• Roberto (9/5): Vado via con una sensazione cmq positiva! - Posizione abbastanza centrale, appartamento pulito, soprattutto letto, con biancheria bianca (per me indispensabile), stirata professionalmente. La doccia presenta molto calcare, il che fa uscire poca acqua, il doccino non stava in posizione. Cmq ho notato che in Georgia non usano prodotti anti calcare! La casa, come moltissime e più fotogenica che altro. Cmq per soggiorni brevi e più che buona!

• Arshad (8/5): Our stay at Sani Apart Hotel - The location was good, the place was clean and spacious, the kitchen had all essentials- plates, forks, spoons, knives etc. The staff were friendly and helpful We werew there late December. It was a quite cold inside. I felt the heating wasn't sufficient for the apartment. Water pressure felt slightly on the lower side too. Manageable but could be better.

• VIKTAR LISOVSKI (7/5): Sani Apart Hotel - Клиентоориентированный персонал, вид на гору, два больших балкона, место для парковки автомобиля, за счет расположения на горе лучшая проветриваемость и чище воздух. Нестабильный Wi-Fi, иногда была прохладная вода в душе, недостаточная искусственная освещённость номера, пешая удаленность от продуктовых магазинов с учетом подъема на гору.

Es war eiskalt bei Ankunft, aber es kam später Hand ohne Aufforderung um die Heizung mit Spezialschlüssel aufzudrehen
• Leonard (10/5): Super nice place! - Calm place close to the center with outdoor area. Very friendly staff! Super nice rooms with terrace/balconies. Good for both mountains and city. The road to the center is, as many streets are in Tblisi, rather steep and has some stairs. Not an issue for us, but if you have severe walking problems it could perhaps be difficult.

• Rudolf (9/5): Geweldig appartement - Geweldige plek om Tbilisi te bezoeken, ruime appartementen, goede bedden, heerlijke warme douche. Dichtbij het centrum, rustig gelegen, zwembad aanwezig. Gewoon een heerlijke plek. Ik kan deze accommodatie zeker aanbevelen. Onze hond was ook welkom.

• Daan (9/5): Spacious up-hill stay with a great pool - Large appartment with good facilities. One bedroom had a nice balcony. Bathrooms were fine. Swimming pool was a big plus. Located up hill in a, relatively, quiet area. Very nice owners. The bed was really soft and my back hurt a bit.

• Aleksandr (9/5): - Удобное расположение, Предоставлена бесплатная парковка на весь период отдыха возле отеля. Очень внимательный и заботливый персонал. Хороший бассейн размер примерно 8х3 метра, место у бассейна было всегда. Хорошая уборка территории и номеров. Есть общая стиральная машина в апарт отеле. Не было в номере микроволновой печи, но была электрическая плита.

• Konstantin (10/5): Great stay for the price. - The apartment (divided into living room and a bedroom with balcony) was great for family with small kids - it was calm, spacious, well equipped and quiet, while being relatively close to the city centre. I especially liked the balcony. The staff at the reception were helpful and nice. The kitchen was equipped with almost everything you might need (we just used the fridge/plates, didn't cook). The shower is very big which is very nice. Water pressure in the bathroom was low. We could not find wine glasses in the kitchen.

• Александр (10/5): Все понравилось! - Невозможно не оставить отзыв. Прекрасные люди работают в этом отели: добродушно встретили, разместили машину на парковке, рассказали об окрестностях. Чистые уютные номера! Прекрасный вид на город в номере с террасой.

• Yuri (10/5): - Sani Apart Hotel превзошел все мои ожидания! Номера были чистыми и уютными, с современным дизайном и всеми необходимыми удобствами. Персонал был невероятно дружелюбным и отзывчивым, всегда готовым помочь. Расположение отеля идеальное - в тихом районе, но в пешей доступности от центра города. Я чувствовал себя как дома и обязательно вернусь сюда снова!

Está bastante lejos de todo y no hay nada cerca para comer o cenar, solo un hotel con una terraza fantástica pero bastante caro. La terraza del apartamento que nos dieron es de cemento, nada que ver con la foto.

Suggestion: please add slippers if possible. Not a big deal, but when everything was included slippers seemed as a missing part. Still rating is 10 because it’s not a problem, just a wish.

• Laurens (9/5): Uitstekend appartemend - Vriendelijk personeel, schone kamer, grote kamer met prettig overdekt balkon en mooi uitzicht. Twee badkamers. Prima bedden en kussens. De locatie is verder heel fijn, rustig en toch snel bij Rustaveli.

The bus stopped right in front of the house. Only 8 min walk to the Main Street. There was an elevator in the apartment. The apartment had everything and it was super spacious. The only tip I would give, if you can afford, book an apartment with a Terrance with a city view..

• Andrei (8/5): I think - one of the best options for this price. Recommend. - Good location near the mountain and 5 minutes from the very alive district with shops and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were clean, the bed is big and comfortable. Was afraid for the quality of internet, but it worked well. It was good staying here. A pack of tea bags would be great for those who arrive late! Water pressure in the tap was rather weak, it became better after we asked about it, but still it could be a little bit better.

• Rusl (6/5): Not worth it - Staff tried to solve the issues we had. To begin with, there’s nothing wrong about this hotel, except that it is overrated. Some rooms have no view at all (unlike advertised) - we were looking into the next door buildings and a narrow gap between them. Nevertheless, it didn’t matter, as we had no balconies despite the description: our windows had just metal fence behind. The room - we had what is called “one bedroom apartment” - was very dark as the windows are small; it generally looked like an initially bigger place cut in two by drywalls. On approach our place was flooded from the floor above. Both - bath and the living room where water was dripping from the ceiling lights. It was late, hence we felt asleep to realize only in the morning how moist the place is. The staff excuse was something like “this is the first time and never happened before”; although the floor carpet was already rolled into a corner, so it was known but the staff didn’t really care to fix it until we pointed out. On the second day it was fixed as we told we’d leave, but the smell remained throughout our stay. Water pressure was very low, nearly impossible to take shower. Many broken thingies here and there, like a painting covering holes where a TV was supposed to be.

Очень уютные апартаменты с домашним интерьером, место для парковки Мелкие нюансы технического характера (не была подключена тв антенна, то есть тв не работал), не работала вытяжка, в коридоре у лифта очень короткий интервал подсветки, не всегда можно успеть закрыть дверь не в полной темноте
