klaxons, motorbikes, etc) but that is what you expect. There is aircon & a balcony, and the location is convenient for restaurants and bars.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Wie die Studentenbude eines guten Freundes - Eigentlich als Zwischenstopp für eine Nacht gedacht, wären wir gerne länger geblieben. Das B&B wird gut geführt, das Frühstück in einem Kaffee gegenüber ist gut organisiert, das Örtchen Lamezia-Terme hat auch mehr Charme als gedacht (in die Kneipe Cantine Populari gehen). Man fühlt sich wie zu Gast in der Studentenbude eines guten Freundes.
