• van Groenestijn (10/5): - The location was amazing, right next to the old town and near the beach with a lot of good brunch and other food spots nearby. It's perfect for a place to stay in the main area of limmasol and close to any public transport as well. The place itself is very cosy and perfect for 4 people, although the kitchen is just a sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker it was everything we needed. The hosts were also very friendly and accommodating for us when we had questions and even stayed up late to help us check in when our flight landed late at night!

Plus the house is located on a quiet road a few minutes walk from the main shopping street. A huge thank you to our hosts Miretta and dr. Zion Singer for being so welcoming and friendly and treating us as family. Highly recommend the apartment and will definitely be back!

Everything you need for a comfortable stay is there: air conditioning, fridge, and more. I really enjoyed my time here, but what stood out the most was the communication with the hosts — they were extremely polite and always friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Huge thanks to them!

• Iky77 (9/5): Superb - We were alone in the house because the keeper was away, good communication with the host, had some issues with aircondition( heating) but they solved it quickly and then the heating was good. 10 minutes walk to the center, peaceful location, close to bus stop to Paphos that we needed the last day. The only problem was that there isnt any kind of dining table in the room, so we ate our breakfast outside, luckily it wasnt very cold (January), and no stove in the tiny kitchenette to quickly boil or fry some eggs. I didn't notice that when making a reservation, so our fault, but it would be nice if there was one. The nerarby reastaurants open quite late for breakfast...

• Moshe (10/5): winning choice - Excellent location and wonderful hospitality experience. The hosts were charming and helped us with things that were beyond the hospitality issue, all with good will. The location is perfect, a few minutes' walk to every relevant place, with parking available on the street conveniently and free of charge. For us, it was perfect. We took the smaller room, because we traveled most of the day and did not need a place to eat or spend much time in it beyond showers, sleep and coffee (delicious espresso waiting for us in the room). The room is properly equipped, warm and cozy, has everything you need. Any request beyond that, was answered quickly and with a smile. If we combine this with the fair price, then this is a winning choice.

He gave us many recommendations for good restaurants in Limassol and the surrounding area, and he was spot on. He makes a great effort to ensure everyone is satisfied.
• Shane (9/5): A good choice in Lemessos - Avgi’s Home is a unit that is part of a residential property. The unit is self-contained, with a separate entrance. The unit has two rooms - a separate bathroom and a room with a bed and a small kitchenette (sink, refrigerator and microwave). The kitchenette is relatively well equipped, but, for example, lacks a chopping board, which would have been useful. The location is great - quiet, but close to the main tourist area on the waterfront, as well as close to the bus station and a large supermarket to the north. Communication from the owner of the property was timely and useful - thank you. The unit was neat and clean. The only thing that was a little bit annoying were the ants. There is likely nothing that the owner can do about this, but ants are more-or-less constant visitors to the unit. This makes management of food and food waste important during your stay.
• Ionita (10/5): Clean location and close to Limassol Marina - The apartment was spacious, perfect for 2 and very clean. Good location, close to old town, marina and quiet area. Free parking on the street. At night the streets are empty and it looks a little bit strange but we felt safe. We had water and juice in the fridge, also coffee pods. We used Google Maps to reach the location. I wish we had some basic cooking facilities.

• Marina (6/5): Average apart - The location was ok. Walking distance to all the main attractions, restaurants and Limassol Marina. Equipped with all the basic things you might need during your stay. The garden around is nice and green. It was absolutely no view or day light because the only small window was facing backyard, so it looked quite depressing. Water pressure in the shower was bad most of the times. Some hidden places and corners as hair dryer storage weren't clean enough. Hair dryer and it's storage were full of dust and other people's hair. The owner who communicated with me prior my stay wasn't helpful at all! when I asked about how to get from the airport to Limassol by public transport his answer was 'I don't know. I don't use buses. Ask people around.' And then he recommended to take a taxi which would cost 70-80 euros. I also had an incident while my stay. When I went outside for a few seconds door just shut with a blow of wind. I had no keys or phone on me. No one was in the property to help me as there was no reception or someone on duty there. I had to ask random people in the street to find the property in the internet and give a call to the owner so he could come and open the door for me.

The house and the apartment are very nice, the garden is just lovely and if you’re lucky to find the trees blooming is an olfactive experience. • Oliver (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment far exceeded our expectations! It is a very tastefully renovated and furnished heritage home with good quality modern amenities. Nevertheless, it still retains some of the period features of the original build. It has a great blend of modernity and timelessness. It is definitely not an average holiday rental apartment that has been hastily/cheaply converted from an old building. Sizable master bedroom with plenty of storage options, comfy bed and good quality bedding. Plus a very comfortable sofa bed in the living area. Meticulously clean throughout (better than some of the 5* hotels). Easy walk to great local restaurants and Saripolou Square. Friendly and responsive host who provided useful local recommendations and shared the very interesting history of the house. It was a very comfortable stay for a family with young kids, would highly recommend! None!

Location was quiet but very well placed (we would recommend having a car if travelling further afield than tourist area of Limossol). Lemon Apartment was beautiful and comfortable, providing everything we needed. If I had to find a negative, a new mattress would be appreciated.
