• Egemen (4/5): die Lage top doch der Rest war nicht so… - Die Lage wir hatten einen Wunsch und das Hotel meinte es wird bearbeitet und als wir da waren war unser Wunsch nicht erfüllt wir wollten zwei getrennte Betten statt ein Doppelbett und das war dann nicht möglich obwohl ich eine Woche schon davor Bescheid bekommen haben sogar eine Antwort bekommen hab dass das bearbeitet wird und deswegen waren wir sehr unzufrieden und kam uns auch nicht entgegen.

• Victor (8/5): Very comfortable, great location, excellent service and breakfast. - The breakfast is excellent. The room is very comfortable. We liked the location as it is walking distance from the scenic areas of the city. It was the second year in a row that we stayed at this hotel because we enjoyed the last visit so much. We had difficulty connecting our netflix to the inroom service that allows you to watch on the television. I found that to be annoying as we wanted to watch a movie together as a family and the service just would not connect. We even contacted IT services and the next day was not much better. Parking our car in the hotel parking facilities is expensive, but what can you do, there are not many other choices.

• Sanya (5/5): Hotel mit einfachem Standard - Uns hat gefallen, dass das Hotel sehr zentral war und der Blick nicht auf die Straße, sondern in den Garten bzw. den Innenhof ging. Die Betten waren sehr gemütlich, das Zimmer war geräumig. Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und eher mit einem Drei-Sterne-Hotel vergleichbar. Die Möbel sind alt und wirken nicht mehr besonders modern. Sehr hellhörige Zimmern. Was wir so noch nicht erlebt haben: Mein Mann ist früher angekommen als ich und wurde zunächst nicht ins Zimmer gelassen, bis ich dies per E-Mail bestätigen musste – vermutlich, weil die Umgebung von Kriminalität und vielen Obdachlosen geprägt ist und das Hotel deshalb besonders vorsichtig ist. Ein weiterer negativer Punkt war genau diese Umgebung. Schon aus dem Frühstücksraum konnte man sehen, wie zahlreiche Obdachlose auf der Straße schlafen, urinieren und Müll hinterlassen – nicht gerade appetitlich. Vielleicht hat das insgesamt mit Frankfurt zu tun, aber trotz der sehr zentralen Lage würden wir diese nicht als gute Lage bezeichnen. Auch das Frühstück war nicht besonders hochwertig und hat unsere Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt.

Su için para vermeye gerek kalmadan tesisin sunduğu su pınarından devamlı bize sunulan karafı ve kendi şişelerimizi doldurduk . Zein caddeye, hayvanat bahçesine, main nehrine , tüm müzelere, tren istasyonuna yürüyerek ulaşım sağladık . Ve çok güvende hissettik kendimizi . Tesis bizim tüm beklentilerimizi karşıladı ✨✨✨✨✨

• Lydia (10/5): Fantastic stay - Helpful friendly staff, who also spoke english which was helpful. Spacious, clean and modern rooms. Having a kitchenette was a grear bonus, ( including fridge, kettle, microwave, hob and even dishwasher!).Bed was large and comfortable. To access the floors with rooms, you had to scan key card in lift to be able to access floors, which I thought was good for security. Air con in the room and huge window (part of it could be opened to allow fresh air in). Breakfast was okay (As a Brit though there wasn't any hot food that was to my personal liking but thats a matter of taste). But plenty of other options like pastries and bread options, fruit, cereal, yoghurts, drinks etc. Cannot comment on gym facilitites as did not use. One evening we went for a drink in the bar in the connecting hotel which was nice. Our flight home was not until the evening, but the reception desk happily held our luggage for us so we could explore Frankfurt for a final few hours before returning to collect. Lounge area available where you can chill with board games. Definately recommend. Rooms match the images online N/A

• Jörg (7/5): Angenehmes Hotel, auch für längere Aufenthalte gut geeignet. - Gutes Hotel. Gute Lage. Großes Zimmer. Alles da, was man braucht, ohne aufdringliches Personal. Kein Restaurant, aber rundherum gibt es genug Auswahl. Im Bad läuft Wasser aus der Dusche in den Raum, da Boden-Fliesen am Rand keine Schräge haben. Lockere Klappe im Bad, hinter der Armaturen versteckt sind. Dem Anspruch von Einsparungen bei Wäsche wird nicht Genüge getan - Handtücher wurden jeden Tag gewechselt, obwohl sie nicht auf dem Boden lagen.

• Giorgio (10/5): Ottimo hotel in centro Francoforte - L'hotel è in centro Francoforte a due passi dalla zona pedonale e facilmente raggiungibile in auto. Ottimo parcheggio con ascensore che ti porta direttamente in hotel. Le stanze sono molto grandi e dotate di ogni comfort, inclusa una piccola e completa cucina, La colazione è molto ricca sia di salato che di dolce. Il prezzo è adeguato. Ottimo. Voto10. La moquette sui corridoi ormai troppo lisa.

Otel genel olarak temizdi ama carsaflarda ve yastikta kıl vardı. Temiz ve ütülü görünüyordu ama kıllar vardı. Değiştirilmedi mi yoksa kıllı bir erkek mi çarşafları değiştirdi bilemiyorum. Bu beni çok rahatsız etti. Odaya geç gelmiştik o saatte söylemek faydasız olur diye düşündüm. Gece uyuyamadim. 1 gece kaldik. Cikis yapacagimiz gun odayi temizlemeye geldiler. İstemedik. Biz cikmadan oda temizlenseydi bizden sonra tekrar temizlenecegini sanmiyorum. Girene cikana dikkat etmiyorlar. Check out tan 1 saat önce oda temizlemek nedir anlamadim. Konumu guzel olsa da bir daha tercih etmem.

• Psarras (8/5): Good stay, staff can improve - Comfortable and central location with nice rooms and breakfast. The facilities were satisfactory. Confusion with the reception and the entrance, which led to some extra trouble. The staff was not very helpful or polite.
• Sakine (10/5): Alles in allem ein wirklich schöner Aufenthalt mit hohem Wohlfühlfaktor - Besonders gut gefallen hat mir die Kombination aus freundlichem Service, Sauberkeit und einer entspannten Atmosphäre. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Details gelegt wird. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam und immer hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist top und macht vieles super bequem erreichbar. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, den ich definitiv weiterempfehlen kann.
