• Yeonok (10/5): - 쇼파베드가 편하진않았지만 그래도 쇼파베드까지하면 잘곳이 많아서 좋았고, 역에서 15분정도 거리라 이동이 좋았습니다. 화장실이 한개뿐이라 여러명이 이용하기에는 아쉬웠습니다. 하지만 1층에 화장실이 하나 더 있어서 좋았습니다.

• David (8/5): - Really nice apartment with a number of beds. More room than normal in Japan. Nice lobby. It's a bit of a walk to the train station. The apartment is on a side street. No staff, it is all automatic check in. Relatively expensive when I was there.

• TIEN-JUI (8/5): 很棒的住宿體驗。 - 空間夠大 離車站算近。 沙發椅(床)該換了。 彈簣都鬆，坐起來怪不舒服。
• Mélinda (3/5): Décevant, peut trouver largement mieux pour même prix - Honnêtement pas grand chose mis a part que comme beaucoup de logement à Fukuoka l'accès est facile avec digicode etc. C'est à 15 minutes à pied de Hakata station. La salle de bain sèche les vêtements ce qui est pratique - l'appartement est hyper bruyant c'est pas isolé du tout. On a entendu toutes les nuits des chats miauler, des oiseaux croisser pendant des heures c'est l'enfer surtout avec des enfants - on a loué pour 5 il y avait 2 lits et un canapé lit mais le canapé lit c'est un enfant même pour juste s'asseoir on sent des ressorts qui ressortent donc impossible de dormir la dessus. On a demandé un futon et l'hôtel a refusé. - c'était pas méga propre - il n'y a aucune luminosité - on s'est fait réveiller à 4h du matin par un jeune saoul qui sonnait a l'interphone et tapait sur notre porte (on a des enfants c'était flippant) - honnêtement sur 10 logements au Japon c'était le pire : petit, bruyant, pas confortable, pas méga propre, visiblement pas sécuritaire, et les gérants s'en fiche de tout visible On peut trouver pour le même prix beaucoup mieux à Hakata

• S.D (5/5): パッと見は綺麗なホテル…でも期待外れ - 博多駅の近くで立地は良く、部屋の広さは充分だった。 建物自体は新しいのに、部屋のソファとデスクチェアがボロボロで、壁紙も液体をぶちまけたシミがテレビの下全面にあった。 歯ブラシはあったが化粧水などのアメニティがなかった。 お風呂の水圧がかなり弱めだった。 洗面所の水栓がなかなかお湯にならなかった。 一番良くなかったのは、建物自体の防音がほぼ無いと言っていいほどで、外からの音が筒抜け。大通りから1本中に入っているのに深夜パトカーの音がうるさく、窓が開いているのかと思うほどだった。寝付きの悪い人にはお勧めしません。

• Jaehyuk (8/5): - 숙소가 하카타역에서 도보로 10분정도 소요되었으며, 기찻길옆에 위치해있으나 크게 신경쓰이지 않은 정도입니다. 방은 쾌적하고 깨끗하기에 4인가족이 숙박하기 좋은 숙소입니다. 후쿠오카 겨울날씨도 쌀쌀하여 창문쪽에 암막커튼이 있었으면 외풍이 덜 들어올것 같아요.

• TOSHIKI (10/5): 住むような滞在 - ホテルではなく、マンションの部屋貸しのような形態なので、まるでセカンドハウスのように、暮らすように滞在できる。 設備が清潔で洗練されている。 博多駅からは少し歩くが、それが問題ない人にはおすすめ。 チェックインが若干面倒だが、このような形態の宿泊施設ならば、やむを得ない。

• Christopher (6/5): Ok Hotel but.... - The room size was just about right for my family of three and slightly bigger than typical APA or Tokyu Hotel rooms. We were assigned a first-floor room, which was convenient. However, for the price, it didn’t feel worth it, especially since this is an unmanned hotel. I would have expected more service given the rate. I was disappointed to learn that the hotel is unmanned, with no daily room cleaning or tidying during our stay—something I hadn’t realized before booking. For the price, I expected more service. The location is also quite far from Hakata Station, about 1.5 km or a 15–20 minute walk, which may be inconvenient for some travelers.
• HIROAKI (10/5): 手ぶらで泊まれる博多駅近物件！ - 202号室を利用しました。 いわゆるマンションタイプのホテルです。 部屋で食事をする上で必要な食器類（深皿、浅皿、コップ（ガラス・マグカップ）、箸、スプーン、フォーク、ナイフ、コルク抜き）、フライパン、包丁、まな板、フライ返し、サランラップ、アルミホイル、クッキングペーパー、食器洗い洗剤・スポンジ、冷蔵庫、IHコンロ、電子レンジ、電気ケトルが複数揃っていて、最高でした。 また、洗濯機、洗濯用洗剤もあり、洗濯が容易にできる環境も素晴らしいです。 加えて、部屋から電車や新幹線が通過する様子を見ることができるため、景色も楽しめました。 近くに、コンビニやスーパーも複数あります。 チェックアウトが10時なので、11時だとより有り難いように思います。なお、チェックインとチェックアウトはタブレット端末で操作するのですが、チェックインは案内とおりで容易でしたが、チェックアウトは部屋番号とともに、入室の際のパスワードを入れなくてはならないのですが、その表記が少し分かりにくく、何を入力すれば良い欄なのかが、すぐに分かりませんでした。 また、洗濯物を干す観点から、さらにハンガー数を増やしたり、ピンチハンガーや洗濯ロープを置くなどにより、更に環境改善を図ることが考えられます。 私は気になりませんでしたが、線路すぐのマンションなので、朝早くから電車の音が聞こえますので、騒音を気にされる方もいるかもしれません。 あと、決してこれは良くなかったという訳ではありませんが、野菜を調理する上で、ピーラーがあればより便利だと思いました。

• Hui Pia (9/5): - The unit was spacious, clean and comfortable. Having a washing machine and dryer was a plus. It is about 15 min walk to Hakata station. Self check-in and check-out was fast, straight forward and easy. The only con is that there is no housekeeping. We stayed 5 nights here so by the 3rd day, the floor started to get dirty. Also, it is troublesome to throw out the garbage.

• Laksanee (8/5): Recommended for family - Located close to Hakata station. Easy to travel. A lot of restuarants and cafe nearby. Quiet and comfy. Room for 4 is quite big compare to others. Bathroom is separate from restroom. Bathtub is bigger than japaneses standard size too. This is surprising me. Staff is very helpful. Soundproof is not that bad. Basic facilities were also provided. Recommended for family. There is no dryer but it was ok coz there is coin laundry 3 min away from property. Only problem we had was garbage separation. It was confusing to sorting base on the label and instruction on trash bin. Finally we'd decied too separate compost (organic) and recycle. And we forgot to ask the staff about how to garbage the compost one if they are smelly. Fortunately it was cold and decomposition is so slow.

My toddler nephew loved that he can watch all the trains passing by from the window. The rooms were well insulated as we didn’t hear any sounds from the trains or outside/neighbours.

• TUNGYUEH (8/5): 尚可 - 飯店位置離車站稍微遠一點，如果有隨行小小孩可能會比較不方便，週邊有超市及便利商店，房間大小適中有洗衣機及廚房可以使用，入住時由hotel.com寄出的信件內登記住宿的資料跟飯店的資料有些許不同，以致於入住時花了一點時間，但是工作人員態度良好幫忙處理，值得嘉許。

It's set up in a very smart way so resources are not wasted. E.g. the heat used to dry up clothes can also be used to warm up the apartment. Water for washing hands go back into the cistern for flushing.
