• Nikki (9/5): Superb - Close to the train station and 10 minutes to shops and restaurants. Nice and spacious apartment, owner was lovely and very helpful. The stairs! But we knew what we were getting and the view makes up for them. Beds were a but hard but passable.

• Kent (8/5): Great location for our visit to Cinque Terre - Plenty of sleeping space for our family of 5. Our host met us to give us the keys. The veranda off the kitchen was a nice feature. It was a 15 minute walk from the train station. Lots of hills and steps to get from the train station to this unit including the steps to get to our floor but that's not uncommon. There was only one AC unit in the main foyer so you needed to keep the bedroom doors open to enjoy that. There really isn't a traditional living room other than the foyer but this isn't the type of place you visit to stay inside so that didn't effect us. We would certainly stay there again.
• Roxanne (8/5): Very good - Cosetta was lovely & very accommodating View from the windows was amazing Great location.....walk to restaurants & port & train to Cinque Terre A lot of stairs (approx 170) to get to the apartment...very exhausting with luggage Beds weren't very comfortable
• Jo-anne (8/5): Cosette is a great ambassador for La Spezia and Cinque Terra. - The train station for the train to Cinque Terra is a very short walk and the walk down a pedestrian street to the port is very pleasant. I had the main bedroom with a balcony and lovely view over the city to the water. It was very comfortable. Cosette met us at the apartment, provided info on the area, assisted us to find free public parking by the apartment and provided a thorough tour of all aspects of the apartment. She provided great support for all of our requests and is extremely welcoming and helpful. The apartment is on the 4th floor which we were expecting. I think travelers should be aware that when returning at the end of a hiking day there is also a series of stairs to contend with before reaching the apartment.
• Barbora (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very spacious. It is close to main train station and to the city centre. Cosetta, the owner, is very kind and helpful. She recommended us very nice places for the trip around La Spezia. We loved the view from the balcony. It was difficult to find the apartment with Google maps. The mattress and pillows were hard. There wasn't enough toilet paiper for 4 people for 4 days. :) But over all it was very good.

• Phyllis (5/5): Definitely not a 7 minute walk from La Spezia station, & climb so many stairs with heavy suitcases. we caught a taxi - the view was ok the 100 steps to get to the front door of apartment and 66 inside to get to the 4th Floor. In your advertising of the property it says only some steps.

We loved the challenge of the stairs, great preparation for the walks in the area. The view for the rooms was beautiful and Cosetta was a terrrfic host. Nothing

Though it is on the 5th floor we were rewarded with the best view during our travel. I enjoyed this view more than Cinque Terre views combined. Definitely would return again!
