• Pablo (5/5): The host needs to improve his communication skills, WiFi doesn’t work - Convenient location , close to Porto if you going to one of the islands Check-in was unfortunately quite confusing and not particularly welcoming. Communication with the host, Antonio, felt rather abrupt and at times came across as rude. Many messages ended with exclamation marks and phrases such as “as I told you!” or “I have already sent that to you!”, which may well be a case of lost-in-translation, but nonetheless did not feel especially helpful or friendly. One important detail to be aware of: you have to pay to use the lift — yes, you read that correctly — and this must be paid in cash and euros, so come prepared as this was not made very clear in advance. Another disappointment was the Wi-Fi, which was essentially non-existent during my stay and simply did not work. Overall, the property may suit some travellers, but clearer communication, a more welcoming approach and better transparency regarding extra charges would make a significant difference.

• Lisa (4/5): Okay for a single night in Naples but there are likely cheaper options - This is a discount bed and breakfast (that does not serve breakfast) on a floor in an office building near the Port of Naples. All communication is by Whatsapp. The elevator is coin operated, tiny, and precarious feeling. There is no one at the reception desk, only signs telling guests what not to do (e.g., if the key is left inside the room instead of in the lock box, they say they will charge an extra night). Our room was small and stuffy. The B&B is relatively cheap but not that cheap. I regretted booking it. Fortunately it was just for one night.

• Clelia97 (10/5): Camera semplice ma perfetta vicino al porto - Tutto molto in ordine, minimal e fornitura base ma tutto il necessario per sfruttare la camera giusto per dormire e poi visitare napoli durante il giorno. Ti lasciano anche due bottiglie di acqua in frigo e la possibilità di fare un caffè in cialda. Estremamente gentile il padrone ti invia per messaggio anche consigli turistici. Posizione estremamente comoda sia per il centro che per i moli dei traghetti per andare alle isole! Tutto perfetto! Torneremo!

• Daichi (1/5): 清掃員の指導をしっかりしてください - カプリ島に行くために泊まりました。フェリーまで徒歩5分ととても近く、ナポリ中央駅からライン1で10分くらいなので立地はとても良かったです。 無人チェックインでwhatappでオーナーとチャットをする際に色々ナポリの情報を教えてくれたのでチェックインするまではとても好印象なホテルでした。 シャワーが日本レベルの水圧でお湯もしっかり出た。 5階(日本で言う6階)にホテルがあり、エレベーター使うのに10セントいるそうだが入れても機能せず結局階段で登ることに。部屋に入ると清掃員が窓の閉め忘れでか鳥が入ってフンをしまくりで部屋がずっと臭く最悪の気分でした。 またエアコンも尿の匂いのようなものが酷く使えませんでした。 シャワーを終えた後にドライヤーを使おうとスイッチを入れると使えずwhatappでオーナーに使えない旨を連絡したら、そんなこと早く言えと言われ(使うのは夜なので早く言うもクソもない)それから連絡を無視されて不快極まりない対応でした。 カプリ島に行きたい、ドライヤーは不要、エアコンは使わない。という人ならおすすめですがホテルレベルは普通以下です。部屋自体は清潔でした(鳥がいなければ)

Il letto è risultato particolarmente (i cuscini sono talmente sottili da risultare quasi inutili). Gli spazi sono estremamente ridotto (quasi impossibile poter aprire più di un bagaglio alla volta). L’intera struttura appare vecchia e trascurata, con un evidente bisogno di ristrutturazione e ammodernamento. L’impressione generale è quella di un ambiente poco curato e rimasto indietro nel tempo.

O código da entrada da portaria nao funcionava e tivemos sorte de chegar e sempre ter alguém entrando senão teriamos que ficar do lado de fora na rua até a chegada de alguém.

• Desislava (10/5): - Great flat for a short stay in Naples. Very easy access and perfectly located close to the ferry, especially if Amalfi is your next stop. Overall, a great choice. The only downsides were that the elevator required a 10p coin to operate, which we had never seen before. Since we didn’t have any coins on us, it was a bit frustrating having to carry our luggage up five floors after the flight, and again the next morning. The walls were also quite thin, so the guests next door woke us up around 3 a.m. by speaking very loudly.

A tömegközlekedési eszközök könnyen elérhetőek, de 20-30 perces sétával több látnivaló is elérhető. A szállásadóval a kapcsolattartás WhatsAppon keresztül történt, ami zökkenőmentes volt. Ilyen nem volt.

Отель располагается в центре - из N1 виден порт. В 300 м. большой супермаркет. Рядом - Галерея Умберто 1, Королевский дворец, кафе Гамбринус! ! Старейшее кафе. В 3 остановках метро - ж. д. Многочисленные кафе и рестораны. Мы останавливались на 5 ночей. У нас возникла ситуация : одно бронирование было на 4 ночи, другое - ещё на 1 ночь. Ну, и мы уехали в последний день в Позитано. Мы не знали, что нужно было выселиться и заселиться заново, т. к. наша комната была уже забронирована. С нами связался Антонио и быстро решил эту проблему. Вещи были перенесены в другую комнату и были расположены в таком же порядке, в каком оставила их я! Отлично всё поощло! Браво, Antonio! Приветственная вода в холодильнике и капсулы Эспрессо будут лежать на столе каждый день. Отличный отель, Рекомендую! Всё понравилось!

It's close to the seafront and there is a nice cafe around the corner. Close to Metro Line 1 Municipio The room is old with very poor sound insulation. Basically we could hear our neighbors' chat, and the second night there, our neighbors decided to chat the whole night, from over 10 pm when they came back until 5 am when they went out. Whenever I was dosing off, I was awaken by their sudden giggles. So if you're a light sleeper like me, think twice when booking this hotel. The shower is not well sealed, so water leaked out, and we happened to mind wet floor or wet towels in the bathroom a lot.

• Erika (8/5): Pleasant stay, great location - The property was very clean, with daily housekeeping similar to a hotel. The location was convenient, check-in was easy, and communication with the host was good. There was a noticeable sewer smell in the bathroom, so we had to keep the door closed to prevent it from spreading into the room. The walls are quite thin, and noise from other rooms can be easily heard. The apartment is on the 5th floor; although there is an elevator, it only works with 10 cent coins.

• Basamentchi (9/5): Overall good value - The room is spacious, bed is comfortable and it gets cleaned daily. Location is great, within walking distance of everything. The host is nice, and very helpful. I really love the exterior blinds that let no light in. The walls and windows are very thin, and we sometimes were woken up in the night/early morning by the garbage truck or other cars, and also you could hear other guests talking trough the walls. Earplugs would be helpful.

La mia camera aveva solo una piccola finestra e si sentiva un pó la strada ma era abbastanza insonorizzata per il resto, dall'interno del beb si sentiva poco rumore.

The only thing I will tell people is that the elevator requires 10 cents! I’m not used to that as an American, and I had multiple bags due to traveling so I wasn’t able to take the stairs in this case. A pé também bastante acessível para chegar na Via Toledo ou centro histórico. Apartamento equipado com o necessário e atende as necessidades de estadia rápida. Tem algum ninho de pombos na caixa da persiana da janela, e que faziam um barulho incômodo, mas nada que tenha impedido de dormir. Recomendamos averiguar e tentar fechar o local para que não atrapalhe os futuros hóspedes.

Un appunto che vorrei fare è che se pernottiamo due notti ,sarebbe auspicabile avere 4 cialde per il primo caffè mattutino. Inoltre non siamo stati avvisati del pagamento dei 10 centesimi per il servizio ascensore. 5 piani a piedi non sono pochi. Comunque per il resto tutto ok. Ci ritorneremmo di sicuro. Sono stata contattata su whatsapp dal proprietario che mi ha dato informazioni dettagliate su come entrare nell'appartamento e un elenco di posti da visitare. L'appartamento è silenzioso, abbastanza spazioso anche se potrebbero essere prese in considerazione alcune piccole migliorie come una presa adatta per il phon. Ci hanno consentito di usufruire dell'area comune per riporre i nostri zaini. Lo consiglierei.
