• Redkin (10/5): - Очень удобное местоположение! От аэропорта прямая ветка метро 40 минут, 5 минут от метро пешком. Называется метро Zhujiang New Town. 3 линия. Только не доезжая одной остановки, нужно выйти из электрички и пересесть на другую на этой же платформе. И Вам на выход D, он ближайший к отелю. Завтраки тоже превосходные. Не хватило только одного фужерчика шампанского. Но может оно и есть, не спрашивал.
• andres (10/5): segunda estadia en el hotel. podrian mejorar algunos puntos. - la localizacion es muy buena. el hotel segunda vez que nos quedamos y es muy bueno , lastima que se escucha todo en el medio de la madrugada nos despertamos toda la semana en la madrugada con ruidos de la calle. dejan tapones para ruido. el desayuno es espectacular pero caro. el gym demasiado chico y basico . deberian aumentarlo y agregar equipamientos. nos cambiamos de cuarto porque la mayoria no tiene puerta entre el cuarto y el banheiro entonces hay que elegir las ultimas habitaciones del edificio . recomiendo porque la ducha tiene una vista espectacular de la ciudad. en general es muy buen hotel. limitaciones con los recepcionistas no hablan ingles y no es un hotel tan chico , pero caso necesiten ir a uno mas internacional. la cama muy comoda y el cuarto tambien espacion generoso. mucho ruido de la calle. gimnasio chico y incompleto . muchos funcionarios no hablan 1 palabra ingles ( podrian tener algun tipo de aparato traductor para facilitar sin ser un celular)

В этом году случилось неприятное происшествие. У меня был ранний выезд и я оставила пакет с новыми вещами из магазина в номере, стоимость примерно 500$. Позже вечером написала в гостиницу- даже не ответили! Просила позвонить друзей в Китае, им ответили, что ничего не находили. Как можно было на найти при уборке номера пакет большой красивый из дорогого магазина с платьем и тонким жакетом новым с бирками и чеками, который стоял в номере на видном месте? Почему не спросили у уборщицы и не постарались даже помочь найти и к ней обратиться ? Как такое возможно в 5 звездах для постоянных гостей? Абсолютный игнор!!
• VladimirMorozov (5/5): Не стоит своих денег, есть много более оптимальных вариантов - Номера чистые, одеяла и подушки хорошие, вид из окна тоже понравился. Хорошая локация - рядом парк, но до башни не дойти - она близко, но через речку - путь в объезд на такси 40 минут. Внизу у отеля есть торговые центры и хорошие рестораны с вкусными завтраками (потому что чтобы поесть завтрак в отеле Вам надо просыпаться до восхода солнца). Отель точно не 5 звезд даже рядом. В номерах нет ванных (только душевая кабинка), нет бассейна. Интернет крайне плохо работает, совсем медленный. Завтраки заканчиваются крайне рано, в 10 утра уже их нет. Не понимаю этой экономии. Чтобы добраться до номера нужно подниматься на 2х лифтах - сначала на одном до ресепшн, потом на втором до номеров. В здании 2 отеля и нужно не перепутать лифты.

Использование электрических выключателей и туалета - это отдельный квест. Даже молодым людям непросто разобраться. А если в отель попадет пожилой человек, существование в дискомфорте ему обеспечено - разобраться с выключателями и с работой туалета будет просто нереально. Такое впечатление, что все достижения техники использованы не во благо, а во вред человеку. Ужасно неудобно и не понятно, зачем все это сделано. Уровень приготовления еды в ресторане для обеда и ужина очень низкий. Хотя внешне ресторан производит приятное впечатление, красивая сервировка столов и официанты работают хорошо.

Bathroom is a bit strangely composed (you walk through the toilet room to get in the shower). The lighting system is not very easy to understand and operate.

• Nellabraxon (6/5): Si tu veux un 5 étoiles, ce n'est pas ici - Le quartier c'est un plus Ils m'ont permis de sortir de la chambre à16 heures . Écoutez, l'hôtel est au 5ème étage de l'hôtel. Ce n'est pas du tout un 5 étoiles, depuis que les hôtels peuvent acheter des étoiles, eh bien, ça donne ça ! À votre arrivée, il n'y aura personne pour prendre vos valises. Pourtant, les employés censés le faire sont bien au rez-de-chaussée, mais ils vous regardent et s'en fichent ! Ensuite, je pense que c'est un hôtel plus fréquenté par des locaux. En tant qu'étranger, on peut vite se sentir très observé. Faites attention lors du check-in : si vous n'êtes pas vigilant, ils tenteront de vous faire payer la totalité de votre chambre à nouveau (sachant que j'avais payé entièrement avant mon arrivée). Et ils essaient de vous mettre dans une chambre que vous n'avez pas réservée, souvent une standard. Le restaurant n'en vaut pas la peine, ni pour le petit-déjeuner, ni pour le souper et le dîner ! Les lits sont très durs et la ventilation humidifie la chambre, ce qui donne une odeur de moisissure !

Og stolene var for lave etter min smak, men sikkert perfekt for kinesere som vil sitte med hodet i tallerkenen. Fin beliggenhet med gode shopping og spisesteder i nærheten. Heiskapasiteteten kunne vært bedre. Kun tre heiser opp til resepsjonen i femte etasje og disse er delt med Holiday Inn så de blir fort fulle. Og inne i selve hotellet er det kun to heiser videre oppover i etasjene.

• Pietro (8/5): Good for short trips and business travelers for 3-4 days like Canton Fair - Very good location and rooms. Fast lifts with minimal waiting time. The business centre was a disappointment, no working tables, only low sofas and cushioned seats. You can discuss there, but it's an open space. A Western-style restaurant is missing. From the breakfast room/cafeteria, you cannot get any food. The only restaurant was a high-end Chinese cuisine, and not really for business travellers. Most of the staff don't speak any English, which is strange for a business hotel. Luckily nearby are soem western restaurants for a rapid dinner or lunch.

• David (2/5): Poor light design - I hv been travelling and staying in all kinds of hotel from the expensive to the cheap one. Never have I ever encountered the strange lighting design of Maxx. Firstly the wordings on the switches are so faint and tiny. A person with long sighted won’t able to tell what switch is for what. The naming are strange too for a tale to tell. Up rim ceiling light is called “appreciation.” Light for the kettle table is called “working.” I believed many have the same practice to turn on a small corridor or toilet light during sleep so to find its way to the toilet. Some would like to hv a little lights on in unfamiliar place for a peace of mind. Unfortunately you just can’t hv it the way you want. The toilet or corridor lights are linked to some other lights inside the bedroom. So you can’t just darken the bedroom. Then there is a switch named “sleeping.” Pressing this will override all and will leave you in total darkness. There seems no way to have a tiny light on. It took me substantial time trying to figure it out but to no avail. Apart from the light fiasco, the breakfast has a wide variety, the staff is polite and helpful. They help me to register for a free visit to the museum which I didn’t know must booked in advance. So kudos to the staff but thumbs down for the lighting design. It’s actually a no brainer but the way the lights designed made me having an unpleasant sleep. For this I hv to rate it as poor because they can’t even design a proper light system.
• Fordson (9/5): Overall it was a very pleasant stay - The hotel room is very comfortable and spacious. Location is about 7 minutes walk to Zhujiang Xincheng MRT station. The hotel is close to eateries and malls. Overall it was a very pleasant stay! Nothing that I dislike. The hotel is not located on the ground floor. Its main lobby is on the 5th floor of a building. So the hotel presence might not be obvious when you are searching for it the first time. But it is not a big issue.

• Mahmut (8/5): Facility, rooms very good but staff quality can be improved - Facility was amazing but the staff was more focused on domestic guests as they know veey little english Language barrier between the staff and the entrance of the hotel was not shared properly as the reception was in the 5th floor of the building.
