• onewill (10/5): Place like my home ♡ - I stayed Rabbit Motel for two nights in March 2023. The room was very clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, it’s central of Hue city and also there is a big supermarket, GO nearby. Hotel’s staff members were so friendly, kind … and they always helped me. I will visit this wonderful hotel when I travel back to Vietnam.

• Gerald (8/5): Cheap and cheerful but has drawbacks - Only short walk to main shops, 30min from train station, fridge in room is a nice feature, other guests noisy and there was smoking in stairway, major downside was ants in room. Otherwise cheap and cheerful
• George (6/5): - Not to be harsh...but prior reviews--which influenced my decision to book here--vastly overstate the property. It is a very basic motel / nha nghi. Nothing more or less. Everything was very basic, with a hard bed. Value for money is average. Not bad...just wish to rectify past reviews. It is a fine 1 star.
• wan chen (10/5): - the hoster arranged to rent me a motorbike for only 100 hundreds. i rode it to explore the charming old town square and reach two pretty mausoleums. i did my laundry at hotel with affordable price. in the last, asked a bus heading south. great experience.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Decent option in Hue - The hotel is a homestay/motel. It’s clearly a family run operation with the new infant present much of the time too, but the rooms are of the nature of hotel rooms. It is a unpretentious place at a low price. The family will also do laundry for you at local prices, not hotel prices. There are plenty of places to eat nearby
• Irma (10/5): Outstanding for the price - For the price, this is a fantastic option. While you are not right where all the major attractions are located, you are definitely in easy reach. Additionally, the rooms are a very nice size and simple.
• ぱっち (8/5): - 施設は清潔で、部屋も4階のバルコニー付きで眺めも良く快適でした。エレベーターもあったので便利でした。ただ、シャワーがお湯をためておくようなタイプで追い炊きにちょっと時間がかかりました。また、朝食付きのはずでしたが、ついてませんでした。スタッフも親切でした。

• Jeff (10/5): Quit location - awesome customer service - Amazing customer service. Owner even offered to front me $25 for my tour because I was low on cash. And the hotel was only $10 per night!

Dao du personnel de maintenance est très serviable et gentille. Situé à l'extérieur du centre-ville donc tranquille. Ascenseur est pratique. Je m'y sens comme à ma maison. Je le recommende fortement.
• Tuan (10/5): Amazing service! - Very good for the price. Owner was very friendly. I forgot my charger in the room and left for the airport. The owner drove there to find me and returned it to me while I was checking in.
• seanlyhello (10/5): Clean hotel with good price - Clean hotel room with good price at about $11 US dollars. They young couple operate the hotel, cook good breakfast, and are very polite. We stayed there for 2 nights and were happy with the lodging. We highly recommend the hotel to those who want a budget, clean hotel. We will return to this hotel when we visit Hue again.

• M3280IXandreww (10/5): New hotel - I just wanted to write a review of rabbit hotel in hue. This a new hotel that needs some recognition. It is a small family run hotel. They are really friendly. They go out of their way to make you feel at home and are continually checking everything is to your satisfacation. The hotel is clean and near all the attractions in hue. It is also very reasonable priced. Well recommended.
