Paola (7/5): Comoda soluzione a due passi dal lungomare - La camera, ampia e luminosa, disponeva di un grazioso balcone vista mare. La colazione, servita in un bar convenzionato a pochi metri dalla struttura, offre un buon assortimento di prodotti freschi. La nostra camera era vicino alla porta di ingresso della struttura, quindi piuttosto esposta ai rumori del passaggio di altri ospiti. Da sapere che gli appartamenti sono al terzo piano, serviti da un ascensore con chiusura manuale che potrebbe complicare l’uso di passeggini.

Breakfast was extremely disappointing — we were sent to a poorly rated restaurant 150 m away, where only a few pastries were offered and the staff forgot our order.

She even helped me find a very early morning taxi service (during a taxi strike) and was just great to interact with throughout the process! Breakfast was off site and not available very early in the morning. Also - my room had no coffee or hair dryer.
Kati (9/5): - Nice, stylish apartment in a very good location, walking distance from many tourist attraction. Large, comfortable, clean bathroom, good quality bed and furniture. Parking possibilities in many surrounding locations. Breakfast is in the nearby caffee, very friendly people and seaview. Internet service was irregular and limited speed, so one must use it then needs to prepare with sufficient mobilenet. the selfcheck-in system and no host on site gives limited possibilities for interaction but in spite of this when I needed help, could get it in WhatsApp message. Though the parking garage is an independent service, it's important to know that the cars in fact stay on the streets with no supervision and not in a closed building as normally.

The view of volcano was spectacular. It was quiet at night time which made it easy to sleep. Many restaurants in walking distance. Was easy to find the building. The air con was nice. The breakfast was small (1 pastry).

Irtunk a tulajnak de az irta minden müködik. A portas tépte ki a kezünkből a kulcsot. Bunko volt. A tulaj nem segitett. Aztan a mosdoból nem folyt le a viz. De altfel curățenia lasă de dorit! Noi din reflex când intram ne descălțăm, din prima zi,am avut niște șosete oribile,iar dacă tragi patul de o persoană e jale! În schimb lenjeria de pat a fost curată.

Nora (5/5): - I would like to flag that this property is not a hotel as advertised, but rather a shared apartment within a larger residential building. There is no reception or staff present on-site. Access to the building was particularly problematic - we unexpectedly received instructions over the phone, which left us waiting outside and unsure how to enter. Eventually, we were only able to get inside by following other people. First-time entry into the building requires ringing a bell, while exiting the apartment involves pressing a very loud button. This made the overall stay quite noisy, as we could clearly hear other guests. The advertised breakfast is not provided on-site but at a nearby cafe and the options were very limited. Finally, after our departure, we were asked to pay additional charges, which were neither communicated nor justified. This is unacceptable.

We came to check in and there was no one, so we need to wait, besides that, the breakfast was served in another location near the hotel and it was not good, because we could only take one piece of pastry and one coffee and that's all, but in booking it was mentioned the breakfast was a good one and not continental.

Ήταν πολύ συμπαθητικό, ευρύχωρο, ολοκάθαρο. Κάθε μέρα καθάριζαν και άλλαζαν τις πετσέτες. Υπήρχε επικοινωνία με το κατάλυμα μέσω what's up, σε πολύ ευγενικό και φιλικό κλίμα. Η θέα ήταν πολύ ωραία, σε ένα όμορφο στενό που έβλεπε θάλασσα. Διαθέτει τηλεόραση, κλιματιστικό, πιστολάκι μαλλιών. Τα amenities ήταν λίγα και πολύ basic. Είναι σε ωραία περιοχή (αν και στην παραλία γίνονται έργα και δυσκολεύουν τη μετακίνηση). Βρίσκεται στην περιοχή του λιμανιού και του συντριβανιού του Γίγαντα, και περίπου 12 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το σταθμό του Municipio του Μετρό. Γενικά είναι λίγο απόκεντρο, σε σχέση με το centro storico της πόλης. Η αίσθηση να μπαίνεις μέσα σε μια παλιά Ναπολιτάνικη πολυκατοικία, με το εσωτερικό αίθριο και τις παλιές πόρτες, ήταν πολύ ωραία. Το παλιό ασανσέρ με τις διπλές πόρτες ήταν υπέροχο! Δεν μου άρεσε ότι υπήρχε ενδιάμεση πόρτα με διπλανό δωμάτιο. Πέρα από την έλλειψη ηχομόνωσης, αυτό μου προκαλούσε συνεχές άγχος και ανασφάλεια. Ευτυχώς που πήγα σε μια εποχή με λίγους τουρίστες, αλλιώς θα ήταν φρίκη. Θα μπορούσε να υπάρχει ένα complimentary μπουκαλάκι με νερό στο ψυγείο. Το πρωινό, ήταν εκτός καταλύμματος, σε ένα παραδιπλανό καφέ. Αποτελείται μόνο από μια επιλογή καφέ και μια επιλογή γλυκιάς ζύμης (κρουασάν, κτλ) Καταλαβαίνω ότι αυτό συνηθίζουν οι Ιταλοί, αλλά θα ήταν καλύτερο να υπήρχε τουλάχιστον και μια επιλογή αλμυρού πρωινού.

Giovanni (10/5): - Tutto bellissimo, struttura , posizione e la vista strepitosa. Avrei gradito delle bottiglie di acqua nella camera, poi la signora delle pulizie mi ha detto che erano in cucina....errore mio.
C (7/5): Fijn maar karig verblijf - Locatie is geweldig, weg van de drukte maar je zit zo in t centrum. Badkamer was schoon. Ruime kamer. Koelkast is handig. Het is onpersoonlijk (contact via app), erg gehorig, de deur is heel luid en gaat met een zoemer open, dus ook late gasten stoorden de nachtrust. Wc en douche was ook hoorbaar van de buren. Douche functioneerde niet naar behoren. Er werd niets aan gedaan. Bed was bedekt met alleen een laken, geen molton. Meubels waren sfeervol maar zeer fragiel en versleten. Het is drie etages hoog en lift is een oude lift met hekwerk. Wij namen hem niet. Ontbijt bij café om de hoek. Er werd bediend met een zucht.

Kristina (5/5): Not again for us - It’s a good area to stay. Many attractions are in walking distance. The water tab in the shower was broken. There were no bedside lamp just for decorating purposes, not for reading! The apartment doesn’t have a good value for money. The Parking cost was 42 Euros for 27 hours.

Nenad (7/5): War ok muss aber nicht mehr sein - Die Lage war super nur leider war das Nebengebäude am renovieren daher sehr viel Staub auf dem Balkon. Leider war die Hauptstrasse am renovieren (Umbau) daher war die sicht nicht wirklich erholend. Das Zimmer war sauber ein sauberes Badezimmer, leider war das Zimmer sehr überparfürmiert richtig penetrant. Klimanlage funktioniert top top. Parkplatz musste man zusätzlich mit 35.- Euro nehmen Gastgeber gab eine guten Parkplatz wart an, leider ist die Dienstleistung nicht gerade super Anweisung für das Zimmer kamm erst im letzten Moment nach dem nachgefragt wurde.
