- Verified traveler (8/5): - Situated right by Little Cove and only a short easy walk down the hill to Hastings St and Main Beach. It has everything we needed including a big deck and a glimpse of the sea and Noosa main beach. The welcome basket was a lovely touch. Beds hard but ok. We stayed in September and would have liked a soft blanket on the bed for extra warmth. Kitchen is very well equipped. Love the bird feeder as it attracts beautiful birds.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - We loved the property but were disappointed in regards to wifi - due to international guests(no local telco).
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The property did not provide sufficient rubbish bins for the guests staying at this busy time. This meant that piles of rotting garbage built up in the bin area which was right beside the pool because the bins were all full. Animals and birds broke open the rubbish bags and the area was then covered with thousands of huge flies.The over powering smell of rotting garbage beside the pool meant it was not possible to use the pool for several days.
When I raised these matters with noosa accom and they passed it on to the body corporate, the body corporate took another day to clean up the bin area and provided no acknowledgement that there had been any problem.
The next day a worker spent the whole day using a power drill and an electric saw outside our window constructing wooden covers for airconditioners. This was bizarre behaviour in the second week of January when clearly all the apartments were likely to be full. It also severely interfered with my enjoyment of the property. If the owners were concerned about the aesthetics of the property they would not have allowed mounds of rotting garbage to build up at the front of the property.
Given I was being charged nearly $1,000 a day for use of the apartment this level of incompertence and contempt from the body corporate and the owners was astounding.
My strong recommendation is not to rent this property and to find a competently managed one as it is not worth the aggravation for the money involved.
