• STEFANO (8/5): Come d'incanto a Napoli - Ottima posizione a pochi passi da tutto quello di più interessante da vedere. Ottima pulizia e buona colazione. Camera spaziosa e letto matrimoniale con buon materasso. Molto disponibile e simpatica la signora che ci ha accolto. Alina mi pare si chiami.. La tv molto piccola
• Federica (10/5): D'incanto come il nome della struttura - Posizione strategica, vicino alla metro e a tanti punti d'interesse. Struttura sita all'ultimo piano di un palazzo storico con un terrazzo ampliò e attrezzato con una vista eccezionale... come d'incanto di nome e di fatto! Lo staff sempre presente è stato super cortese ha esaudito tutti i nostri bisogni, veramente da 10 e lode e poi la colazione degna di un grande hotel, con bevande calde, cornetti, specialità tradizionali e tante tante altre attenzioni, il tutto accompagnato da una meravigliosa veduta sulla città. Questa struttura ha veramente superato tutte le nostre aspettative.

• teodoraschiavoni (9/5): Tutto ok! - Posizione ottimale per girare tutta Napoli, a pochi passi da metro 1 e 2 e nel cuore del centro storico. Ottimo anche per chi vuole godersi la movida in centro. Personale accogliente e disponibile. Buona colazione con opzioni senza glutine e senza lattosio: sono riusciti a fornirci qualcosa per una componente del gruppo intollerante al lattosio nonostante avessimo dimenticato di comunicare la cosa.

• Valentina (8/5): Weekend napoletano - La struttura è situata in un punto molto vicino ai vari servizi e alle attrazioni. Per noi è stato comodo spostarci a piedi,senza problemi. Ha una bella terrazza che ti fa ammirare la città dall alto. Colazione ottima e abbondante, siamo soddisfatti. Lo staff,o meglio le signore ci hanno accolto molto bene ed erano molto disponibili ci hanno fornito anche le bottigliette d acqua appena arrivate ed a colazione,ancora grazie.....

• Diana (10/5): Great location and very friendly staff! - The stay was in a great location near city center and most monuments and historical sites we’re walkable distance. The staff were so friendly and kind and made sure you had breakfast every day. The room also was also kept up very clean by the staff and the room has a great view the mountain with a castle at the top. The stay is definitely recommended. The only and very minor problem was the bathroom sink and shower did not allow for the water to go down the drain as fast as it should but if was never a big issue just something to watch out for.

• Gil (9/5): Wonderful accommodation and wonderful staff - Great location in the city center, close to everything. Staff were super helpful and went above and beyond to help us with anything. The view from the rooftop garden is incredible! The room had a balcony to the street, but when closed the sound did not enter the room, which was great. The room was a bit old fashioned, but it did not matter to us. Also, the neighborhood is a little less desirable in terms of appearance and overall atmosphere, but that's just how Naples is.

• Kevin (9/5): This place added to our adventure. Great location and easy to get around Naples - The rooftop terrace was very nice. It was too hot while we were there to use it. The staff were friendly and attentive. Cleaned and made up the room daily. Elevator was great as the rooms are on the third floor. The beds are standard European I think. If you like a firm mattress then it was great. Really no complaints about anything.

Alina was super kind and helpful, she brought clean towels every day. Breakfast was better than the average, every morning freshly baked local pastry with yoghurt, juice, coffee. We loved everything about the accommodation, thanks for making our 1-week stay even more pleasant. ❤️

• Hester (8/5): Naples - The staff and owner were lovely, clean rooms and breakfast was nice. Great location in old Naples, with a lovely roof terrace and right next door to a beautiful abbey. The beds were very hard and not comfortable at all. Towels were hard. No tea/coffee making facilities. It was very noisy during the night, so earplugs are a must.

• Leonard (7/5): We would have liked a room as good as the one our friends had having paid the same price - The location was good..We had two rooms; so I have posted two lots of comments. Please read my other comment. We had booked two rooms at the same price. One was very nicely furnished with fabulous views - 5 stars. The other was a bit of a box overlooking the road with poor furnishings - 3 stars; it was a big box though so we had a lot of room. If the rooms had been the same quality both with a view we would have had no complaint. Check what room you are getting if you book. We would book again and ask for the better room with the views.

We booked two rooms at the same price. Our friends who we were on holiday with were given a much better room with fabulous views of the city - 5 stars. Our room was no where near as nice and it looked out onto the street - 3 stars. We did tell them to give our friends the best of the two rooms but we did not know there would be a massive difference in quality. So check what room you will be getting. If we had had the better room we would have no complaint. We arranged the holiday and so we felt we had to let our friends have the best room but had not realised the other room would be so poorly appointed. Our friends had a fridge and we did not. The furniture on the roof top gardens was showing signs of considerable wear but it was pleasant to sit there with views of the city. Our room was good value due to the central location but the other was much better value.
• Raws (10/5): Exceptional - Really friendly owners/staff, helped me out of a jam when trying to get a taxi to the airport with a rather large box! Great location in heart of old town and close to public transport. Lovely views from the top with several terrace spots to sit and enjoy. Room was large with great air con. Good pastry selection at breakfast. Owners didn't speak any English which made some communication difficult, but they were so lovely and we found ways to get our messages across to one another
