Access is via stairs, it is a historic building that does not have an elevator." The facade of the building is under renovations so the terrace is partially covered and there are construction builders doing works that can start from 8AM until 8PM. Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 PM. Rental cots are available for €30 per stay. Please remember to request one by contacting the host prior to your arrival. The apartment is located on the 5th floor and does not have an elevator, although one is currently being installed. Tenants must present a valid ID and a credit card at check-in. Parties and similar events are not permitted at this property. Access to the apartment requires a smartphone with an internet connection. The tenant will be required to sign a seasonal rental agreement. This contract respects the original conditions of the booking and must specify the duration of the stay, indicating that the purpose of the rental is not indefinite occupation of the property nor use as a permanent residence. It must also include the tenant’s habitual residence address (where they are officially registered) and state the reason for the rental.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Daan (6/5): Overall a comfortable stay for the price, however there are certainly things to be improved - - location - comfortable beds - nice tv - clean - very nice customer service - water pressure is very low, both for shower and tap - all the beds are very noisy - the oven does not work - not enough toilet paper nor detergent for the time of our stay
